This is the only somewhat verified replacement ive ever seen posted here or anywhere since MSFT made it impossible to get a legit replacement from them. My buddy has had his for almost a month with no issues

I am not an expert but the power brick seems to be defective, the color is white when it works, the color is red when its defective, so if its orange, there is something severely wrong with power supply.
The replacement power brick arrived, and is working so far (at least for the less-than-an-hour I've tested it). It does make some noticeable fan-like noise, but easy to drown out with actual gameplay/movie sound.

This one. But it doesn't seem like a power supply issue to me. The issue persists whether or not the controller is plugged in so it's not a problem of power draw from the controller, and the audio does play through HDMI so the console is still processing audio.
Just buy one off Ebay or Amazon. I had the same problem and I bought one on Amazon when my Day 1 Edition Xbox 1 power supply died.
