With Chinese Knockoff Payday 2 masks
I was expecting flimsy masks, but they are made out of a mostly solid plastic, and are better then most "Slasher Movie hockey Mask" items that you find in stores.
Houston, Chains, Wolf masks actually sits on your face normal like any Dime store mask, but the Dallas is almost unwearable. I may just have a big nose, but the space for your nose is to small and just pushes against your nose.
The paint is Airbrushed on and isnt the most accurate, but it's okay for the $2 masks they are. The framework for the mask is excellent, so honestly it's not a bad idea to just completely repaint these masks myself to make them more accurate and add more color. There's nothing more accurate to Payday2 like taking hours customizing your own masks.
I want this mask from black bullet. This show may have had exploding children but this is a damn cool mask.

seriously though, a tuxedo. black tie. opera pumps, a cape (a legit one, not some costume store shit), then get a paper mache mask and paint it to your desired look

Here's a shirt along the same lines as the android's shirt. The only full head masks I could find were fetish wear and I doubt you would want to drop $50+ on the mask alone. Perhaps just a plain theater mask and a zentai hood? Visibility would be a problem but you can cut holes in the hood to solve that. I don't know about the lights, feels like it would be blinding but not something I've dabbled with. And those belt things around the shoulders elude me, I thought I've seen something like that before but can't think of what its called. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
