I agree with Ovasitol, however I find it too expensive and not very different from combined D Chiro + Myo formulas like Ova Health and PCOSITOL . I tried all of them and to be honest - similar results but much cheaper!
I’ve read that metformin and low carb can eliminate the dark skin patches as these are directly caused by high insulin levels in the blood.
I’ve been talking myo inositol and d chiro per recommendations from this subreddit. I have always had a lot of hair on my head so I never thought too much of how much I shedded when I showered. The amount has significantly decreased since starting this supplement!
