What size are you looking for? Amazon has many, just search "clear tiered cupcake stand" or some variation.

Bakery supply stores should also carry them.

First one I found doing a quick search. 7" top tier, would hold a standard top tier of a wedding cake (6" frosted or smaller).

I bought these risers from eBay, which work out to $5 per riser including shipping. It's plenty for two Detolf cases. I like these because they're wide and look pretty nice in the Detolf.

This seems like a pretty good deal but I can't vouch for the quality or the seller - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0011GF1ZG/

I've also considered using cupcake stands for displays but haven't actually bought it yet to try. Most of these are fairly small but would work for displaying nendoroids or other small figures. This is the one I was considering buying - http://www.amazon.com/Utenlid%C2%AE-4-Tier-Stacked-Cupcake-Dessert/dp/B00F3KHE92/

I have a clear cupcake display for my miniatures. It's the greatest thing ever.

That looks really cool and it reminded me of a bunch of snack tiers I've seen around. I'm hungry now ;_;

What about these ones? Would they match what you have in mind?

Hi! So first of all, I hope you are able to get some rest and feel better! No shame in taking a sick day if you need it and are able! Second, I found quite a few cake stands for under $20 on Walmart, Target, and Amazon. I’m not sure what your budget is, but I thought this one was simple and straightforward: https://www.amazon.com/BonNoces-Acrylic-Glass-Cupcake-Stands/dp/B00ZFQQ152

So I just left the third teir off and used the two biggest plates. It's all interchangeable since the "pole" in the middle is actually three separate poles that screw into each other. It looks ridiculous, but functions. Fits inside my harbor freight pressure pot perfectly. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VMJSPZ8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_lyZUDbHVF6V3T

The guy on r/amiibo said it was a cake display case. I am guessing it is something like this display

Something like this? There are a bunch of different ones if you type in "ice cream cone holder".

You can get lots of cute ideas from The Container Store, if you're also in the need for storage on top of the vanity.

One of my favorite options is a magnetic board also. You can either get them like this off Etsy, or you can buy a magnetic board at Michaels/Home Depot with some small magnets and DIY. I'm fond of just a plain magnetic board with no covering, too. Looks kind of ... I don't know, rustic? Is that the word? It's really easy to do and ends up saving you counter space.

There's also Fold-out type desks that will save you space. I know you said you now have the room for a full vanity, but space savers give your floor space a clean, modern feel that I personally like. You could even stick a cute lounge chair under it to be used as your makeup chair and reading chair depending on the time of day. :)

If you won't find yourself refinishing an older product, my only concerns would be squeaky drawers (I get goosebumps just thinking about that noise, ew, ew, ew) and paint flaking off if it's previously been painted. Neither of those might bother you. If you can find something kickass at a garage sale or antique shop, that's awesome.

Edit: Don't forget about cake stands for perfumes or other jarred liquids as well. This one is a little gaudy, but you get the idea.

Spice racks for nail polish storage.

Test tube racks for brush storage.

Did I go way off topic? You asked about vanities, and I went mostly with accesorries. Oop.

I'm looking through amazon right now. It'll probably be better (and cheaper) to search for display cases meant for other products (jewelry, shot glasses, food) than it would be to search for those specifically meant for collectibles.

This cupcake display shelf, for instance: http://www.amazon.com/Utenlid-4-Tier-Stacked-Cupcake-Dessert/dp/B00F3KHE92/ref=pd_bxgy_hg_img_y

If nothing comes up, the least I can suggest is checking local thrift shops. A wooden and glass display case would cost a fortune buying over the web, but you might just find a deal locally.

EDIT: OH, I forgot. It's not a big case or shelf, but these boxes can be used to display amiibo individually http://www.containerstore.com/shop/giftPackaging/containers/boxes?productId=10003497

Looking at it, a lot of other people thought so too since the appropriate sizes seem to be backordered, hmm...

Ideal celebration is a an exotic tasting party where you have crazy ingredients mixed into dishes and you make your close friends try the stuff without telling them what's in it. Afterwards there'd be a normal dessert potluck awesomeness that would span for hours cause alcohol makes time drag on. If we had time, I absolutely love murder mystery parties. :D

Or wait, make a party that's like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory and make that a murder mystery and then decorate the house with all things awesome! -drool- I can imagine a bajillion cake stands to hold all the desserts. :) And there has to be more creative ways but that would be one of them maybe.

And if you happen to love my party, lights!

Edit: I want to partay!
