I love my Turkish style towels. They’re Fine woven cotton, durable, naturally smooth and soft, and fold very compact though they are technically oversized. Beautiful striped patterns as well. I hate synthetic towels so I’d steer clear of microfiber or anything like that.

Turkish towels are more like a humongous dish towel almost, that thin cotton. Very absorbent but it does feel different obviously compared to a fluffy traditional towel. They dry WAY quicker than a traditional towel also.

I was a road biker for 17 years, so I'm using my bibs. The quality of the chamois is the main thing.

If you're going to take rides over an hour, you can get chamois cream at a bike store to prevent rashes.

If you don't want to get your headphones all sweaty, an external bluetooth speaker is great. I got the Tribit- good sound at a good price.

I didn't want my black mat to get filled with white spots from the salt in my sweat, so I got a couple of black towels to put on the floor.

I've found these 12" square towels are great for wiping your head during the workout.

My go-to for preventing cramping: Hammer Endurolyte tablets- no added sugar and all the electrolytes you'll need.

If you're not used to regular road bike saddles, give yourself a couple of weeks to acclimatize your butt.

Once you're in the groove, consider doing Wilpers's FTP test. It's a great way to see gauge your fitness over time.

At my age, I only do 3 rides a week, but I see a lot of younger people riding almost every day. However, I would not do HIIT rides without a day of rest in between, no matter what your age.

Have fun!

Those are meant to be disposable. They are little more than napkins. These http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004LUKUKU/ref=pd_aw_sbs_4?pi=SS115
Are actual cloth washrags and reusable.

You can make the reusable ones, with soap included for camping ect.

Take bar soap ( solid soap) and shave or shred off about an ounce. Use a half to full cup of hot water and shake until soap is dissolved. Dip clean wash cloth in mixture and fold up small and press out extra water. Make a layer of cloths and put on a screen. Place a small board or brick ( clean) to press them flat and leave until dry. When dry, place in bags. Then just add a little water to the bag and let set for a minute to have a soapy rag ready to wash with.

Hopefully, I'm posting this at the right time! Here is something at $15!

However, since it keeps going out of stock, here and here are two back-ups. :) Ya' know, in case by some crazy chance, I can do this right, lol.

Not medical field, but I've worked with needs like this before.

The simple human can has an interior plastic liner that should prevent the plastic bag from sinking. It's not as tedious as it sounds, but when the tag is full you remove the entire liner before removing the bag of dirties, put in the clean bag, pull it taught and shove the rest of the plastic at the top through a little hole and that keeps it from falling until you're ready to remove the bag. Plastic cans won't help with that issue unfortunately.

Reusable wipes are a great idea for your situation. I used the ubbi pul liners in a 6.6 gallon sterilite step can when I cloth diapered my daughter. They say 7 gal, but it's a good tight fit on that step can and it will prevent it from falling into the can. Wash the liner with the cloths each cycle, and having a 2 pack means you always have one clean. You might be able to get away with washing the wipes 1-2x weekly depending on the specific situation, so stock up on wipe cloths based on the projected need between washings.

STERILITE 10949004 Step Can, Black, 6.6 Gallon (fyi that price is currently outrageous, but you can find these at Target, Kmart, dollar general, Walmart, etc)

I've used these wipes for babies

OsoCozy Flannel Baby Wipes - Reusable And Washable - 15 Pack (Unbleached) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000138GNY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_.dBEDbJJGMRYP

But I think for a mostly grown man, you could get something thicker like cheap cloth napkins, or kitchen hand towels, or those bundles of washcloths at any big box like this:

Simpli-Magic 79078 Cotton Washcloths (Pack of 24), Size: 12" x 12"
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0794SLW55/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_VqBEDbWCH8GVM

Fyi, buy the wipes in a single color that is NOTHING like your other linens, if you plan on keeping this stuff fully separated and want to ensure there isn't a potential cross contamination or stains on your nicer linens.

You can search for wash routine recommendations basically on any cloth diapering forum these days, but it usually goes something like this:

Only white vinegar in a soak and rinse cycle, then wash with a cloth diaper safe detergent (I've used Charlie's Soap for all our laundry for over 12 years but there are other brands that people swear by so check them out) with an oxygen booster (oxy clean) to disinfect and whiten. Dry as normal.

If you encounter barnyard smells in clean laundry or if he ever develops a fungal infection, bleach it all in hot water and dry it in the sun and you will be good to go. Otherwise, bleaching is overkill and will tear the linens apart in no time.

And last, I hope you recover fully from your surgery. Take care!

Turkish towels are made for humid environments - my friend who lives in Miami swears by them. They dry really quick and they're also super cute!

If you search for Turkish towels on Amazon there are tons of options. Here's a set here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0714JKGMW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Ntktzb5PNCXZM

Waffle weave all the way. I picked these and love them, but they’re definitely scratchier than normal towels https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XXCDNQS Very thin but still absorbent

u/Hitem20 · 2 pointsr/BuyItForLife

Can't say these are BIFL but I absolutely love these towels. They are absorbent, and super soft. Make sure you wash them twice before you use them.

Let's see something about myself. I suffer from depression and anxiety. I also have scoliosis which causes daily back pain. I'm told it's odd that I sit Indian style on my computer seat. (I'm short and it makes my back feel better having my legs up and bent) I love watching shows with swords and medieval theme. (Watching Game of Thrones!) I can be quite shy but I've been trying to talk more often. (Mostly on Reddit for now)

Towels. I want them because all my towels have holes or are stained. Getting new towels would definitely make my day.

It's just crazy to me that someone who claims to be dissatisfied with a games amount of content would give money to the company for continuing to ruin the game. Especially considering real towels are cheaper than this stupid-ass skin that's going to be free when EA backpedals.

Regular bathing + exfoliating should help with this! Personally I love Salux cloths for physical exfoliation during a shower, and they're long enough to be able to get to hard-to-reach spots on your back. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075RQWLRB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Just make sure you're not using something so harsh on your face.

It's a tenugui, Japanese hand towel. I bought mine from Amazon.
https://www.amazon.com/Japan-Komon-Tenugui-Karakusa-Maneki/dp/B00NHAT5P6/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1525093210&sr=8-6&keywords=tenugui

There are dozens of styles, including more decorative/painterly ones you can hang on our wall, and plain white ones which you will often see in Japanese kinbaku films being used as gags.

It took me a while to figure out what they were (after seeing them in rope videos) and it turns out they have a pretty rich history.

Sometimes the color might stain your lips, but sometimes it's intentional. My pretty.

They tell me my black dresses look like they belong with a witches broom. Something lengthy won't ride up while riding my broom, eh?

If you've ever seen Hocus Pocus, which dear goodness I hope you have you might recall the line Booo0000000OOOook! As any good witch, my animal will be a kitty, and of course, kitties can be bossy.

I inherited a naval trunk. Need something to seduce the strapping young wizards won't I?

DIY Child's Cape. I'll also need something to hand to that sobbing girl in the bathroom..

What are your thoughts on combining burgundy towels with bamboo accents?

Some products are shipped and sold through amazon that are not actually "amazon" brand. If you search based on only amazon, unfortunately you will miss a lot of good products. For example:
