Here's your solution. That should mostly do it, but also, if you must: this. You need to do whatever it takes to get good sleep, including having a serious sit-down talk with your roommate about respecting your sleep schedule since you work so late. Make it clear that it is affecting your health. You guys can work out a solution. What is your roommate doing in the morning that is so loud? If it's chores and things, do them at night before you go to bed. If it's music, ask them to use headphones. It's not just your gainz that are being affected - it's everything. Researchers have also recently connected chronic sleep deprivation to Alzheimer's.

Wonder how she does it so well, this is really impressive. The ending is just unsettling and haunting. Well fucking done.
