He may well be, but just to keep you right, Gotham, Penguin, Batman etc are all DC.
Iron Fist, Doctor Strange and the Infinity Gauntlet, also mentioned in this thread, are Marvel.
 
Have you gone full digital, or do you still watch Blu Rays? If the latter, you could always try and get him some movies or series in fancy versions (boxset / steelbooks).
There's a cool looking book due for release - Marvel Studios: The First 10 Years, but I think it's not out til early next year.
There's always loads of merch available, and some bargains to be had. A while back I bought a SHIELD t-shirt that came with a free doormat (!).
You could even top it up with smaller gifts, like this Doc Strange amulet!
