We may need a little more clarification on what you're looking for. It looks like most people are answering for canned ground coffee and not canned brewed coffee, so if you're looking for canned & ground, there are plenty of good suggestions in the other comments.

If you're looking for drink-straight-from-the-can goodness like u/ElectricGeometry and I understood it, then you have a few options. As they said, many Asian countries have great canned coffee. My personal favorite and highest recommended is Boss Coffee, which is from Japan and comes in Au Lait, Black, & Vanilla. It looks like you would need to buy three cases of 12 in order to meet your desired amount (with some to spare), but it will run about $100.

I suppose you could also buy the Starbucks, Monster, etc. drinks, but they seem to come in the sweeter varieties, and are varied in price.

Hope this helps, OP! Happy java hunting!

OMG I miss that stuff (stationed in Japan 1997-2000)...haven't thought about it since then..and they sell it on Amazon?! Bought some. Thank you!

Thinking about it now, and thinking back...I have fond memories of the Georgia coffee cans that come out hot from the vending machines...

Awww, bummer.
They DO sell it on Amazon, but it's not affordable whatseover. $90 for 30 cans. Yeesh.

Unfortunately it's exclusively in the Northeast.

Hopefully they blow up and distribute country-wide so I can get some of that goodness here in Arizona.

Edit: Looks like they're on Amazon for those that want to give it a go with a small pack and free^* shipping.

I don’t have anymore on hand but you can find it on amazon.

I have started enjoying Maxwell house black iced coffee cans because they are quick, easy and tasty. Ingredients read water and concentrated black coffee, but the nutrition information lists 20 calories. I guess from the coffee grounds themselves? I always think of coffee as a 0 calorie item. Anyone have any perspective on how these fit into a fast and what might be driving the 20 calories?

OMG you have to try RISE nitro oat milk latte. SO GOOD. I'm also a big fan of La Colombe's canned draft lattes, mostly because they're easy to pick up at Trader Joe's, but if you come across RISE, I think they're great.

I have a few cans of this in the fridge for emergencies. It's much better than not having them.

u/OrangeCurtain · 2 pointsr/Coffee

Yes. I was sipping these Illy's, or something very like them, all over Cyprus.

So I'm a week deep into ketosis and I miss my favorite thing so much: a la colombe draft latte mocha. They are ~15g net carbs (I'm staying at 20g or below).

I'm really just wondering two things: if I can eat 5g or less carbs for the rest of the day and have one, is that okay? Even though all the carbs from the latte is basically sugar? Does it matter where the carbs come from?

Thanks!

There's this product called "super coffee" I like, but I don't like it anywhere near enough to pay $3/bottle with any regularity. Anyone have a recipe for something similar?

The ingredients are just coffee, whey protein concentrate, MCT oil, potassium phosphate, and gellan gum - and for the first 3 I know nearly the exact ratios from the label. I'm guessing potassium phosphate prevents the MCT oil from separating out and gellan gum makes it taste smoother. I could just mad scientist it out but I'm hoping someone already did that. I also don't understand if there's a reason they used whey concentrate vs isolate other than cost. Milk frother to mix? Blender?

Postface disclaimer: I know MCT oil is unnecessary for keto and is a marketing gimmick, and I know drinking calories is typically unadvised for weight loss which I am doing. I just really like the taste and am workshoping a new meal plan for a change and this addition works for me personally.

Here's mine: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_sabc?url=search-alias%3Daps&pageMinusResults=1&suo=1347300104776#/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=keepcup&sprefix=keepcup&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Akeepcup

These are KeepCups, they're 100% recyclable travel mugs and come in a bunch of different color combos (or you can create your own combo on their site). I use it every day for water at work (I'm not a coffee-gal).

And this is what I drink instead of coffee: http://www.amazon.com/illy-issimo-Coffee-Cappuccino-8-45-Ounce/dp/B002IEVJRY/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1347300232&sr=8-5&keywords=illy+issimo
They come in bottles now and are kinda pricey ($2 each) but they have less sugar and calories than the Starbuck's version and taste delicious.

I was looking at some Starbucks Espresso and the reviews showed multiple people who received cans that just had sludge inside or were absolutely covered in maggots. https://www.amazon.com/Starbucks-Doubleshot-Espresso-Cream-Fluid/dp/B00DS4Q1IK#CustomerImages

Decided not to order anything but dry goods or canned goods if I'm going to bother ordering from them, definitely not anything that goes rancid.

But honestly, especially if Amazon is doing 3rd party order fulfillment, better to just do pick up order from Walmart or Safeway. Getting a non-food item that's bad is no big deal, just exchange it.. getting bad food can be dangerous.

It's not Asian but I like this stuff the coconut oil supposedly makes it sort of like bulletproof coffee where it gives you more energy and doesn't make you jittery. Also the coconut really hides that instant coffee taste lol.

u/MiRIr · 0 pointsr/gaming

I'm pretty sure my math makes sense here. 1 cubic centimeter is equivalent to 1 milliliter. 192 mL is equal to about 6.5 fluid ounces, which is the amount of espresso in this drink, which is certainly closer in size to a 3DS than a CRT.
