Thank you! I try to set it up different each week, and I hide treats throughout the cage for them to find after it's all clean. They really like these little willow ball things. I'll stuff small treats inside that they have to work to get open. I also like taking empty toilet paper tubes and stuffing them with treats and sealing the ends closed so they have to figure out how to open them. It's easy to get to this week, but I usually take a strand of Cheerios and hang it somewhere in their cage that isn't easy to get to and make them work to figure out how to get to them. The littler ones liked ping pong balls, but the adults just shred them. They also love a new box of tissues (with the little plastic bits removed) or just tissue paper (like for gifts;) they decorate their cage and use it for bedding too. Most of the littler ones still really like their wheel and use it daily, though the adults just spend most of the day sleeping. I've tried finding those little jingle ball cat toys for them since I've heard rats like playing with them, but the stores around me all sell "fancy" cat balls, not just plain ones.

I've also tried teaching some of them tricks to earn treats, but only one really does it, but it's super cute. The others just want noms without working for them.

I honestly feel like I should be providing them with more toys, but they seem happy.

Bunnies are pretty easy to please. My bugs also love toilet paper rolls (stuffed with hay!) or just about anything else they can destroy. You don't have to spend a lot of money to make your little bunny happy!

I get something similar to these from my local rabbit rescue and the buggers DEVOUR it! I also buy plain, untreated apple wood blocks/branches at my local farmer's market later on in the season. They sell it for making fires, but I buy it for them to eat.

My pigs like a specific kind of willow stick. I thought it was just willow that they liked (they don't care for apple) but I switched brands on them once and they never touched the new ones. They like this kind.

I got em a woven grass bed a while ago too, and they seemed to like that quite a bit! They got bored of it after a while though, so I'll take it out for a few days before putting it back in to keep it seeming new and exciting to them.

Seems like pigs are just very picky :) Just keep trying different things, eventually he should find something he likes. In the meantime, keep him supplied with plenty of hay- I've always understood that's the thing that keeps their teeth worn down the most.

Hmm, my idea would be the get a wood chew ball like this and try putting treats inside it so Rabbitface has to chew through it to get the treats. Love that name by the way!
