If you're up for spending some money, http://www.amazon.com/Herb-Flower-Bud-Drying-Rack/dp/B005BTKIHK

I've used one once and it seemed to do the job fine. Nothing special is specifically needed to dry your bud. You could probably find one at your local grow shop, if its needed right away.

You chopped it up before drying? Not necessary. I leave it on the stems and let it dry in a basket. I use these: https://www.amazon.com/Growers-Edge-Enclosed-Zipper-Opening/dp/B00CJIA27M

Once dried, a quick run through the fingers strips the rosemary off and into a jar it goes for vacuum sealing if I have enough. Only gets ground when it's needed to refill the bottle in the spice rack.

It's adjustable and only like 2 feet tall. Part of it broke while I was putting it together though. The bar that goes across the middle on the bottom is held on by pegs and one of the pegs broke so how it's held on with zip ties. Which seems to be working fine.
