I am a big fan of the slim profile of Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66's. I've personally only seen these mentioned a few times in this sub. Come in a large variety of colors, of which I have owned the White/Red/Blue, Birch/India Ink/Latte, and just received White/Burgundy in the mail after wearing out my last pair that I bought 2 1/2 years ago. I think they're sleek for casual everyday wear.

Any of the stretchy memory foam walking shoes are good, I got mine for very cheap at an outlet store if there are any near you. They give a lot of support and are easy to put on (I can’t bend over anymore and still can work these)

A bit pricier are Sanuk, but they have faux fur lined options

For shoes, maybe you could wear leather sneakers. Maybe some slip-ons like these, or converse like these. They'd allow you to run and look presentable, depending on what side of business casual your place is on (although I guess they're on the side of "safety first").

I have these in black leather. They are super comfy, and I feel like the leather dresses them up enough to wear them with some less casual things (which is important for me). The white rubber does get dirty very easily, though.

When is the race? 5.10s are around $90, I wear onitsuka tiger Ultimate 81s and some colors are only $45 on amazon. Or get KOs for $40 + shipping.

I work at a small company producing vintage style t-shirts(read: american apparel tri-blends with hand screened prints). We wear our product all the time to help promote ourselves, which basically includes jeans and a t-shirt. I dont really have shoes to complete the look though. Its been fine so far because i just wear sandals all the time since it was summer, but now that its cooling off, i want to find a pair of nice, versatile shoes for the rest of the year.
