I really like these magnets personally. I feel they are a nice line between cutesy and artsy, they fall within your budget, I don't expect they'll take 3 weeks to be delivered if you were to buy them. Unfortunately I cannot at all speak to their utility since I don't own them, but the picture of these magnets implies that they aren't at all lacking in that department either.
