I have the Avocado which looks like virtually the identical specs. It is a firm mattress! I’ve tried the 2” 14-19 ILD Avocado topper in their showroom and I just sink down all the way through it @ 160lbs. I have a 3” 24 ILD Dunlop topper on my Avocado currently and it supports me well. So I would recommend 3” if that’s an option. I’m still on the fence about going softer. I would probably try an ultra soft 3” latex topper from Mayers Bedding next. Also, I have this memory foam topper bookmarked as an super-duper-ultra soft option. The YouTube review I saw said it takes 3 full points off the firmness of a mattress. Just something to keep in mind if you want to aggressively knock down the firmness of the mattress. I’m saving it as my “nuclear option” 🙂.

Latex will last more, but at the same time is more expensive. It really depends on what makes you feel better. I would suggest to go on a 3" topper instead of a 2" topper, it will give you probably that softer/plush feeling you are looking for.
