Escali BFBW200. Remembers multiple profiles, pretty intuitive, and has been accurate compared to when I go to the doctor.

I should admit that I've got a Withings scale on my xmas wishlist.

I bought Withings WiFi-scale and really like it. It tells me when it's not on a level surface, it sends all the info straight to my app (and the website, but I don't use it) and it seems trustworthy.

Ofc, it's a bit on the pricey scale (ha.ha.) and I don't trust the fat percentage at all, but overall I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought a Withings scale. The dashboard is free.

Track your weight, ideally daily with a wi-fi scale that automatically updates to a website/app, and (crucially) shows a weighted moving average line on the graph. Then set the graph as your browser homepage (or one of them).

I use a Withings Scale: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Withings-Wifi-Body-Scale-Black/dp/B002JE2PSA
There's also a slighter cheaper one now on offer from Fitbit: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fitbit-Aria-Wi-Fi-Smart-Scales/dp/B0077L8YOO/

If wi-fi scales are too pricey for you (I really think these should be in every household but they're hardly priced accordingly) and graphing it yourself to cumbersome, then I would recommend weighing in daily but taking note over a week or two exactly how much your weight fluctuates, and only pay attention to new highs and lows thereafter.

Another tip: digital kitchen scales are great. You can stick your cereal bowl on them in the morning, hit zero, and weigh in your X grams of cereal quickly and accurately.

I use a Withings Body Scale and like the fact that it sends the data wirelessly into other systems like RunKeeper and their own Withings app. In my experience it's been accurate.

I have a Withings digital WiFi scale, and I like it. I'll tell you, though, that the body fat measurements on this thing are right out. I mean, even by normal standards for bioelectrical impedance measurements. However, they do provide a good indication of the trend of fat loss, fat gain, so they're not completely useless.

I particularly like that it comes with little "feet" for the carpet. It's very consistent, and it syncs to the online dashboard and phone app via WiFi so my measurements are automatically imported into MFP. And a really nice feature is that if it detects you're not centered over the scale, it will flash arrows at you to tell you to lean more toward the center. I think this contributes to its accuracy.

Only downside: it's a bit pricey.

Edit: It appears the max weight is 396 pounds (well within your range) and it has been supplanted by the much less dear Nokia scales: https://www.amazon.com/Withings-WiFi-Body-Scale-Black/dp/B002JE2PSA
