I used this one, works fine. I think I had to cut down the long bolt a little because it was a bit long and hit the bracket, but I just needed the special block thingy since it broke on me.

Make sure you have the nut...thing flipped the right way so that the adjuster bolt is straight, otherwise it will tension at an angle and crack/snap it.

You didn't mention which engine you have so this may not be the right part

$130 for the whole tensioner for 2.5L engine

You might only need to replace the $17 pulley if you have a bad bearing and not a bad tensioner

Here's a video from a 2012 2.0L AFAIK the process is the same but just google your year and engine.

oops, turns out my Amazon search omitted the 4agze from my search so they aren't the correct ones. I just learned a lot about pulleys, and this appears to be the Toyota part number 13570-16010.
