Remove the hard Drive cage, you can change 5.25 drive bays into a harddrive cage, Icy box do some insane stuff, they have boxes that turn 1 5.25 bay into 4 SSD slots all they way up to 3x 5.25 bays into 5 3.5inch Hard drives and everything inbetween.
Or go getto and cheap get some Velcro strips and slap your drives to any flat space you can that frees up the space to run the faster one in your first PCI-E slot.
