Yeah, can get it here for half the price. I guess "Designed exclusively for Tesla" means they put plastic covers over the arms.
I know they make the 'dangle' type racks (like this http://www.amazon.com/Yakima-RidgeBack-4-Bike-Hitch-Rack/dp/B00FUHDNRU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1427466184&sr=8-1&keywords=yakima+bike+carrier) that hold 4 bikes; but you have to be careful because some frames are odd shaped or small - especially kids bikes- which makes them hard to hang in these racks.... and everything has the possibility of banging around against each other if you dont strap something else around them.
