ZMA is zinc, magnesium, and b6. I searched amazon for ZMA and here are the top 3 results ON, NOW, met-rx. None of them have melatonin.

What do you guys think of CLA supplements?

Hi, I'm very new here so hopefully this will turn out ok.

I started exercising and adjusting my diet in October last year and so far things have been going pretty well, I've lost about 20 lbs so far but I still have a ways to go. I am female, 5'8" and currently weigh 235 lbs (yup still a wayyyys to go). I weigh myself once a week and for the past three weeks I have either stayed the same weight or gained slightly. This is kind of discouraging since I haven't been making any bad choices I'm aware of so I don't know why I'm not losing any weight...

Which leads me to my question, I am not taking supplements of any kind, should I be? Would they help? Which ones? Ok, so questions, not question...

More specifically I was pointed towards something called CLA 1000 Leancore (amazon link: http://www.amazon.co.uk/SCI-MX-Nutrition-1000-Leancore-Softgels/dp/B001EOYBWE I don't know how to make it pretty). Do any of you have any experience with this? Does it work? Is it bullshit as I suspect most of these kinds of supplements to be?

Alternatively, when you're trying to change your body, whether it's lose weight, gain muscle or whatever, what do you do to stay motivated when nothing seems to be changing anymore?
Thanks for any advice, hopefully this wasn't to ramble-y..
