This is pretty straight forward. The local dungeon had something similar but the gal at the counter didn't know what it was called. After a bit of research, I found it was a palm sap. This is strictly for HEAVY impact play, for use on large muscles, such as the rump. Do NOT use this on bone or unprotected areas. If you don't know what I'm talking about, stop here and consult someone more experienced, preferably at your local dungeon.
Made from suede leather, folded and sewn. The hand strap is nylon webbing and velcro, with the hook portion facing outward. It's filled with a pound of lead shot (from a diving weight bag from Amazon).
Bag is triple stitched along edges. Bag itself is 3 1/2" square and sewn with T69 nylon thread.

If I were doing it again, I'd probably go with 12 ounces of shot.
