Cheapest I could find
With some accessories
I think you should get an olympic barbell set. It may cost a little more but you will never have to replace it. Also. If you just want to get big and strong you may want a trap bar. I think they are the best for quick size and strength gains.

If you're just starting out, I wouldn't recommend spending a lot of money until you're confident that you'll stick with weight training....there are an awful lot of expensive weight sets gathering dust in the garages of the world.
Having said that, for quality strength training, an olympic barbell & weight set, a bench and a rack are the basic necessities. It's really a matter of how serious you are, and how much money you can afford, I guess.
Craigslist or ebay are probably your best bet - like I said, a lot of folks buy this stuff, use it once, then go back to the couch, so you can pick up some good bargains, and sell them again without making a loss if you're lucky.
Depends on who you are, and how much you want to spend, and what you're going to be doing with them.
Personally, I like something a little nicer for that price.
Here are a couple of options, both include the bar:

In the end, weight is weight so long as it's accurate. Some weights can be off a little bit, or have the center hole milling off. When you get them put them all on a scale to make sure they're accurate. Probably good to start off with about 300lbs, a lot of sets start here. If you plan ahead now you can get a set you can add to later so you don't have a mixed bag of different manufacturers weights.
Thanks for responding, so I looked a little more, so I can get this rack with the fitness bench it suggests, and the barbell set and that would be a good start? I also looked at this power rack, but I don't need to be dealing with serious weight, as I'm just starting out, and going for muscular endurance.
