So I've just spent nearly the past 4 hours being my old frugal self trying to find the cheapest $/amount option and if you look at this list then you will see that the 175 piece 25 oz bag for 12.99 (and free shipping)is the best option as it is about 52 cents/oz
The only way you would be able to be more frugal/cheap than that would be to buy the 10lb bag for 75 bucks which turns it into 44 cents/oz and is NOWHERE near worth it unless you are going to resell it to make a profit and/or a COMPLETELY die-hard fan
