It is much cheaper in the US for some reason.

As someone with an unfortunate variation on the Midas Touch (every food I make turns to shit) crepes are really difficult to screw up. Having a well-seasoned carbon steel crepe pan like the one in the video makes them even harder to mess up. If I can make crepes, anyone can!

I can smell the sugar, batter, and melted butter just from watching that video. So good. I used to have one of these until its nonstick coating died. I should get another....

Plutôt un truc comme ça du coup?

Et le houmous, c'est super simple ! T'as pris de la pâte de sésame pour mettre dedans ? C'est le must pour donner un petit goût grillé.

Yup, a lot hangs on the griddle too! In India, a lot of people are lucky to have broken-in cast iron ones handed down by relatives. My wife got a great one from my aunt!! OP, you will need one like this: https://www.amazon.in/Generic-CAST-IRON-DOSA-TAWA/dp/B076Z1QRR8

I grew up before teflon was used in pans (started in the '60s). My Mom always used a steel pan. Amazon has one for $20 - called a crepe pan, but also good for eggs.

Here's another for $30 - a little deeper.
