I also have bad CTS and have a pair and wear them any time I am using a palm sander, chainsaw, and sometimes even the lawnmower depending on how severe the CTS is.

THIS is the pair I use and they have held up great for 2 years and I would say reduce vibrations by about 75%

These kind work really well for me. http://www.amazon.com/Carhartt-Mens-Glove-Large-X-Large/dp/B005I34SZM/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1464756021&sr=8-3&keywords=carhartt+gloves

Or the ones with knuckle protection. However, you'll be surprised to find out how quickly this job can wear out a pair of sturdy gloves. Even leather, it'll be smooth within a month.

I'd recommend insoles for your shoes, too, and honestly, I wouldn't work CAP2 without safety-toe boots. Steel or composite, your choice. It's just an added layer of safety. Broken toes are not fun.

I've been using these for a few months for weed whacking. Really helps.

Not sure if there is a relatively cheap option that is comfortable to use for long periods of time, but you should look into picking up some anti-vibration gloves like these.

They may help you out with your HF polisher.
