Everyone's over thinking it -

If the reciever has tape outs (or optical SPDIF out), simply pick up a (non-battery operated) bluetooth transmitter for around $30-40 on amazon, and then a cheap bluetooth speaker of any kind (if it's battery only - get a USB power plug and leave it plugged in). She can move it around from room to room if needed too.

If the range doesn't work well, extend the bluetooth transmitter out away from the receiver with a long set of RCA cables or something.

Total cost: around $50-70

Hard part - teaching her how to pair it. But once done, it should be fine.

If you have a PC near the Switch, I’d go 3.5 mm from Switch into PC sound card then use BT headset with the PC and mix the sound there

Edit: And if you want to keep latency to a minimum, both the Bluetooth transmitter and your headset have to be aptX Low Latency

To connect to each of your tactile speakers/digital amplifiers, you might consider a distribution amplifier. This distribution amplifier splits a line-level signal:

A receiver might be helpful if you're using multiple sources frequently. Ensure that it has some kind of pre-out so that you can feed a line-level signal into the amplifiers you've linked, or into another amplifier. Note that integrated surround receivers do not necessarily replicate one signal across all channels, nor do they necessarily provide control over speakers individually.
