They are just two of the many tv personalities that use the phrase frequently.

Yet there's literally a t-shirt for sale on Amazon with that exact phrasing. You think that's an accident? No, it's for sale because it's a pop culture phrase that EVERYBODY uses. Just because you and your circle aren't familiar with the phrase doesn't mean it doesn't exist to the rest of the world.
