I don't know of any Homekit humidifiers on the market. The closest is this diffuser: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07HMPY7RX/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1.
Wha I do is just use a regular humidifier, like this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071YSNNCQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and plug it into a smart plug. Then I use a Homekit temperature/humidifier sensor to trigger the smart plug.
There is also a Homekit subreddit to ask specific Homekit questions: https://old.reddit.com/r/HomeKit/
This can help I believe but people have mentioned HomeKit connection is glichy as in it often goes non-responsive

Vocolinc Flower Bud is fun for a beginner it has both a light and a diffuser all for $50. I recommend it to people who are getting started.
