I know it's a little over $5, but you have Wilton disposable decorating bags on your list and I can't recommend them highly enough. I bought a whole bunch for Christmas cookies last year and they are fantastic.
As for me, I lost my PS3 power cord when I moved 3 months ago. I still haven't found it! Here's a replacement.

This is a fantastic little set - it'll keep you going for a long time.
I'd get something like this for bags. They're pretty reusable, just give them a wash. I prefer the cloth piping bags, but you have to have a coupler for every one of them that lives with it, so it's more of an investment.
