It's not a t-shirt, but it is a work of art
I'm a bigger guy myself 6'0 280. My advice to you is buy some nice, dark v-neck t-shirts, then buy some short sleeve and long sleeve button up shirts of your choosing and wear them unbuttoned over the v-neck. It's a good style for bigger dudes, in my opinion, because you're still comfortable and the layers are more flattering.

Shirt - You can buy this a little smaller since you're gonna wear it unbuttoned
Maybe pick up some joggers and you'll have nice modern look.
As far as shoes go, I have wide feet too, I ordered these a little while back and they fit me well. I get a lot of compliments on them, although I realize they're weird and not everyone's style.

If we're talking about dress shirts, then Uniqlo still has more work to do in terms of fit options. Most of their dress shirts still only come in S/M/L sizing, and even if you get a "custom" size on their website, they still limit what size options you can choose. For example, their Medium slim fit is a good fit on me but the neck is too big. Custom sizing only allows 16, 16.5, and 17" necks, no 15.5", 15.75",15", etc. Also, you can only get "custom" sizing in white and blue dress shirts, that's it. Even retailers like Amazon have decently inexpensive dress shirts in multiple fits, multiple neck sizes, exact sleeve lengths (which Uniqlo doesn't offer), and multiple collar styles (which Uniqlo doesn't offer).
Professional seamstress /tailor/costumer here. You can get the shirts tailored pretty easily. Price depends on where you go. I'd say $35 and up to take a shirt in. Another option is to get a size smaller with a neck extension.

I tried to buy this shirt a week ago, but an XL was too small since they run a size short.

I bought them from costco, but these are pretty nice. They're kind of thick so IDK if you'd want them for the spring though. They are a regular fit, so if you are slim or looking for a slimmer fit I'd size down or look elsewhere. They're great for layering though, or if you're like me and don't mind a loose fitting flannel with a tee, they work nice as well.
Don’t filter by tall size. Just search buttoned down, then you can filter by neck and sleeve sizing. I have a handful of their shirts but they are all just solid classic colors. Various blues and white.

Hi, I was preparing interview clothes but I've been reading that white is basically the only way to go, no reason to get creative for interview day. White and whatever tie are so boring though so I was hoping to avoid it while still staying modest and not flashy. Entry level interview for nursing.

This is a magnetic button shirt. There is at least one available on Amazon. Target undoubtedly sells a cheaper one though but could not find it, these have been out for a very long time in one form or another

Whenever I would get a shirt that had flimsy collar stays, I would make my own out of a hard but malleable plastic. I've used LTO Tape cases to make a "set" of them, old CD cases (the flimsy ones, not the hard plastic ones) I always wanted metal one, I found these

Also, run an iron over the ends of the collar prior to adding the collar stays.
Button down collars keep the collar from spreading. This helps to elongate your face and neck. Also, if you are having problems with the top button you get a button extender. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000F4B77G
First get your neck properly measured to make sure you are getting the correct size.
