【Two Nozzle Cleaning Modes】- Front Cleaning (women's private) and Rear Cleaning (for men and women). The frontal or feminine wash is gentler than the rear spray. Ideal for monthly cycles and new mothers.【Nozzle Cleaning & Nozzle Gate】- The nozzle cleaning feature cleans the nozzle thoroughly after each use. When it’s not in use, the dual nozzle retracts for optimal protection. A featured nozzle guard gate provides extra protection and effortless maintenance.【Easy to install】- Includes necessary accessories to get your bidet up and running in minutes. Detailed instruction makes the assembly and installation extremely easy and hassle-free. Easily attaches to and detaches from any standard two-piece toilet.【High-quality Parts】- Made of durable ABS material, making this Bidet an excellent value for the price. It includes stainless steel braided hose, brass T-adapter ( Size: 15/16" x 15/16" x 9/16"), 6 toilet seat bumpers, and Teflon tape.【Multiple Water Pressure】- The bidet is non-electric and saves paper. The classic dual chrome-plated knob allows users to select cleaning modes, activate and adjust water pressure.

Men also benefit. Hot muggy days used to be my worst enemy. Let’s just say dry paper can’t get everything especially cuz guys have some hair. So now I use less TP, just to dry off (environment your welcome). And I can go hiking with out bothering my boxers.
This one is better then the single head one I have

You can also get the hoses.
I personally started using a bidet after my trip to Japan. Now only using paper feels disgusting.
The model I purchased comes with everything needed except a crescent wrench. A quick video tutorial might be all you need.

That’s great! Keep flushing those wipes at work but use this bad boy at home: Veken Non-Electric Bidet, Self... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07H2DWVMK?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
That’s the one I have and I love it. It has a super easy installation, I know nothing about plumbing but it showed me everything I needed to know. Only took about 20 minutes to install and then I had to wait another 5-10 to wait for the water line to turn back on and go into the bidet. Try it out!
This is one I got; https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H2DWVMK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This one didn't come w/ the tools to assemble so you need some basic tools (screwdriver and a basic wrench); but other models come w/ the tools for the installation
They sell them in the US as little thing you install on your toilet. I have one and its great.

Water, squatty potty, bidet, witch hazel! I really cannot recommend the bidet and witch hazel enough for the hemerhoids, seriously it got me past some rough ones. The less you have to wipe them, the less inflamed and irritated, they usually go away quicker. You can get inexpensive bidets on Amazon. Sounds like she can also stand to take more stool softeners, per her OB. Good luck!! 💙
