This is my favorite running belt. It's got a key-leash that I keep my house key and poop bag holder on (hanging out of the belt, obviously) and is entirely open inside, so plenty of room for my phone (but still easily grabbable for spinning pokestops) and unused poop bag rolls. The poop bag holder is amazing and, whether it's clipped to you or your doggo, it will hold 4 bags easily, if necessary.
EDIT: It's also got the perfect treat pocket!!
I have a plastic clip I put on my dog's leash that holds bags, similar to this, but no doubt it could be clipped to a dog-pack too.
OP invest in something like this. My poop bag holder came with something like that free. It's really nifty. It holds the poop for the rest of the walk until I can find a trash I can use (my parks area has receptacles placed throughout) and I don't have to touch the bag.
ETA: this is actually much closer to what I have.
We have this carrier thing in our dog's harness, and nake him carry is own damn poop!
