hi there, please read!! there is hope:)!!

i had hidradenitis suppurativa from the age of 11 until i was 26 years old on my bikini line and butt. It was painful, embarrassing and really affected my confidence. At 26 I finally went to see a dermatologist in Manhattan who gave me two options. the first option was to go in antibiotics for two months or go a natural route and take a combination of two supplements for 6 months twice a day. I chose to try the supplements and it fucking worked!!!! I am 28 now and RARELY get a flare up, and if i do its tiny and goes away quickly.

Here is what to take and how often:
two times day daily (in the morning and in the evening before bed) take 500 mg of Niacinamide and 25,000 IU of vitamin A (beta-carotene).

Here links to the supplements (make sure buy a quality brand) :

Other notes from my dermatologist:

Although u may think working out can make flare ups worse because of sweat, sweating is very important to help detox the skin!!! Just make sure to shower shortly.

Use a body wash with tea tree oil.

Stay away from inflammatory foods, especially dairy and processed oils.

Drink LOTS of water.

I hope this helps someone. It really worked for me and i am so
relieved.

Check out /r/babybumps, /r/ttc and /r/waiting to try. People will have some good recommendations.

Also unless your doctor specifically says you are low on iron don't take anything with iron. It can cause a lot of problems.

I personally take Bausch & Lomb multi-vitamin + eye as I have a vitamin D deficiency and have been told to take lutein by my doctor so kind of went "might as well shove the folic acid in there too

I noticed is that after awhile nothing helped my itchy eyes. Not enough Zyrtec, Claritin or Benadryl in the world.

Allergy eye drops didn’t help.

Within two days of adding the Now Quercetin with Bromelain its an instant drop. End of eye symptoms. Less reliance on Zyrtec.

It doesn’t help with digital eye strain. I take Bulletproof Eye Armor for that and the two together has been miraculous.
