I own a jet ski rental company and we use jet ski carts to move the skis around the shop, to and from the trailer, etc.

Here's an example. Not that expensive and they are well worth it.

I'd suggest finding a used one locally first. If there's nothing on your Craigslist/OfferUp/Facebook/etc, then you can usually find a generic one on ebay or Amazon. Something like this one (I have this and it works fine): https://www.amazon.com/Best-Choice-Products-Watercraft-Capacity/dp/B00LXCLE72
