This is what I use. For $10 you can't go wrong and it serves me well. Not pure silicon but I don't have problems. Very hard so its not as realistic feeling as higher end ones, and looks somewhat fake (but the raised veins feel nice).
If you are willing to spend more money, I really recommend looking into VixSkin. Its made of high-quality materials, has more of that "real" feel to it as it has a soft exterior with a firm core, and looks realistically gorgeous like a circumcised cock would. Both have suction and harness, if that is important to you.
