As a harm-reduction measure, I would strongly recommend picking up some micron filters. These will filter out ANY remaining fillers/binders/etc in your pill preparation (even bacteria.) Note that these are the 0.2µm pore size, you don't want to go any higher than this.
Hydromorphone is usually not the worst pill to shoot up (because they're small) but they still aren't good and STILL have fillers that can go to your lungs or kidneys and clog small blood vessels there. This can cause irreversible, long-term damage to those systems, so I highly recommend making this investment while you're sorting yourself out.
There may be a cheaper place than amazon to obtain them... does anyone else in the community know where to get cheap micron filters?

No idea if this is a good price/value or not but they’re all over the internet - if that’s an option for ya. Look for 0.2 micron (even filters out some bacteria!)
