The Silver tip shape looks like the Uni-Ball 207. Available both in black and in red. The way the ink is laid on the paper looks similar to what you get from a gel pen like the 207.

Definitely the V5 in my opinion, Vision is another good line if you're looking to go Uni-ball/Stick. If you're looking retractable then I would say the retractable V5 (which is refillable), the 207, or my girlfriend's pick the classic G2.
The Pilot Precise V5 is a solid, classic rollerball that comes in a retractable version! Check it out! One of the smoothest and most vivid lines you'll be able to produce with a pen that's readily available in stores.
Other than that, some common retractable 0.5 mm pens you could find easily at retailers would be the Pilot G2 or the Uniball Signo 207 Micro. These two are both gels.

I attend Indiana Tech. I'm taking online classes instead of going to campus thanks to my illness. It's hard for me to get to class some days because of the pain, so it was a better choice for me to stay home. I'm a year away from getting my degree in Health Information Management. I take one class at a time, and right now is Medical Coding. Which is sooo hard! Luckily I get my books from the school sent directly to me. I don't however have any pens for note taking. What I really need is ink for my printer, but I don't know what kind...and a cooler thing for my laptop...but again I don't know how to choose. I'm kind of tech dumb. So the pens would be the thing I really need. Besides that, I'm pretty much set. :)
So, I checked out your website and I think your pens are beautiful.
I do have one quick question though. I'm really picky about the pens I use, and my favorite to write with are Uniball.
Would I need a specific type of pen (IE I see ballpoint and rollerball on your site) to accommodate those specific refills?
Edit: Also, Black Walnut Black Chrome Twist Slim Pen has a typo and says Slime.
I prefer the Uni-ball Signo 207. It is 0.5mm and consistently lays the perfect amount of ink on the page.
Only pen I ever use feels like a quill, good for drawing too
