The Amphibias are solid stainless steel - Kommanderskes are plated. I have a couple of both - I recommend the Amohibua, but they are up to twice as expensive. The Amphibias are diving watches, self winding - but the crystal is acrylic and prone to scratching. But not bad for a 100 dollar (or less) watch
