I did not read the book. I read a few reviews of it online and decided not to purchase it. I tend to believe if things are too good to be true, they probably are. I saw a post one time that talked about removing toxins from the diet can help reduce inflammation and it made sense to me. I tried it and it helped. I'm not saying it solved all my problems and who knows, I could be growing some type of incurable cancer in my body as we speak, but I sure feel better. I guess that is really all that matters. We all die eventually but enjoying life until then is the important thing, right? I've also seen some people talk about doing male kegel exercises to help strengthen the unmentionable parts. I have tried those but I'm really not sure if they help or if I am doing them correctly. As far as the underwear go, I buy the ones at the link below. They are UFM and have a drawstring on the crotch that you can adjust the tightness with. I tend to go about in the middle. Not too tight where it's uncomfortable, but tight enough to keep the boys snug. They also seem to help with coolness. They are frickin expensive so I only bought a couple pairs. The wife does laundry twice a week to keep me clean. Obviously, I'm not a doctor or pretending to be one, so you should check with your primary or urologist on all this stuff, but some of these things have helped me. At least for now. Cheers.
