I can't remember ever having seen such a set advertised as 'traditional' before. You'll find other sets with drawers, but the board will probably be plastic, or traditional sets in which the box and lid (for the pieces) can be used as komadai. You can get one or the other at the Aobo Shop, but the very high shipping costs from France will get you. (However, I have to say that often, when I have found something suitable for my needs from a North American supplier, the price has been up to three times the price of the same item elsewhere, so it might just be cheaper to buy abroad and pay the shipping costs - the reasonable price of the Yellow Mountain offering is a first)...
If you are being 'picky' about the board (moi aussi!), you might have to go abroad - I got my table Go and table Shogi boards from Aobo in France, though all are Japanese in origin. One of the Shogi boards is bamboo, not kaya - actually, it's my favourite...
I just found this at the Tengudo shop. Look for Shogi Set "Meijin Premium". I don't remember seeing that one before. Shipping costs may get you...

(I have used this supplier with no problems).
I can't believe that there aren't other suppliers of both somewhere in North America.
Watch out for 'import duty' imposed by a rapacious and dishonest government. If you buy abroad, 'tariff-free trade' rules apply only if you are a large company making contributions to the funds of whichever bunch of bandits is currently in power...
