Franks comes in at around 400 to 500 on the Scoville heat scale.

The Cayenne I recall Cole putting in his snake juice when talking about Cayenne was 100,000 scoville heat units.

So there is a rather large difference in heat units here. I haven't studied enough about cayenne to know how it works etc, but that is a large difference.

I started with these and once I was tolerating 6+ per day I moved on to these. I take 1 or 2 of those extra hot ones per day. One seems to max out therapeutic benefit but I also feel like blood levels titrate up so if I take 2 when I think of it and then occasionally miss a day it doesn't seem to have a noticeable effect.
