Vanity On this, I negotiated with the seller since I didn't like the sinks/counter/mirrors that were included. They sold me the vanity only for a lesser price than advertised. I purchased the granite for the vanity/tub/privacy wall separately.

Shower Tiles are 12x24 and were purchased at Lowes, shower mosaic tile at HD

*Flooring tiles 6x24 were purchased at HD. Grout is "bone" color and also at Home Depot.

Yes, the dresser was given to us from my wife's parents which was given to them by their parents. It started to become noticeably worn so we asked their blessing and I coated the whole thing in 5 coats of marine grade polyurethane. I used these sinks from amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009YFRAKA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is the sink I got for the build. It came with a gasket at the bottom of the sink and on the underneath of the drain pipe- sandwiching the wood top.

I sold both Industrial grade microwaves that I posted about a couple weeks ago. They were $5 each, a model Amana RFS12SW and Amana RFS12SW2. I spent $17 on a plug converter, because no, the plug was NOT the same as the one that ovens and dryers use. I sold the one that didn't power on at all for $140 plus shipping and the one that powered on but made horrible noises for $100 plus shipping. I used the Uhaul 24X24X18 Extra Large Moving box to back these up and send them. All packed up they weighed 60 pounds each, so they were the right weight for Fedex Home Delivery.

I also finally sold this glass sink locally for $40. I bought it for $15 when it was $350 on Amazon and everywhere else... then it immediately when down in price. It was no longer worth the risk for me to mail something giant and glass for that little pay off. I posted it on Craigslist and FINALLY someone emailed me for it.

Lastly, I found a Tivo Series 4 at Goodwill, called in to check to make sure it wasn't marked stolen... and found out it had a LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION. This is like winning the Tivo lottery. I sold it for around $200 a little bit later. 95% of the time the Tivos I pick up are just worth $50 or less because they do not have subscriptions.

I just completed the support for an iron Kohler undermount sink beneath a Corian top. The cabinet company furnished a Kohler cradle kit with "beams" then spanned from front to back. I've built a wood structure (mostly plywood) to do the same for a waterfall-front iron sink, where the front of the cabinet had to be cut away (and was unavailable for beam support).

Adding a possible factor: if you plan to sell within, say, 5 years, you may want to go with the prevailing trend. Buyers, in general, prefer two sinks in the master.

However because the surface is so cramped that it won't leave you with much counterspace, my suggestion is to get creative. For example, maybe small vessel sinks would work well - they give the space some flair, without taking up a tons of space. Like this. Or you could consider undermount sinks, which would help gain you a couple inches of surface area. Like this, which is 13x13.

To be clear, I'm not recommending any particular model or store. Just grabbed the links for visual examples.

Thanks for the advice! I do like maize! The counter top was JUST made for me by a friend and they did it so that I could have a shelf off of it since the bathroom is so small. It hasn't even been installed yet. So I cannot really change that part. But yeah, looking back a solid color would have worked much better. This is the original link and the colors I saw for the vessel . So the colors definitely surprised me. I am now wondering about going with one like this now instead of trying to change everything else. I really like the faucet though with the first one. Staining the cabinets and new trim is a good suggestion as well. I may just do that!

Did you want to replace the vanity, or just a sink? Lots of "wall hung" corner sinks out there, and corner pedestal sinks too. (http://www.amazon.com/CORNER-PEDESTAL-SINK-WHITE-RE1717W/dp/B000QUXVBO)

If I understand you correctly, you want to cover the whole thing up. If so you need a "Faucet hole cover" or a "Tap hole cover" these run about 5 bucks at Home Depot and Lowes or you can order on Amazon

If you plan on keeping the soap dispenser, then replace the washer as stated previously. Here is a parts

Redoing my bathroom and there was a mistake in vanity size, so I have this vanity, brand new never used, and not even assembled, for sale. Make an offer for your beautiful new bathroom! Does not include mirror or faucet hardware (although I have a random faucet from Lowes I can include that I plan to return).

Also have this gray couch for sale. Willing to take a discount for Redditors, need it out this weekend!

Lastly, have this 1983 Honda Nighthawk Motorcycle for sale. Bought last fall and rode a few times, but need to make some space and will eventually get a different bike. Went to take it out one last time this summer but the clutch isn't working. I believe it's just air in the lines, as there isn't any resistance in the lever. You can tow it away, or do a quick fix in my backyard even. Willing to negotiate on price as well.

P.S. Related to above I have a matte black Shoei RF1200, size small. Worn twice, and has anti fog pinlock visor installed. $500 new, I'll sell it for $300.

No, no, no... this is a skink.
