You have to give your body time to get into Ketois.

You should purchase Ketois Strips to tell if your body is actually in Ketois. It's an excellent way to keep yourself in check.

I want to say, when I started, my body fell into Ketois in about four days, but my boyfriend took about 2.5 weeks.
