Fire Cider is great for colds and being sick. I take a teaspoon every 3 hours when I’m sick. I’m usually all better within 3 days. I also take Elderberry Syrup to help with colds as well!

But any pharmacy section at your local store usually carries some kind of them. I prefer zarbees brand because they’re a very well known trusted brand.

I’ve gotten them at Whole Foods but Walmart says they have them and they have them on amazon. this is the brand I like but there’s other brands out there too.

I’ve got the holy grail. This kept me flu free when my husband and son came down with it 2 winters ago. Your husband can start taking it immediately.

Edit- also, we have a sick bed in our house where you get quarantined when you’re feeling ill. Partially to not infect anyone and also so that the other partner can sleep uninterrupted in case you’re up coughing or throwing up. It might sound cruel but it works for us. We still check on each other but sleep is important around here!
