According to this amazon product description a single wafer would weigh about 0.32g.
According to this guy‘s page Jesus height might have been 5' 10" and his weight may be around 142 pounds. —> 64,41 kg
x = amount of wafers
0.32g * x = 64,41kg or 64410g
You would have to eat around 200k of them.
If you went to church each week and ate exactly one wafer (52 a year) - you would NEVER eat a whole Jesus in your entire life.
Don't stop at just remembering... experience again!
I worked at a theaterpub and got to work on developing the popcorn process for the theater. The best theater popcorn uses a coconut oil base as the popping fat. You want to use pure coconut oil or get a product like this or this. These products are primarily coconut oil with annatto for coloring, and they are solid at room temperature. They are better than regular oils or butter flavored liquid popping oil because the coconut oil tastes richer and more unctuous.
You also want to get Flavacol popcorn salt. This is a commercial product, and I've never seen it offered in retail, but you can get it from Amazon. Flavacol is a superfine powdered salt with butter flavoring and annatto. It's a finer grind than the popcorn salt sold in grocery stores. When you make popcorn, you add the coconut oil to the pot, heat it up, then add the popcorn and the Flavacol. It sticks to the kernels as they pop, and the popcorn doesn't need to be salted after popping.
Finally, the butter. You can't use just straight melted butter, because the water fraction of the butter will soak into the popcorn and make it soggy. You need to use clarified butter. Melt a pound or so of butter in a pot on the stove, and let it simmer for awhile. You want to let the water underneath the butterfat reduce and boil away, but you don't want to let all of it boil away or the butter will burn. You want to allow the milk sugar in the water to begin to caramelize. This will flavor the butterfat with a wonderful, nutty aroma. Once that happens, let the butter cool, then pour off the fat. Use this clarified butter to butter your popcorn. It won't make the kernels soggy. You can refrigerate any leftover butter tightly sealed for next time.
Once you have butter on the popcorn, you can add flavorings. But anything you use needs to be very finely pulverized. That's why Kraft-style powdered cheese is so popular. Even powdered parmesan cheese like you get in the green can is too coarse to really stick, but you can pulverize it finer in a food processor.
One of my favorite seasonings is bacon, cheese and chive. The bacon needs to be fried crisp and drained well, then frozen before processing. You can't get it quite as fine as parmesan before it balls up, but you can get it close enough. Then pulverize some good parmesan, Reggiano or Grana Padana. Mix together the bacon and parmesan with some Kraft-style powdered cheese, dehydrated chives, black pepper, cayenne and a hint of garlic powder to taste. You can add a little cornstarch to this mixture to keep it from clumping.
If you like popcorn, you should try mushroom popcorn which pops up rounder. It's not my personal favorite, but it's used by lots of kettle corn companies, and the shape is distinctive.
Here's a good recipe for butter toffee popcorn. It's better than caramel corn, because butter, and the candy coating is more crispy. This recipe includes peanuts, so it's like Cracker Jack, only better. I've made this with alder smoked salt and toasted chopped almonds/pecans instead of peanuts, and it's a big hit. Sort of like smokehouse almonds with caramel corn.
Cereal Marshmallows 8 Pounds Bulk https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004BBR95I/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_1h63AbTJY2YWB
My suggestion would be to set up a security camera first.
EDIT: Also, if you want to set up a sacrificial package for the thieves to steal I suggest getting sugar-free gummy bears.
Dehydrated Marshmallows Assorted 40 lb Case
"Question: Can I get a calorie count please? I am watching my figure!"
"Answer: I can assure you that watching your figure and buying a 40 pound bag of marshmallows are two entirely exclusive lifestyles. "
Nope: Only This, Nothing More!
Ordered XL but needed a Small, they delivered an XL!
Edit: this reminds me of the gallon of milk on Amazon with the funny reviews https://www.amazon.com/Tuscan-Dairy-Whole-Vitamin-Gallon/dp/B00032G1S0
Cereal Marshmallows 8 Pounds Bulk
This is my personal favorite. It is spicier than anything you would usually get in a grocery store and I think it has pretty decent flavor. I always doctor ramen with sauteed vegetables like mushrooms or scallions and almost always with an egg poached in the soup while its cooking.
Sold out. :(
It was $14 BTW
He deleted his comment here is the link: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00M2OGS08
anyone can also buy them on amazon:
Here's a link to the not crappy version of the page. Currently sold out though.
Because everyone deserves the link
Some of the varieties of sugar-free gummy bears contains a laxative. I think the reviews speak for themselves. (In short, eating large amounts of them is a very bad idea)
I shouldn't need any of your lucky charms as I'll be bringing my own.
I ordered This from Amazon but was shipped THIS
After looking at price difference I almost though about keeping it.
Then you must read the reviews for Tuscan Whole milk of legend.
here you go
Here you go!
that's actually the good korean ramen
especially if you put some Flavacol on it. it’s the secret ingredient all theaters use to make their popcorn taste better than microwave popcorn
A Healthy Alternative
They're selling it again. You can buy it online or maybe find it in a store. The gas station near me sells a 16oz can for $1.
Amazon also sells Bawls, you can get 'em in in a can or bottles.
You're probably familiar with most of these already, but these are my favorite foods for filling up on minimal calories. Let me know if you want any additional info about any of them.
You could also buy powdered peanut butter and water it down significantly.
I recommend this (just found out about it recently myself) if you're still eating the basic maruchan that I have almost all my life. Worth the extra price.
Reminds me of the infamous reviews of Tuscan milk from Amazon. So funny the NY Times wrote an article about the reviews.
Relevant Amazon product
As long as they are not sugar free evil bears, you should be fine !
You should get him diabetes in a box.
Great photo btw.
Truly an excellent example of modern rhetoric and prose. The writers of tomorrow aren't training in colleges and writing schools- no, they're busy writing Amazon reviews about sugar free gummy bears.
Amazon page for Surge. In case anyone's feels nostalgic for the 90's
The top review on this gallon of milk remains my favorite. I hope that reviewer got class credit for it.
Gummy Bears reviews here. In fact it was whilst I was reading these reviews about three years ago that I first met one of my good friends. She had just come to the UK and could hardly speak English. She was sitting across from me in a cafe and I was reading these reviews, laughing so hard I was crying. She asked if I was ok and we have been friends ever since!
Available on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B008DJR6HU/
there you go
I have more but I have to actually work today.
It's called flavacol, a salt that sticks to popcorn better, and you can buy it on Amazon.com. Add it to Snappy white popcorn and you'll have something better than the movie theater.
nah, this big
This is what you really want, OP : https://www.amazon.com/Gold-Medal-Prod-Flavacol-Seasoning/dp/B004W8LT10?th=1
Use whatever popcorn and oil is handy/works best, that seasoning is what'll make the difference.
I was also a movie theater employee, and I can confirm that this oil is NOT what makes the popcorn amazing. Here it is (or at least some similar variant): flavacol
This is some amazing tasting salt material which is grated extremely finely, giving it a huge surface area to volume ratio, thus allowing it to dissolve into the popcorn easier than typical salt.
I guess its akin to Tuscan Whole Milk?
Man, this brings back such memories. I worked at a local theater and we would routinely oversell Titanic by roughly 30-40 tickets (per management directive) so it was my job to tell 30-40 angry people they couldn't get in. 17 year old me got yelled at so much. As much as it sucked, I learned a lot dealing with all that.
BTW if you want authentic movie theater popcorn at home buy some Flavacol
The amazon reviews on those things are hilarious.
PB2 is also a great alternative to peanut butter. It's 45 calories for 2 tablespoons. They also make a chocolate version, you can buy a two pack that includes one of each flavor on Amazon!! Overall a lifesaver for my peanut-butter-loving self. :)
You may want to try PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter. It's pretty good, especially in shakes. It also has less fat than ground peanuts and peanut butter, and it's clearly marked as what it is, so you can avoid possibly killing the people you interact with in the future.
Hijacking this comment to say that it is back in stock as of this post.
If they don't, you could always sneak in your own.
Copy/pasting my comment from another thread:
This is what I use at home:
Indistinguishable from movie theater popcorn.
The popper isn't terribly cheap, but it's worth it if you make a lot of popcorn. The popper isn't really the most important part, though. The oil and salt are what makes the theater popcorn so damned good.
It has been for 10+ years. You've had Tuscan Whole Milk, right?
No picking needed.
I used Betty Crocker's recipe as a starting point. All I did was sub Carbquik for Bisquik and heavy whipping cream for milk.
Keto Sausage Cheese Balls
Original Bisquick™Carbquik mix
Instructions: Mix everything together well. Roll into balls about one inch in diameter. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. (I was able to mix, roll, and freeze them at home. I baked them at work in the toaster oven from frozen and they came out fine! They taste very much like the original recipe which I've had several times now.)
Makes about 100. Betty says 102. I got 93.
Nutritional Info per ball: 58 calories per ball. 5 g of fat. 4 g protein. 1 g net carb.
Note: I had 13 on my plate. This was way too much. These are an indulgent treat. I usually bring these to parties and the like, but I was so excited to use the Carbquik which I got this week. I'm keeping the rest frozen for until I have guests over.
For some of the funniest shit to ever grace Amazon reviews
Or you can just go to your local church. My x-priest said he would buy them in bulk for me if necessary. He would often joke "If Christ didn't taste so delicious, I would be a protestant!".
Edit: You could always try ringing Father Larry Duff on his cell, he has a ready supply.
Remember the crypto craze?? AMD remembers.
Seriously, though, 3rd party vendors do this in every Amazon sub-category. You can buy a gallon of Tuscan Dairy Vitamin D Whole milk for $74.00 if you want to. Eventually, it will be revealed that this is how drug cartels are laundering money. Until then, enjoy the lols.
Just link to the fucking page.
I come here to proselyte for the church of PB2
Optimum Nutrition always, no substitutes!
Also, get some PB2 and add a spoonful or two into your shake!
I got you buddy.
We're still working on whether artificial sweeteners cause a spike in insulin in humans. At the moment, there isn't solid science to back it up and a lot of it is speculation and anecdotal stories. We've only got tests on flies and mice. Along with that, very little of the sweeteners reach the pancreas and there is no glucose involved with this situation at all.
They do make you poop though. Enjoy if you have yet to partake!
Buy better ramen. I don't know how people can eat tons of Maruchan or Top Ramen. Get some quality shit on amazon. Its more expensive but you'll hate yourself a bit less. Here's some things to get you started with:
Your best bet is probably using PB2 and low cal/sugar jelly on a lighter bread
I like these, also check out the vendor list
Amazon isn't going to do anything about it. Look at the reviews for jugs of milk that they leave up. Those are just silly and nonsexual, but clearly whoever is in charge of moderating the reviews has a pillow and blanket under their desk.
For those not familiar with tuscan milk , read the reviews:
[It's back] (http://amzn.com/B00OK0I4AO)
Step 1: Buy this
Step 2: Repackage
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Profit.
NongShim Shin Ramyun is my go to instant noodle, flavorful and delicious. Easily complemented with a fried/softboiled egg, simple greens and some fried spam. Each pack is $~0.87 each, much cheaper if you buy it from a local Asian market. I typically get mine for about $0.60/pack.
I dunno if they're real reviews though. I don't know where all the people come from, but there's some sort of Amazon Funny Reviews Brigade that posts a lot of comments on a lot of obscure and absurd items (for example the banana slicer, "For Her" pens, and Tuscan Whole Milk)
Every time I see things written out like that, all I can think about are the reviews on this page: http://www.amazon.com/Tuscan-Whole-Milk-Gallon-128/product-reviews/B00032G1S0
Personally I think potassium is the most difficult nutrient to get enough of. To help with my daily goal I have switched over to using lite salt which is an iodized blend of sodium and potassium. Over the past 7 days I have averaged 4500 mg of potassium from dates, soy milk, coffee, carrots, and lite salt.
(To be fair, I am currently consuming an unsustainable amount of dates, but this 11 lb box isn't going to eat itself!)
For most people, leafy greens are the best bet for easily increasing your intake. One cup of cooked chard is nearly 1000 mg.
Broadman Church Communion White Wafers - Cross Design (1 - 1/8") - Box of 1000 (10 Individual Packs of 100 Lord's Supper Wafers) https://www.amazon.com/dp/0805470859/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_d1fsDbWRXZ95J
Here is the Link to the Product Listing if anyone is interested in reading the reviews. They are absolutely hilarious!
Albanese Candy, Sugar Free Assorted Fruit Gummi Bears, 5-pound Bag
Since it seems you don't know...
You can just buy them.
What a time to be alive!
They just brought it back yesterday. 16-oz cans!
Need a case of Surge to go with that shirt.
For those interested in getting some of their own. It's finally back on Amazon
According to Amazon, each wafer weighs approximately 1/4th of a gram.
According to Wikipedia, the weight of your average Jesus is 70.8kg [assuming White Jesus]. Of this, approximately 9kg is bone and 2.5kg of blood [interesting side note: blood is not denser than water. Who knew?]. This leaves approximately 59.3kg of White Jesus flesh, organs and skin.
According to this discussion, a sip of wine is approximately 15 mL.
According to this page, the average White Jesus has 5.5L of blood.
By these figures, you would require 367 communions to drink an entire White Jesus' worth of blood and 237,200 wafers for White Jesus' flesh.
Saved you a trip!
What? You don't?
BUY IT NOW!
Surge is working hard to come back, Their twitter is pretty active. you can get it from Amazon too if you want. And sold here on Amazon, notice it's usually bought with munchie foods.
You can get the Surge again, fyi.
> Unfortunately, I've never seen Lucky Charms ALL CHARMS. Oh God that would be amazing.
Have I ever got good news for you, my friend!
Man, I am proud of myself for this one. First, let me specify once again: This is a large, blueberry scone that is only 100 calories and 3 grams net carbs. It's also only 4 (or 5) ingredients, and it's the easiest thing in the world to make.
First and foremost, the star of the show here is carbquik. I don't know why this stuff doesn't pop up in this sub more often. Look, I love almond flour and bread that actually tastes like eggs as much as the next guy, but when I'm truly craving a flour substitute, this stuff is the real deal. Assuming they aren't grossly lying about the carb content here, this is the way to go when replicating anything "bread".
Here's the recipe:
Then just mix all that shit together. You can knead it a little if you want, it's not super important. Then cook at 350 for 15 minutes or so, just until it starts getting brown on top. I actually cook mine in an air frier, so I'm not 100% sure how that translates to a standard oven.
But dayum. Not only does this taste great, but it's right around 100 calories and only 3 net carbs. Ridiculous. Goes super well with tea or coffee.
Enjoy, keto friends.
Theoretically shouldn't be too hard. Toss your pork rinds in a little butter for sticking power and then some Flavacol to coat.
TIP: don't cook the noodles in the crock pot. Boil the noodles by themselves, drain, and then add them directly to your bowls before adding the soup. This keeps the noodles from getting soggy and is much easier to portion and serve.
Also, please don't use crappy instant noodles for this dish. You already spent so much time and money preparing good ingredients, you can surely afford to spend more than a dollar on noodles. If you can't find any fresh or frozen ramen like Sun Noodle or quality dry ramen like Hakubaku, get Nongshim brand instant noodles. They're WAY better than Top Ramen/Maruchan.
Of course, you don't have to use ramen noodles at all. This recipe isn't Japanese, so why not use lo mein or rice noodles or Chinese flat egg noodles or buckwheat noodles or bean threads. If you can't find any of those, you can always substitute spaghetti or linguine. Literally anything would be tons better than cheap instant noodles.
Another user's answer:
MyFitnessPal estimates 7 grams of dried marshmallows to be 25 calories.
That makes this 40 lb bag 453,592.5 calories.
If you are watching your diet at about 2000 calories per day, you could eat nothing but marshmallows from this bag for the next 226.8 days.
Please read comments here.
Oh, but they did.
I Googled "communion wafers" to see what a box cost, out of curiosity. The user reviews are fantastic.
They are called wafers or host or altar bread. I found a box of 1000 on Amazon
Hey, lots of folks have chimed in, may I give you a perspective from a parent who had TWO "severely allergic" children? And was lucky enough to enroll both of them in a peanut desensitization trial? (They both can tolerate peanuts now, yaay!)
Here's my $.02: [DISCLAIMER, I AM NOT A DOCTOR! I AM NOT A DOCTOR! PEANUTS CAN BE LIFE THREATENINGLY DANGEROUS TO SOME CHILDREN!]
If you have any doubts, have your child tested for allergies. There are two main tests. One, aka the "ige" test, is a blood test looking for specific antigens that allergic people have in their bloodstream. This is not foolproof, in fact, many "false positives" are reported. That is, many children test positive but can actually ingest peanuts. They're not sure why. There are far fewer "false negatives", but there are some. Still, it may help you ultimately.
The other kind of test is a skin test. Again, many false positives. But almost no false negatives. In other words, if they prick your back, rub some peanut protein in, and nothing happens, you're very likely fine. (Again, a positive skin test, or a big 'ol rash, might actually be ok--your digestive tract can handle it sometimes anyway).
All that said, if you don't have a history of food allergies in your family, and if your children have not shown any signs of eczema or asthma or other allergies / breathing problems, and you'd like to introduce peanuts, do so responsibly. Yes, you could (arguably should, if you want 100% peace of mind) go get a food challenge from an allergist, but there are other ways.
Nowadays, there's such a thing as "dry powdered peanut butter" that you can find online or in some health foods stores. It's basically powdered peanuts. I know this because it's the ONLY way I can get kid #2 to ingest some peanuts daily. (yes, per the allergy study, now that we're done, we have to give each of them a small dose of peanuts every day). Kid #1 eats a small peanut butter cup each day. Kid #2 HATES HATES HATES the smell / taste / thought of peanuts, in any form . . . except as a little bit of peanut powder stirred into applesauce. I mean, we tried peanut butter crackers, Reese's, Peanut Butter M&M's, Nutter Butter cookies, you name it. He cried while he tried to choke it down!
The fantastic thing about it is that you can give a very small amount in another food (like, seriously, start one day w/ 1/8 of a teaspoon in some yogurt--heck, even less!), then slowly up the "dosage" (not the same day) until you're sure s/he's can tolerate it. This is quite literally the way our study worked. We started w/ a few mg's of peanut protein, took that for two weeks, then got it doubled, etc. Seriously, they went from a controlled reaction of something like 15mg's (roughly 1/20th of one nut) to being able to tolerate 5,000 mg's (roughly 16 nuts!) of peanut protein at the end. This was over a period of a couple of years, though! But doing it this way (like a little controlled experiment) should be far less worrisome than just willy-nilly giving him/her a dollup of peanut butter.
It's also absolutely critical that you would be watching for any signs of a reaction should you need medical care. Having liquid Benadryl around and being absolutely prepared, if necessary, to go to the E.R. (or, better yet, call an ambulance) should be part of your plan. Look for any hives (face and upper body usually are first, but it can rapidly be everywhere), any swelling, any difficulty breathing. Head to the E.R. (or call the ambulance), and administer Benadryl (they have sweet tasting liquid kid packs at the drug store) if this happens.
Best of luck. Having kids with food allergies sucked ass. We're soooooooooooo glad we found our study!
For me, the trick to weight loss on soylent was to go 100% soylent and clear the house out of all other foods. That did two things:
As for ice-cream soylent - that's practically all I eat. I use the powdered soylent, mix it with 2x-3x as much water as normal in a 32oz wide-mouth canning jar (which were 9 for $12 when I bought them) add a blend of 2 sugar substitutes and flavoring (I recommend peppermint, chocolate, butterscotch, papaya and coconut). Then freeze it for about 5 hours so it is solid but not rock-hard (shake it about 2 hours in to keep it from settling before it freezes) and then puree it with an immersion blender right in the jar until it is like soft-serve ice-cream and is just barely the right consistency to suck through a straw.
A bonus of using so much extra water is that one ~24 oz serving of soylent ice-cream is only about 250 calories. That's a lot of ice-cream for so little calories. It is very filling.
My next order would be this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00DE4GWWY
I know it would be $20'ish wasted, but my hope would be after a day of stealing boxes, they open this puppy up and have themselves a nice big handful and relax for a bit.
EDIT: If you haven't heard of these little delish bears, check out some of the rave reviews!
Here's the short and dirty list:
That's the quick run down. It's a blast to do, and a helluva lot cheaper than buying at your local B&M! The up-front cost is a little steep, but for about $100 you can get to making some great juice.
If any non-Catholics are curious...
The recipe hasn't changed much.
It's just a local dary, like Tuscan. They supply a lot to schools and food service industries.
I love amazon for those reviews. The tuscan milk and three wolf t-shirt are great ones too.
I'm sorry but if you've purchased something from a business you should contact them about it, not post it on dogecoin dragging everyone else into your drama.
Should we start ragging on Amazon on here too while we're at it? I fucking purchased Tuscan whole milk, 1 Gallon, 128 fl oz and it was not what I expected. Mine came used and had formed cheese curds at the bottom, which, while it's perfect for poutine, I didn't ask for. Now I have cheese curds and no french fries. Thanks obama.
Edit: The number of people who seriously thought I bought milk makes this all the more hilarious.
The first two reviews of Tuscan Whole Milk, 1 Gallon, 128 fl oz on amazon. This is my favorite thing on the whole internet.
Milk - just check out the reviews, you know it's good shit.
A lot of it is one company: Dean Foods, and they own Tuscan
The reviews are amazing
And here it is: https://www.amazon.com/Dehydrated-Marshmallows-Assorted-40-Case/dp/B008DJR6HU
He probably just ate a bag of sugar free gummy bears.
Give her the Haribo sugar free ones, and I bet she'll stop.
For those that haven't seen Christine Torok's brilliant review yet: https://www.amazon.com/Albanese-Candy-Assorted-Flavors-Gluten/product-reviews/B00DE4GWWY
formerteenager is right, pick up a case at amazon! http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00M2OGS08
Here you go!!!
Along with these suggestions, check out PB2. It will probably be easier to mix than regular peanut butter.
An average bathtub holds about 50 gallons (http://answers.ask.com/Reference/Dictionaries/how_many_gallons_in_a_bathtub).
To make 100% of pudding, you need approximately:
9% non-fat milk powder
5% cocoa powder
0.3% liquid sucralose
If you want to fill your bathtub halfway, you need 25 gallons (200lbs) of pudding, which is:
18 lbs of milk powder
12 lbs of cornstarch
10 lbs of cocoa powder
12 oz of liquid sweetener
Milk Powder - $85.50: 18x http://www.amazon.com/Instant-Non-Milk-Powder-1lb/dp/B0001AVTCW/ref=sr_1_2?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1319355960&sr=1-2
Cornstarch - $16.75: 1x http://www.amazon.com/Cream-Corn-Starch-16-Ounce-Boxes/dp/B0029JWY68/ref=sr_1_8?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1319355785&sr=1-8
Cocoa - $43.88: 1x http://www.amazon.com/Ghirardelli-Chocolate-Baking-Ground-10-Pound/dp/B001G604YE/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1319355718&sr=8-8
Liquid Sweetener - $77.94: 6x http://www.amazon.com/EZ-Sweetz-2oz-Liquid-Sweetener-Servings/dp/B002MO765O/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=office-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1319355255&sr=1-1-catcorr
Total = $85.50 + $16.75 + $43.88 + $77.94 = $224.07
If you halved the amount of milk powder and cocoa to make a weaker tasting pudding, you could bring the cost down to ~$160.
I use EZSweets, which is like a liquid concentrated splenda. One bottle lasts me like 6 months to a year.
If you get a drop on your finger you'll want to wash your hands. It only takes licking it off your finger once to teach you to never do it again, but it's pretty great stuff otherwise.
(The benefit of the liquid sucralose is that the packages of splenda actually have carbs in them, because they need some kind of powder to bind the sweetener. This makes splenda counter productive to keto, and other carb restricted diets. The liquid doesn't have the carbohydrates that splenda does, so it won't throw you out of ketosis, slow down your weight loss progress.)
Don’t forget the Flavacol!
So one easy way is to start adding more salt than you think you should to your food. That's why restaurant food tastes sooooo good, salt and butter.
Soy sauce marinades on fish and chicken will also help salt. And getting a good quality popcorn salt. There's a lot more sodium per tsp of theater grade popcorn salt than in sea salt because of the finer grind.
This is the popcorn salt I use.
http://www.efooddepot.com is pretty good and has sales around holidays and back to school times if you're not in a rush.
I get Shin Ramyun via amazon subscribe & save, not the cheapest noodles by far but a good deal on some good noodles with the 5+% off plus free shipping from subscribe and save. I order with a few other items every few months and get 15% off most orders.
There are several, but "for shits and giggles", you can start here: https://www.amazon.com/Albanese-Candy-Sugar-Assorted-5-pound/product-reviews/B00DE4GWWY
It was! It is for Haribo Sugarfree Bears, also affectionately known as Hell Bears. Here is the rest of the comment section.
That one was funny! How do you housetrain a large kaiju like that?
So I suppose you aren't excited about the fact that Surge has been brought back as a limited relesase:
For a good time read reviews of communion wafers at Amazon...
These things are AWESOME! The spicy ones are a little to hot for me. I've got a box of the regular ones on my auto order list from Amazon. I go through a 2 boxes a year.
Don't worry. I got your back
Get the kind you make fresh in the microwave.
Just look on amazon, you can buy in big bulk bags or single serving bags like popcorn. Eat them immediately after making when they’re still popping and cracking. They get less delicious as they sit and get stale.
The spicy flavor of these is the best I’ve had so far:

Here ya go...
If you really love the taste of peanut butter, I've heard good things about PB2. It's powdered peanut butter that has way less fat/calories- just mix it with water.
Disclaimer: I haven't tried it myself.

I found the bag in question: here
As of viewing the page the question is the top question on the page
For interested; read the reviews
Sugar Free Gummi Bears. Usually people are referring to the Haribo ones, but this one was "Albanese" brand. (I got the link by clicking the "No Image Found" image).
They use a sugar substitute which is highly laxative, and more than like 3-5 gummies at a time will trigger thunderstorms from your anus.
Of course it's well labeled in the product description /s
>About the product
>Sweetener: Hydrogenated Glucose Syrup (lycasin)
Oh, just regular old everyday lycasin, is that all!?
>Lycasin's known side effects in adults include bloating, explosive diarrhea, intestinal gurgling or rumbling (borborygmi), and flatulence. Some cases of extremely intense intestinal distress have been reported from consuming foods containing Lycasin, which led to many humorous reviews of German confectioner Haribo's Sugarless Gummy Bears.
Don't do it, though. Don't do it.
You are stronger than a gummi bear.
Sugar-free gummy bears. Read the Amazon reviews. Seriously, it's not something you'd want to do if you weren't constipated. It probably will work for you.
You can't reference that and not link to the comment section of the related products...
The Haribo ones
The comment section that originally got attention
Seriously, some advice from a former candy addict, buying someone sugar free candy is like sending them to a death camp. Make them homemade keto treats like fat bombs in heart-shaped silicon moulds or keto cheesecake tarts or something. If you don't believe me just check out these reviews:
I always keep a bowl of sugar-free gummy bears beside my toilet for emergencies. Also in my backpack in case I have a pop quiz. Here are some of the reviews...https://www.amazon.com/Albanese-Candy-Assorted-Flavors-Gluten/product-reviews/B00DE4GWWY/ref=cm_cr_dp_d_acr_sr?ie=UTF8&reviewerType=all_reviews
Now you just need some Surge
Hey, I love popcorn, it's awesome. Maybe you love it too? Got a stove? If you do, get yoself one of these - http://www.amazon.com/Wabash-Valley-Farms-25008-Whirley-Pop/dp/B00004SU35
If you put it on medium high (electric stove), put in the oil and add three kernels, wait for them to pop then dump the rest of the kernels in, you will have popcorn that pops nearly all of the kernels. The Orville Redenbacher kernels pop the best IMO (I was buying bulk from sprouts, but they weren't popping as well). Also, get this - http://www.amazon.com/Gold-Medal-Prod-Flavacol-Seasoning/dp/B004W8LT10. You now can make movie theater style popcorn in less than five minutes.
You can get a similar machine for pretty cheap, and just use Flavacol.
Boom. Movie theater popcorn.
What you want is Flavacol... orange salty goodness!

I'd agree with other posters that repeat meals make life on keto a lot easier. Here's an example of a day for me:
<-- 11am: Chai tea w/ heavy whipping cream, equal sweetener OR decaf coffee from fresh beans, w/ heavy whipping cream, equal sweetener. (Sub almond milk if calories are a concern)
11am - 2pm: Leftovers OR 1 egg, 4 slices bacon, strawberries. If lifting that day, also 1 isopure protein shake w/ almond milk.
2pm - 5pm: ham, nuts, and mustard, rolled up in a slice of swiss cheese x2 (these little wraps are SO GOOD! I throw in some pickles or cornichones if I've got 'em).
5pm --> ground turkey chili with greek yoghurt or sour cream, thai red curry soup, taco bowls over lettuce, FAT HEAD PIZZA, and now, keto biscuits and gravy are my go to's for easy, quick meals.
Dessert: berries with whipped cream, or low carb ice cream with a dollop of peanut butter.
I aim for dinners that are easy, low clean-up, cheap, and which make enough leftovers for at least two more meals, then I eat those leftovers for lunch as mentioned above. I'm in maintenance currently, but when cutting I eat at 1200kcal, so my meals also need to be lower in calories (hence intermittent fasting).
Many people are on the fence about this product, but Carbquik Baking Mix makes pretty solid biscuits. They’re a little crumbly/salty, but when you make them with cheese and garlic butter on top (like Red Lobster) they’re fantastic!
I enjoy the mix for pancakes and mug cakes too, I’ve also made a pseudo “pie crust” topping for chicken pot pie that worked well.
I used to do it that way years ago but I've found better ways to add some class to instant ramen since then. If you're going to try it, I recommend using something other than American or cheddar. Go with something gooeyer like mozzarella or Swiss.
A better way to improve instant ramen is with egg, celery, bean sprouts, chili oil, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, fresh green onions, cilantro, kimchi, or leftover meat. The absolute best thing you can do to improve your ramen game, however, is to buy higher quality instant ramen like Shin Ramyun (throw away the freeze-dried veggies if you have fresh ones, though). Find a local Asian market, they probably carry this stuff or something similar.
I always keep some chopped green onion and celery in the fridge because there's nothing that can't be improved by a little sprinkle of green onion and celery, not even ice cream. And any time I make steak, I always make an extra steak for drunken ramen that night or hungover ramen the next afternoon.
Here's how to make this masterpiece of an instant ramen. you will need the following:
-1 packet of Shin Ramyun
-a handful of chopped celery
-handful of chopped green onion
-1 TBSP kimchi
-1/4 tsp minced garlic
-1/2 handful of chopped white onion
-handful of bean sprouts
-leftover steak/chicken/pork/grizzly bear/whatever kind of meat you made last night, sliced like in the pic above
-1/2 TBSP chili oil (I use this stuff)
-600mL of water (~2.5 cups)
Bring the water to a boil in a pot with a bottom no wider than 6 inches. While the water is coming to a boil, add the flavoring powder, and throw the freeze dried veggies in the trash where it belongs. Then add a splash of soy sauce, a good long squirt of sriracha, the garlic, and chili oil. When the water starts to boil, reduce the heat to medium low, and add the noodles and onion.
When the noodles are looking sort of close to done, take a spoon and scoop them to one side, and crack an egg into the space without noodles on the other side (being able to crack and open an egg one handed is very useful here) . Spoon the hot broth onto the egg until the white sets, then add your celery. The idea here is to get the egg and noodles to be done at the same time, but before the broth reduces too much.
Once your egg is cooked to your liking (which by law should be over-medium), pour everything into a bowl. Pour from the side of the pot opposite of where the egg is so it comes out last and lands on top of the noodles. Add your green onion, kimchi, bean sprouts, and meat slices (cold is fine, the soup will warm it up). Follow the Seinfeld Soup Nazi rules and eat this while sitting down, because it will make your knees buckle if you've never had anything but plain Top Ramen.
Edit: added recipe for instant ramen that doesn't suck
The best review I've read was for Tuscan Whole Milk:
Good review, but not as good as those madmen over at Tuscan Whole Milk
Bought one. Worked great till I spilled my Tuscan Milk all over it while reading How To Avoid Huge Ships. Luckily I had bought some Uranium Ore at the same time. Sprinkled a little over the cable, and it works perfect now.
This is what I have: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J074W94/
It’s vegan, gluten free, non-dairy (lactose free), non-gmo, soy free, and kosher. So, if any of that stuff matters to you, you’re good to go. I have it because one of my relatives lifts and trains a lot and does a ton of research for anything he takes.
Roughly $1.17 a can with free 2-day shipping for Prime members.
Are you referring to Lowrey’s? Lowry’s is the season salt company.
Anyway, I’m a huge chicharrone lover but have never come across a variety that you microwave. I’ll have to check these out, thanks.
well they already sell just marshmellows
You should check this stuff out. Its peanut butter powder. Most of the fat has been removed. It takes just like peanut butter. I use it in shakes, eat a teaspoon plain, add it to greek yogurt, or mix with a little water to get a pretty good analog of real peanut butter without the calories. This shit is surprisingly good.
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tablespoons PB2
1.5 tablespoons warm water
2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon Thai fish sauce
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 package FiberGourmet spaghetti
1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
(plus whatever other vegetables you want in there: snow peas, broccoli, bean sprouts, etc.)
1 bunch cilantro, coarsely chopped
*Toasted sesame seeds as garnish (if you're feeling fancy)
Combine the chicken, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, lime juice and 1 clove of crushed garlic in a bowl and let stand a few minutes to marinate. Coat a nonstick pan with a bit of vegetable oil spray and pan fry until just cooked through. Reserve on the side.
To make the sauce, combine the PB2 and warm water in a large bowl until it reaches a peanut butter consistency (may require more/less water). Once mixed, add ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, fish sauce, red pepper flakes and salt. Whisk to combine and taste to make sure it's tasty.
Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in large pot of boiling salted water until tender. Rinse under cold water until cool, then drain really thoroughly and transfer to bowl with sauce. Toss to coat the noodles and let stand at room temperature until noodles have absorbed dressing, tossing occasionally, about 1 hour or more if you have the time. Stir in the chicken, vegetables and cilantro and toss again. Season with sesame seeds. This was delicious at room temperature, but turns it's even better cold the next day, (as I discovered eating the leftovers for lunch today).
The original recipe can be found here
Get a mortar & pestle and gel caps. Grind super fine, and pack them super tight by tamping it down. I use 00 caps and 1 or 2 is enough to stay good for a few hours.
EDIT: You can use smaller caps, like '0' for a smaller dose. What I use, for the lazy:
Mortar & Pestle
I get a quart (32 oz) from Amazon for about 12 bucks, 6 oz for 6 bucks isn't quite as attractive in that light.
I mix 1/4 food grade glycerin with 3/4 thayer's toner. I mix up the bottle, and mist it over my face after makeup is done. I use these bottles which have a pretty soft mist for the face, but since the sale happened I figured I would move the operation to a Fix + bottle once it's emptied :)
I work at a movie theatre this and coconut oil are what we use when we pop popcorn
For those of you not worried about the oil: Coconut oil and flavacol
I worked at a movie theatre for 8 years and make it the same way (just on a much smaller scale). 1/2 cup kernels, 3 tablespoons refined coconut oil, & 2 tsp Falvacol. It's available at Smart & Final for a couple bucks and will last forever. https://www.amazon.com/Gold-Medal-Prod-Flavacol-Seasoning/dp/B004W8LT10
The Maruchan ramen is $9/12 on Amazon, but it's only about $0.15 in the store for each pack. T___T You could upgrade to a $22/20 of Shin ramen at that point: https://www.amazon.com/NongShim-Ramyun-Noodle-Gourmet-Spicy/dp/B00778B90S
I mean you could already buy them, so it wasn't that ingenious. Here's an 8 lb bag.
USP grade glycerin i.e. VG from any pharmacy.
I'm a vaper, (electronic cigarette user). The "e-juice", that is vaporized is typically made of glycerin, propylene glycol, (which is NOT the poisonous antifreeze one, that's ethylene glycol), flavoring, and nicotine.
I make my own juice, cuz it's about 10x cheaper. I'm also sensitive to glycol, so I just use glycerin, flavorings, and nicotine. I bought the glycerin on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA/
I posted this in your LPT thread, I think it is worth reading so here.
A few years back, and even some today, I set out to find out how to make popcorn like at the movie theaters. Alton's recipe does not sound terrible and uses items most people will have on hand. However to make it better (read: more like movie theater popcorn) You will need to buy a few items for this.
All total the items are under $40 (excluding popcorn) and all but the coconut oil will last a long time. Flavacol is a must have for this to work. I have not been able to find it locally near me. the 35oz carton will last you just about forever.
The coconut oil is a bit on the messy side just because of the container, you can get different amounts which will come in a different container. I have noticed some differences in taste of some coconut oils and the one linked is the brand I am currently using.(note: Coconut oil solidifies at about 76F)
If you are just toying with the idea of better popcorn, try Alton's method of popping. It cuts the total price in half and for a test run\proof of concept it should work. I have tested several poppers and settled with the whirley pop or similar design. Some outdoors shops sell these but charges about $10 more for them. Note: Yes it has a turn handle, but the gears are made of plastic, so do not hulk smash it.
As for popcorn, not all popcorn is created equal. The artisan fancy colored stuff generally does not pop well in my experience. I have experimented with many different kinds and have mostly settled with Orville Redenbacher. This can be purchased off the shelf at most grocery stores or from Amazon. You can try others to find one you like better.
As a note
I do not have a set amount for any 1 ingredient. I just eyeball it, maybe one of these days I will get this down to a science with numbers and such. When starting out follow Alton's recipe but substitute the above items in it.
When you do a search on Amazon for "lucky charms marshmallows" and navigate to the link for the 40 lb bag, it will automatically toss a "ref" link onto the address for Amazon's tracking purposes. He found the product, and just copied the whole link from the address bar. Here is my "ref" link. I highly doubt the guy has a referral code set up for himself, since I'm guessing you need some pretty decent credentials to even apply. I usually remove all the extra garbage from the link when sharing, but not everybody is aware that they can do that.
Calm your tits.
40 lb bag of marshmallows: $198.56/64,799 calories = $0.0031 / calorie
Human body: ($8.70 + $13.99 + $2.42)/81,500 calories = $0.00031/calorie
human body win every time
I'm sure she'd love a gift, I recommend this.
In case anyone has forgotten the horror, here is the infamous review: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/review/B00DE4GWWY/R2DUEGOALTH7TS/ref=cm_cr_dp_mb_rvw_4?ie=UTF8&cursor=4

don't drink too many all at once
Fuck you, where?!?!?!?!?
My god it's been done.......
You can buy surge now. Amazon and cocoa cola worked out a deal to bring back surge.
Amazon sells it by the case.
>According to the lawsuit, the Holy Eucharist can only be distributed by an ordained minister of the Catholic Church and must be consumed immediately and never taken outside of the church.
I think I'll buy these http://www.amazon.com/Communion-Wafers-1000-Broadman-Press/dp/0805470859
This milk, available from Amazon was the primary focus of a new net meme, spurred by a YTMND piece this time last year, reports a WP article.
Good, but when it comes to reviews, there is no beating Tuscan Whole Milk.
Tuscan Whole Milk, at up to $250 per gallon. Read the reviews too.
Honestly, if you have the time to do it, a proper Tea can be really nice. The taste can be delicious, like an acidic sweet slightly more bitter green tea. I used to toss and wash (w/ water or herbal tea), but my digestive tract doesn't agree with doing that often, strained tea is much gentler on my GI and I know I'm not alone.

There's also Oblate Discs that many people on here find success with. This is for more of a parachute approach (wrap 2g up, drink water, dip pouch in water, swallow it chase with water. Here's some past discussions about them;
Alternatively you could try mixing with an agreeable mixer. Orange Juice and Chocolate Milks are the two i hear frequently. I've also heard smoothies, but this probably depends on your other ingredients and method. Some people are working with Kratom Edibles. Kratom Cookies courtesy of /u/rainbowunicorns - There's been some other stuff that people have had success with other recipes.
There is capsules, some people find capsules less effective, but everyone is different.. You just gotta try them and see what you enjoy.
I read a comment here a couple months back that suggested Japanese oblate discs. You can get a pack of 200 on Amazon for like $6-7 and let me tell you: total game changer. Super easy to use and actually works. They're fragile so you have to be gentle but they're a godsend.
Edit: these are the ones I use
That, or just order a bag of marshmallows online, amazon sells 20lb bags of them..
That’s why you use this stuff
Get yourself some of this. Problem solved!
I have no idea how much spirulina costs, maybe it's not even worth bothering with. But, if you don't feel like tossing out what you already have, Amazon sells empty gelatin capsules, and I'm sure pharmacies and health food stores have them also. You could always fill them yourself if you didn't feel like flushing the money you already spent on the powder :)
Perhaps in our emails we should include some low carb products that they already carry to make the "browse path" appear more necessary/useful.
Some possible examples..
Lowrey's Bacon Curls, microwave Pork Rinds
Just the Cheese Mini Round Snacks
Can I nominate more people?
That's the first thought I had, too-- even with a close friend, I think I'd feel uncomfortable pointing out the nutritional content of the peanut butter, because it means that you were paying close attention to what she's eating which is really her business...
I have an idea, though. There's this thing called PB2-- it's powdered peanut butter, so it does away with a lot (all?) of the oil that causes peanut butter to be so fatty. It's only 45 calories for 2 tbsp, that's only 25% of the calories!! They're stocking it more and more at grocery stores near where I live and they have chocolate-pb flavor, too. Maybe you could mention that you never realized how fatty peanut butter was, but you heard about this product called PB2 and ask her if she's seen it at the grocery store...? Just a thought. Regardless, though, it's really good!
Speaking of smoothies, spinach with grapes and apple juice is awesome. I take handful of grapes, or around what a branch (idk grape terminology) would be, and chop up a bunch of spinach to throw it all into a blender. Blend for a few seconds and throw around a cup of apple juice in to neutralize the spinach flavor and you're golden. I tend to use a 16oz mason jar for my smoothies and throw them in the fridge. Typically they're only good for the next day so you can't prep a whole weeks worth but it's quick and easy if you prep all the ingredients in advance.
Another awesome mason jar prep that lasts for about 3-4 days in the fridge is oatmeal and this shit is good as hell. I typically use Quaker old fashion oats, almond milk, PB2, and berries or pumpkin filling.
If/when you do start making protein shakes, PB2 Peanut Butter is an amazing addition. Adds a lot of peanut butter flavor for a very small amount of calories. I've heard that actually using the powder to make peanut butter is pretty damn good too, but I haven't tried that.
Aaaaaaaaand they're in the oven.
Edit: It's not very often that I have all the ingredients to make something without having to make a trip to the store, including extras like blueberries. Aside from adding a half cup of fresh blueberries, I also added 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract. My choice of sweetener was EZ-Sweetz; I used 18 drops.
Exchanging is more fun but if it comes down to it you can order them off Amazon
Amazon sells them.
They do help, even if you're dosing.

If you're trying to build some muscle, it definitely is important to get enough calories. So if you've calculated your goal intake at 1515/day and you want to add a swim, you should increase your intake to account for that.
As for learning the lifts, I'd start with very basic stuff like bench press, squat, deadlift, and maybe shoulder press. There should be loads of video tutorials on YouTube for this, but proper form is extremely important to minimize risk of injury so don't be too shy about asking someone to check your form in the gym. Most good lifters will be happy to help out with spotting and/or form-checking once in a while, just try not to ask the same guy for stuff all the time or it might get annoying. The biggest single piece of advice I can give to new lifters on form is this: If your muscles are sore the next day, you're probably doing it right. If your bones or joints are sore the next day, you're probably doing something wrong.
As for getting adequate protein as a vegan, that may be your biggest challenge. This stuff is awesome, this stuff isn't bad, and this is a good recipe for a high-protein seitan.
I just bought some the other day. $14 for a dozen 16 oz cans.
Unfortunately it seems to have sold out and now people are reselling it for like $46.

Or kill wife & son.
On that starter kit you mentioned... It's fine, but it isn't the best route if you think you might stick with this.
First up, read up on mixing by weight. /u/Botboy141 has a fantastic write up on it. It ends up being cheaper and faster long term versus mixing with syringes. Take into account that you should use different syringes for each flavor and you'll have to clean them after use... The cleaning murders the time mixing and that kit doesn't have many syringes, so you'll be cleaning a lot.
A break down for you on mixing by weight... It isn't 100% I'd bet, but it should be close enough.

$113, call it 130 with some shipping here and there.
Now add flavors, assuming you get 50 bucks of 8ml vials from wizard labs and you're running closer to 200. This will get you a good bunch of juice and the next time around you'll probably get 4oz bottles of your favorite flavors and maybe some more pg vg nic and possibly pipettes. It's worth the money, but syringes will be cheaper up start costs. You'd probably save about 70 bucks to start, but it'll cost you in frustration and time, which isn't worth the pain from all I remember with them.
Edit: I say wizard only because of the sample size of the vials... You can use bull city, tfa and lorann direct for 4oz and up on a bunch, or any other vendor really. But 50 in wizard with shipping will probably get you 25 or 30 vials.
Syringes will take away the scale and dispensing bottles and pipettes, so 60 bucks actually, and you'll add about 30 back in a bunch of 1ml, a few 3 or 5 and a couple of 10 for pg/vg and14ga blunt needles.
Hopefully that helps a bit. I can reformat it later on the computer if need be.
Popcorn is the best! I finally caved and bought a stovetop popcorn maker and I've used it about 5 times in the last week already. Cooked in a little coconut oil and adding in some Flavacol it tastes just like it does in the theatre! And it costs so little but is really not that bad for you!
1.5 lbs Shrimp (<1g net carbs)
3 eggs (1.5g net carbs) - beaten
1/2 cup coconut flakes (4g net carbs) - ground or chopped
1/2 cup Carbquik (3g net carbs)
Salt and pepper to taste
~ 3 cups canola oil for frying. Can use other oils of course.
Peel/devein the shrimp while leaving the tail on
Add salt and pepper to coconut flakes to taste. We used 1tb each but found out it could have used more salt and pepper.
Preheat oil to 375 degrees fahrenheit
Coat shrimp in carbquick, then eggs, then carbquick again
Fry shrimp for 1-1.5 mins depending on size of shrimp
Pull shrimp out and place on some paper towels til the outside feels crispy
Coat shrimp in eggs and then the coconut flakes
Fry for another 2-3 mins, again depending on the size of shrimp
Total was ~8.5 net carbs for the ingredients. We didn't use up all the carbquick and coconut flakes so the actual net carbs are going to be less. Cocktail sauce had way too much sugar so we used Siracha as a replacement (~1g carb/tbs). Enjoy!
According to The Gospel Coalition Jesus was likely around 5’1” and 110 lbs.
These commercially available communion wafers weigh 0.005 oz each (box of 1000 weighs 5 oz.)
110lbs * 16oz / 0.005oz per communion wafer = 352,000 communion wafers.
To go a bit further and see how long it would take one person to receive communion this many times...
Let’s assume this person is a dedicated church attendee and attends weekly as well as all of the extra church services including Christmas Eve, Christmas, Shrove Tuesday, Ash Wednesday, and Maundy Thursday (in my experience communion isn’t offered at Good Friday service Easter is always on a Sunday and therefore not an extra church service.) This means 57 services per year. 352,000 / 57 = 6,175 years of devout church attendance to receive the entire Body of Christ.
As time of this post, a gallon of milk was going for $45 on Amazon. Hope you like your cereal dry. :)
The vast majority of us use Lite Salt (which has 350mg potassium and 290g sodium per quarter teaspoon) or No Salt (which has 610mg per quarter teaspoon). Mix it into broth or ketorade, or just use it on your food throughout the day.
Much easier than taking pills imo!
Only with micronized kava. And not capsules...
Use these, and thank me later. Far better alternative to stuffing dozens of capsules: https://www.amazon.com/Oblate-Discs-Japanese-Edible-200pcs/dp/B000FQOFLE
They are all natural, and made completely out of tapioca starch.
Here's how to use them (skip to 0:10): https://youtu.be/90Vyxil7WBw
Yeah, go with capsules or get some oblate edible film. Ingesting toilet paper can't be good for you..
I'm sure it's just coincidence. I chew fresh leaf on occasion and don't even have this issue, and it stays in my mouth for up to 5 minutes. By the way, if you're tired of kratom going everywhere when you toss and wash you should really give these a try :)
TIL you can buy these on amazon
Tuscan Milk is expensive as shit on Amazon.
Whoa, big spender. Now you can buy 10 gallons of milk.
Or they just order it from amazon?
I think that both of your friends should combine the gift cards any buy a gallon of milk.
Believe it or not, you would need both cards.
Possibly... but Tuscan whole milk, 1 gallon, 128 oz will make your dreams come true.

Don't forget that gallon of milk that started the whole "leave stupid reviews on stupid products on Amazon," thing.
Great!! The keto flu is much improved if you replenish your sodium, potassium and magnesium! So, make sure to drink a cup of broth every day this week... Morton Lite Salt is a good source of potassium and Natural Calm is my favorite magnesium supplement. And if you don't have magnesium or potassium supplements, try some Powerade Zero or sugar-free Gatorade to get those in your system.
Most of all, stick with it through the flu! For me it was only two or three days, and once I was through it I felt so great. More energy, more happiness, less need to sleep all the time... yay keto!
Not that I’ve seen, readily available on amazon though! Have to get lucky with Prime, not always fast shipping. There are also Oblate pouches that hold more, but they’re more expensive and I don’t think I’d want to swallow more than 3.5g at a time
So I took the text from the image and posted it into google. I believe it's called Oblaat. Here is a wikipedia article for it.
Here is the same product on Amazon.

If you have a Costco card, they sell a bigger tub (a little under 3 lbs) and it's cheaper. The thumbnails on that link allow you to see the ingredient list.
Regarding your question about helping the environment: http://thevegancalculator.com/ <-- Go here and put in "1 year" into the calculator. Just one year, you're saving almost half a million gallons of fresh water, 15 THOUSAND pounds of grain, 11 THOUSAND square feet of forest and 7 THOUSAND pounds of carbon dioxide (compared to a typical animal-including diet). The calculator is supported by sources. Just by changing a few minor things about your lifestyle, you can have an incredibly drastic impact on the world.
TL;DR regarding expense and difficulty - if you live in a very rural area in the USA, it can take some difficulty to find a good source of cheap bulk beans / lentils / vegetables / bulk (by weight) dried veggies. But they're sooooooo cheap; normally you can eat for $1-2 a day, plus B12 vitamin expenses ($5 a month).
Longer explanation regarding expensive/difficult: Expense is very low; I pay much less now for food than before going vegan. Difficulty may vary depending on where you live. I happen to live in Denver, and it's very easy for me to find pretty much any substitute/vegetable I want. If you cook your own meals, there's really nothing different about cooking vegan - just use vegetable oil/avocado oil instead of butter, and buy veggies instead of meat. That's about it. Just make sure you eat a lot of beans or lentils or tofu.
When I first became vegan, I was hit with the reality of vitamin/protein differences - I needed to purchase some vitamin supplements. Here's the list I have:
These two made a big difference in my life. About 3 months after going vegan I started having some troubles related to protein (I work out a lot and my body wasn't used to the lower intake). I try to hit about 90g of protein a day (I am a reasonably athletic 6' male). I think a lot of vegans downplay the issues involved with protein - it's the source of a TON of jokes in the vegan community - but the truth is a lot of vegans simply don't get enough protein. And then they fall back into eating meat because they didn't know better. Which is really pretty silly because it's incredibly easy to supplement if you can't get it in your diet.
Other than what I've mentioned above, here's some things to consider (this list is HEAVILY biased towards a lazy, no-cook approach. If you have any cooking skill, just cook your own veggie meals, they're awesome, cheaper and fresher than anything listed below, but this is for the lazy days):
Finally, there are a few things I'd like to point out in MY PERSONAL OPINION that might turn you "off" of vegan foods if you try them off the bat (a lot of people buy terrible choices and then say "vegan alternatives are bad". No, they are just poor choices lol)
The best advice I can give is to JUST TRY IT. Just go a few days making vegan food. You don't need to say "I'M GOING VEGAN", you don't need to have some public moment - you can just privately try it out. It's pretty fun!
Have I got some news for you!

Gotta buy him this:

= dead easy Thai peanut sauce you can put on damn near anything. Best with seitan and rice.
Your best friend!
It's powdered peanut but, has less calories, carbs, fat, everything!
The down fall is the less fat of course but you can make that up by adding oil!
They also have chocolate PB2!
What country do you live in? My favourite brand is PB2

Peanut butter always manages to get me. Try buying PB2 online. It's powdered peanuts with 45 calories per serving. It's saved me so many times from consuming thousands of calories in one sitting.
If that doesn't work, I've pretty much settled on this. Having tried them all. I'm mostly interested in a 0 glycemic hit, or close to it.
EZ-Sweetz (2oz - Liquid Sweetener 800 Servings/Bottle) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002MO765O/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_5Inmyb9HTBBQX
haha I'm flattered. You can pick up size 0 or 00 capsules from your local vitamin shop. Or online with ebay or Amazon. Searching "empty gel capsules" should get you what you want. Filling them is as easy as filling the capsules with your fert. People have been using Osmocote Flower & vegetable, since Osmocote plus was dis-continued. Others use Dynomite fert. YOu can even mix both and use them!
You have to order the boric acid and the capsules separately. I bought Humco boric acid and capsules like these-- definitely go for the vegetarian capsules, as they are less likely to irritate your vagina and will dissolve cleanly.
I bought the largest pill capsules on Amazon. Something like this works perfectly and you can get them in vegan if you need to. Whoohoo! No more taste!
Haha thanks man! I bought 1000 off of amazon for 10 bucks! Here's the link.
they apparently come in 8lb cases
It's from Essential Depot. It's by far the best out of the three I have tried.
Glycerin Vegetable Kosher USP - 1 Quart
I get my PG from Tractor Supply and my nic typically comes from Wizard Labs (PG based!) or Nude Nicotine depending on shipping due to order bundling.

Costs me about $0.70/30ML
Here you go
It's cheap, 0 nic, not premium, and high vg
Love the joke, but for real, the alton brown method is awesome and gives you real movie theater popcorn at home. (I LOVE movie theater popcorn and microwave shit just isn't the same.)
In a big metal bowl on the store and a couple spoons of coconut oil. Throw in one kernal, when it pops it's ready. Throw in the rest of the premeasured popcorn and flavacol, the stuff they use at the theaters, and then seal with aluminum foil poked with holes to vent and then shake it jiffypop style till it just stops popping.
Perfect pop every time, transfer to another bowl and drizzle butter on top if you want.
I still get popcorn at the theaters, but there have been times where I have wanted to go to the movies just because I was having a popcorn craving, and now I don't have to, LoL.
The thing that sets movie theater apart from microwave is flavacol it is what give it the movie theater taste.
>really fine granulated popcorn salt
(You can thank me later)
Aldi doesn't sell this, but this is the common one used by popcorn vendors. If you buy the whole quart, it's really pretty cheap and will last for years. Gold Medal Prod. 2045 Flavacol Seasoning Popcorn Salt 35oz. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004W8LT10/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_A4qXBb542Z581
Cavender's sounds great on popcorn. I'll have to try that. I tend to like it prepared movie theater style - coconut oil, flavacol and fake butter. Cooked in a aluminum bowl with aluminum foil over the top and holes punched in the foil to let the steam escape.
This way is pretty good too....
What do you guys think of CarbQuik? I tried it for the first time last night and made chicken and waffles and had a serious mouth-gasm. I do realize it has basically no nutritional value and is just a sometimes treat, but I'm glad to have something new to add to the roster.
Carbquik is an option. I haven't used it much but I think it has potential.
It might be safe, but it might not be. That's why we buy USP grade. You know what you're getting.
Super simple, although you do need an ice cream maker.
DO NOT OVERBLEND THIS OR IT WILL SEPARATE INTO BUTTER!! Blend it on the lowest setting your blender has.
Into a blender put the following:
3 scoops of zero carb isopure (this is where much of your flavor and nutrition come from, any flavor works)
2 pints of heavy cream
1 pint of Kalifa Farms 0 Carb unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoons of Liquid Splenda You can also use liquid stevia or another liquid 0 carb sweetener.
2 TBSP Food Grade Glycerine
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract if you are using vanilla, chocolate, cookies and cream, toasted coconut, or any of other cream flavors. For fruit flavors like Alpine Punch exclude this.
Run this all through your ice cream maker, put it into the freezer overnight, and you're good to go.
Amazon has been where I have been getting my vg, almost done with my 7th liter. awesome quality and decent price. also the 2 free day shipping is awesome I have 2 gallons on the way and still ordered an extra liter off amazon the next day just in case i run out of vg today (amazon vg arriving today :D ) so i can fulfill all my weekend orders.
Candy cane is basically straight peppermint isn't it? found a candy cane flavor anyways haven't used it, but FW has some pretty decent flavors in their selection.
There are a few companies with straight pina colada flavoring, but out of them all, I have really started to love Inawera, as every single flavoring i have ordered of theirs has been top notch. Starting to become my new fav vendor, i just hate the bottles can be semi leaky (had them leak a slight bit once during shipping, was no problem, not much wasted, just got it all over my fingers). I still haven't had time to test out "peanuts" yet, but every other INW flavor i have is simply amazing and each one has made it into some very solid recipes of mine. Link to the INW pina colada watch out tho, as they have super concentrated flavorings and some only require less than 1% to hit where i think they taste great. over flavor and you will mute the flavor or create harshness. Try it at 0.5% and move up from there. My guess is for it as a single flavor, it might need to be bumped up to over 1%, but start out low first, then work your way up.
Flavor links are from BCV, which is an awesome company. RTS vapes is about a 10 min drive from me (can't go pick up tho, which sucks) and it only takes a day to ship to me, but sometimes they take a few days to process and also they don't have the nice selection of different vendors like bcv does.
Just realized the candy cane is outta stock at bcv, my bad, but they re stock flavors pretty quick. maybe check out here also since they have candy cane in stock. they also carry most other brands, so a pina colada flavor should be no problem, once again i would reccomend INW even tho ive never tried their pina colada. just some top notch shit they have. Be warnerned tho, it was my first time ordering from them this past weekend, so i dont know how fast they ship or anything. Also, they had a pretty massive sale (40% off) this weekend so that might make processing happen a lil slower than normal. link to inw pina colada on ecigexpress
just don't load up on tons of flavors without meeting the minimum requirement for free shipping. the more stuff ya get, generally the more shipping will be if you dont qualify for free shipping. i hope this helped, happy mixing!
Your choice of CBD
Fresher? When I worked at Showcase Cinemas, we would pop our popcorn days (up to 5) in advance, throw it in huge plastic bags, then bring it down and push hot air through it at the concession stands to warm it up before serving.
Wanna know why that shit tastes so good? Flavocol.
I bought mine on Amazon.
I use it all the time when making popcorn.
And here's the part where I get flooded with downvotes from those who haven't embraced the palate-ial wonder of lightly burned popcorn paired with some melted "real" butter and melted parmigiano reggiano, served with some Flavacol popcorn salt.
Don't be a douche and burn popcorn in your office/workspace, but you owe it to yourself to at least try a batch of what I mentioned at home. Just use something like a microplane grater to layer some decent parmigiano reggiano throughout the bowl of popcorn, add the melted (salted) butter and then microwave the doctored-up popcorn for about 15-20 seconds. Finish it off with the Flavacol stuff and enjoy the complex, slightly charred (in a good way) taste of what's certain to become your new snack addition.
It's coconut oil! The butter flavor actually comes from a salt called Flavacol. And here's an idea of the yellow coconut oil. It has butter flavoring too, but most of it's in the flavacol
Also, your mushroom kernels should only be used with caramel corn! Standard kernels for normal popcorn!
Do you use flavacol? Seriously, buy this shit, pop your own kernels, and bask in the brilliance of perfect popcorn.
The real stuff used in theatres is flavacol, which you can buy on amazon. Works way better than regular salt.
Thank you for doing this! I've been meaning to ask the Keto Reddit for recipes for Thanksgiving.
Another thing you can use for biscuits is buying Carbquik on amazon. It's amazing! I love using it to make anything "bread" related.
How about 40 pounds of knock off Lucky Charms marshmallows?
I think they sell it on amazon. Yep
Edit: someone also asked if they can be individually wrapped. LMAO.
The reviews are kind of funny too.

Soylent Coffiest Read to Drink Breakfast, 12 pack - LIVE NOW ($27.30)
Orgain Protein Powder, 2.03 lbs - LIVE NOW ($18.49 for vanilla)
There are also plant protein powders with no soy if you just want to avoid it altogether.
Here's what I use, tastes really good.
But if you really want soy, here's some info so you can decide for yourself. Looks like you should be fine as long as you're not using excessive amounts.
I just bought this Orgain Protein Powder in chocolate. I mixed almond milk + tablespoon of peanut butter + two cups of this protein powder. Tastes pretty good and it's pretty cheap. :)
and on Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Surge-Citrus-Flavored-Soda-16fl/dp/B00M2OGS08

That IS Prime Pantry. And $14 a case.
Here's a more specific link.
They started producing Surge again in small batches recently. The last batch sold out for the general public, but if you've got Amazon Prime you can do the whole Prime Pantry thing.
I'm sitting on a couple 12-packs I bought when it was still in stock.
Surge is back. All my local stores carry it but if you can't find it they sell it by the case on amazon.
Edit: here's the link to buy it
you can actually

srs the reviews are hilar
You're completely wrong. Those who bake unleavened bread for use in Mass routinely offer it for sale. To call it "blasphemy" or "sacrilege" is silly.
Is it blasphemous for me to enjoy a fine Bordeaux? Your logic suggests so.
Please back up your assertions with sources from canon law if you disagree.

For potassium I use this.
For magnesium I use this.
I do not take a multivitamin.
I also get a lot of potassium from avocados.
Most of the formulations I've ever purchased are advertised as "salt lite" or "half salt", meaning that they are half potassium chloride and half sodium chloride.
I've tried the Nu-Salt or the Salt Substitute which is all potassium chloride and it tastes wrong to me. But that's just me. ;)
You only need extra sodium in the first few weeks while going keto/low carb because your kidneys are dumping water/sodium during this adaption period.
Regardless of the above information, I still supplement with extra sodium and potassium because I personally perform better with higher amounts. I put salt in my coffee, and put Morton Lite Salt (salt AND potassium) on all of my food and into my water.
I also do 2-4 epsom salt baths, for recovery and magnesium
Initial 24hr fast while transitioning off carbs left me feeling a little woozy.
Later, when fasting for 48 hours coming from ketosis, I managed to work out hard (ie. running for 30 minutes with heart-rate 180-200bpm) both fasting days without any problems.
Sounds like you may want to be prepared with Light-Salt saying your diet sounds awfully sodium light, and the extra potassium is also good for your heart when water fasting.
Get some oblate discs cheap and effective and better for your GI tract than parachuting with TP
Maybe you need to be taking higher doses 2-3 times a day then. Also, here is what I use because I hate the taste and filling up capsules too: Oblate Discs - Japanese Edible Film, 200pcs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FQOFLE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_-lh8BbGCXXAGA
You’ll really thank me for that haha. I do 4 of those and fill them with like 3 grams each. It does take a few times to get used to it and you’ll struggle at first, but I’m a pro at it now. You basically just have to roll them up into a little balloon and twist the top, dip them in water then quickly put them in the back of your throat and wash it down. I barely taste a thing and it’s infinitely better than any other Kratom delivery mechanism. I got this idea from the Kratom sub and it’s a game changer!
I switched to these edible films. Don't taste anything at all, and it's the same exact affect you get from TNW.
You can essentially make a batch like you would do with caps and just pop a little edible balloon anywhere with a bottle of water. When you're on the go or lazy, you don't have to worry about measuring, making a mess, getting a cup to toss the kratom in your mouth, bad taste, etc.
I use to do TNW for a few months, but it obviously tastes disgusting and leaves a lingering taste, sometimes you gag when you toss it into your mouth, etc. Switched to the edible films and will never go back to that disgusting shit. Don't get why people torture themselves with that gross shit when this is 100x better with no downsides.
I don't know if this will help you, but check out "Oblate Edible Discs" on Amazon. I just got an order of these in and while they are a bit "interesting" to get use to, they do work.
i'll leave this here
Microwave pork rinds. Get on board.
$17 for a pack of 18 !!!
Pork rinds are an acquired taste. I'm a big fan of chili lime flavored and salt and vinegar (and a store near me sells sriracha flavored which are pretty great). I like to crush up the BBQ or spicy flavored and use them to shake and bake chicken. And the Lowrey's microwavable pork rinds are great popcorn replacement
You know you can buy just the marshmallows in bulk, right?
Two huge bags of Lucky Charms marshmallows!
All you need is a credit card. http://www.amazon.com/Cereal-Marshmallows-available-21-Oz/dp/B001PM0KRU

Powdered peanut butter https://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-6-5/dp/B002GJ9JWS
OH, totally forgot!
smoothies are a brilliant idea, we've had great luck with this powder in smoothies. delicious and a protein bomb. some fruit (fresh or frozen, whatever's lying around), some malt powder, ice cream, yogurt, juice, whatever else we can find in the kitchen. Again, he helps with making it and "owns" the smoothie.
Someone above recommended powdered peanut butter. I'll be trying that soon. Yeah, regular PB has too many calories for me.
I think he or she mean this: http://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-6-5/dp/B002GJ9JWS
One important thing to remember about artificial sweeteners, that not many people seem to know:
Part of the "non-caloric" nature of most artificial sweeteners is that they ARE caloric, they're just several hundred times better at activating sweetness sensing taste receptors, so you can use an effectively acaloric amount. However, because there is so little actual physical mass, if they want to distribute in a granular form, they need to include a bulking agent. Currently, everyone is using CORN STARCH.
This means that roughly 1/3 the volume of of granular sweeteners is MALTODEXTRIN, aka pure sugar. A packet of Splenda has about 3 calories, and a cup of granular Splenda has around 150.
If you use a lot of non-caloric sweetener, either account for this or switch to liquid (In which the sweetener is just dissolved in water).
Whip Cream is easy to make, I sweeten it with Ez-Sweets. What I like to do is get some berries (your choice, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries..etc..etc..etc), and make it into a compote.
You can make a batch of them and store them in a mason jar in your fridge for later.
Then you can make the whip cream
You can also store this for later.
Then you can put the compote in a bowl and top it with whip cream. You can also add some crushed nuts so it's sorta like a parfait. The quick part comes in when you prepare it ahead of time to store for later. Then just dish it out when you want some.
Be careful with the granulated form of splenda as it contains Maltodextrin. That can have an effect on glucose if taken in large quantities.
They do sell a liquid form without maltodextrin.
Wow this got wordy! I'm gonna put a little TL;DR at the top here for easy reference:
Pork shoulder blade roasts or steaks are relatively cheap compared to other meat, are delicious and are great for keto. Chicken thighs are also fantastic. I use Nu-Salt in everything to make sure I get more potassium. I sweeten most things with Ez-Sweetz. I explain in more detail how I use the pork shoulder and the chicken breasts below.
I buy pork shoulder blade steaks, because they're relatively cheap and have lots of fat, which helps me with my ratios, and they're delicious. I cut them into manageable portions and cook them up for breakfast most mornings (I learned to cook them the way Gordon Ramsay does in this video, ignore the sweet and sour peppers he also cooks as they are loaded with carbs, amd go easy on the garlic, but this is a great way to cook pork chops), it's absolutely fantastic. Not so good if you're also watching your calories, but pork shoulder is a really tasty, really cheap cut of meat.
Anyway, my go-to breakfast is usually a portion of pork shoulder blade steak, about 6 small frozen brussels sprouts microwaved on a plate under a bowl for four minutes with butter, salt and pepper, and a couple of eggs fried up on the side.
Also chicken thighs, which I lay in 13x9 baking pan, sprinkle salt, pepper, rosemary and other delicous stuff over them, cover in foil and bake it for about an hour at 350... LEt it cool, remove the bones (keep the skin and fat in there, just chop it and mix it all together) and then you've got chicken to use in stuff. It's very fatty, but again, that's part of maintaining the keto ratio. I usually will portion that out into zipper-seal sandwich bags, about 200g in each bag, and freeze it. Then I use it to make quick lunches, I mix one portion with about 200g of broccoli or green beans and about 20g of cheese, add seasoning, and freeze it in a microwaveable container.
Aside from that, I always keep some potassium salt (I use Nu-Salt, which is carried in my local grocery store near the salt) on hand to help make sure I am getting enough potassium, I add some to anything I add salt to. Be aware, by itself it tastes just awful... But if you feel like you need some extra potassium, it does the trick. I always use extra if I am getting back into keto after cheating.
My go-to sweetener of choice is Ez-Sweetz, it just makes stuff sweeter without adding any other flavors (I tried stevia and it just was not good in my coffee), and one drop of the stuff is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of sugar. I haven't ever seen it in a store, but you can get it from amazon.
I may or may not be a bit drunk and hungry, but I'd LOVE these m&m's right now. I'm pretty sure they discontinued them, and I must have them in my BELLY.
And my name is something my old internship boss used to call me. My name is Zamantha, so he always called me Samantha with a Z. But that's too long of a username, so I just went with my nickname, Zamie. :D
Thanks for the contest!~
Yeah they’re called Gelatin Capsules . There are different sizes so you might want to look into that a bit. Also, it’s probably going to be a pain in the ass to fill them if you don’t have a tray for it. There are also small machines that’ll help you fill them on Amazon. Then you’re free to go.
Hell yes. SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE STORE BOUGHT ONES! http://www.amazon.com/Lowreys-microwave-chicharrones-original-1-75-Ounce/dp/B000UPFWW6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1453992178&sr=8-1&keywords=microwave+pork+rinds
The worst smell I've ever experienced was burnt microwave pork rinds
I've worked in an open pit coal mine where coal would experience spontaneous combustion. I've spent time in a slaughterhouse.
I've had a lot of shitty jobs with horrible smells. Burnt microwave pork rinds is by far the worst.

Speaking of cereal, I recently came across this:
The reviews are kind of awesome
Gentlemen, the search has ended.
May all your wildest dreams come true...
I came here to post this, but mine's an Amazon link.
I own a few bags of these and they aren't bad. There used to be a cereal restaurant at the college I work at and I used to get a bowl of lucky charms - extra charms. I vowed one day I would find out where they purchased the extra charms. 6 months ago, I found this link and have been buying them ever since. A regular bowl of lucky charms plus one scoop of extra charms equals pure happiness.
You can buy them separately on Amazon.
Here you go. Now you can really live the dream.
most openers that work are actually pretty bland
that being said, why not just educate her?
Just so /u/egoraptor, /u/dannysexbang and everyone else knows, you can actually buy the cereal marshmallows in bulk!
I looked into it for you, don't click on this link
I'm in! I can get these
Amazon sells them also.
Try this: https://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-6-5/dp/B002GJ9JWS
I've tried it. It's dope. (fellow peanut butter lover here! :)
Like celery AND peanut butter?? try PB2!
I'm in Canada, so I'm not 100% sure, but it does look like if all else fails, you can order it on Amazon.
Amazon also appears to have the hoosier hill farm powdered peanut butter, which is a LOT cheaper than the PB2 brand, but I haven't tried it so I can't speak to the quality, but it does have good reviews and unlike PB2 which has added salt and sugar, the hoosier hill farm stuff is literally just peanuts.
Both of those are fulfilled by amazon as well, so not some third party that advertises one price and then charges twice that much in shipping.
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00BXR3WLS?psc=1 - hoosier hill farm
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bell-Plantation-Powdered-Peanut-Butter/dp/B002GJ9JWS - pb2
A lot of people use PB2.
Far as chocolate, I use cocoa nibs, pale chocolate malt and some C120 to get a lovely chocolate flavor. Lactose enhances the perception there as well. But yes, you can also use extract if you want for the chocolate.
Edit: Added link to PB2 to facilitate lazy learning.
I'm a noob with little contribute right now, but Costco has a whey powder for $40 per 6 lb. bag Same stuff on Amazon is $60. It doesn't taste as good as ON, but with some PB2 it's still good.
Peanut Butter and PB2 is powdered peanut butter as seen here at Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-6-5/dp/B002GJ9JWS?th=1
It's actually pretty good for peanut butter cravings without dropping 200 calories on 2 tablespoons.
Your diet is going to make the biggest difference in your weight loss. They say weight loss is 85% diet, and it's true. I too have lost 120 pounds and I honestly think exercise is unnecessary. I run now, but I do that for overall health. Here's a few things I eat on a weekly basis.
I tend to pick a protein source and build a meal around that. I try to always add as many veggies as I can, usually in the form of a side salad or celery.
I HIGHLY recommend downloading MyFitnessPal on your phone (assuming you have a smartphone) and log everything you eat. I winged it for the first year but the app makes it so much easier.
Something I've recently fallen in love with - sweet potatoes. I scrub them clean and bake for an hour @ 400. Cut it in half, sprinkle a little salt or some cinnamon and eat it. Great desert, full of good shit, and it tastes delicious.
There are a ton of things you can eat that are good for you. Lots of other fish, tons of ways to cook/eat chicken and turkey, beans, etc.
It's basically peanut powder. You can add water to it to make peanut butter (or something similar to peanut butter), and it has much fewer calories. Here's a link
got you fam
Powdered peanut butter, has less calories than regular. https://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-6-5/dp/B002GJ9JWS
I'm addicted to peanut butter. My solution: PB2. Put a bit on an apple or a banana = yum!
I would try out some recipes for peanut butter hot chocolate (most seem to be hot chocolate with a spoon of peanut butter) and substitute PB2 for regular peanut butter. There's also a chocolate pb2 that you may want to try. You could premake your mix in a jar and bring it to work, or maybe just stash your cocoa and pb in your office and mix it there. Good luck!
Anyone tried this before?Powdered peanut butter
PB2, 45 calores, 5g protein for 2 tbsp, add it to protein shake if you crave peanut butter like I do, its also great to spread on pancakes (4 egg whites(1 cup) and 1/2 cup oats, taste like meh but 250 calories, 25g protein and actually filling)
Ohh fun thought! Not tested, but I think you should get some of the powdered PB2 stuff and replace some of the sugar with that!
It would be a fun experiment.
Whoa! Never heard of that. Cool! I bet that would work really well. Thanks!
I get an iced dopio espresso with a splash of breve and then I put in a couple of drops of EZ Sweets. There are like 5 grams of carbs per 2 tablespoons of breve, but I just can't quite kick the habit in favor of full cream or none at all. Still a hell of a lot better than a caramel machiato.
Almost all dry artificial sweetener has starch-based bulking agents to make them measure roughly equivalent to sugar, because the artificial sweeteners are hundreds of times sweeter than sugar.
I prefer the liquid sweeteners like this one; two drops are approximately equal to a packet of Splenda.
Liquid Sucralose like EZ-Sweets
Completely 0 carb/0 calorie.
There is 3.4 calories per gram of Splenda. But 1 gram of splenda replaces 2 tsp of sugar which is around 30 calories. This means its more than an 85 percent decrease in calories.
With that said, a better alternative to Splenda is something like EZ-Sweetz, which is a true no calorie sucralose sweetener.
Here is a link to a wolfram alpha comparison of equivalent amounts of sugar vs Splenda.
Liquid Sucralose. I'm in the same boat and usually like sweet coffee. Doesn't have the shitty aftertaste of stevia or saccharin.
Try to avoid granulated Splenda. Pure sucralose is actually very very sweet so they put in some other stuff to fluff it up a bit. I think I read somewhere that 1 cup of granulated Splenda has 24g of carbs or something. Try this, I've been using it for drinks and desserts and it's great, plus you don't have to worry about it dissolving properly in cold drinks like you do with granulated.
I trust it's unsweetened almond milk, so you should be good there.
Are you eating a lot of protein? Protein in large amounts can raise your blood sugar. Try to stay around 100-150g per day.
Are you eating ridiculous amounts of broccoli or something? It has a fair amount of carbs, but unless you're eating pounds and pounds of it a day, I have no idea why you're not in ketosis.
I use EZ-Sweetz ( http://www.amazon.com/EZ-Sweetz-2oz-Liquid-Sweetener-Servings/dp/B002MO765O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1367600656&sr=8-1&keywords=ez-sweetz )
It sweetens fine with none of the normal splenda after taste. :)
Not necessarily. You can't tell by the label whether or not a prepared food used granulated Splenda (which has maltodextrin, as pointed out) or pure sucralose, which does not. I would guess it would be easier for a food manufacturer to use pure liquid sucralose to make mixing and measuring easier (not to mention nutrition information) but I'm not sure about what the common practice is.
If you have access to Amazon.com, EZ-Sweetz is liquid sucralose with no bulking agents added. A 2oz has lasted me since January with probably a third still left in it, and I add it to my coffee every day.
Also, a "reduction in ketones" is not necessarily a function of ingesting carbohydrates. As long as there are any ketones present in your urine, you are in ketosis, no matter how dark or light the purple is on the test strip. A reduction in the quantity of ketones is far more likely caused by a change in your hydration than anything else.
This shit right here
(Don't actually but it for me bcuz I don't want my acne to come back :p)
Direct sells from Amazon only. Just like coke is doing with surge.
I bought this HUMCO HOLDING GROUP Boric Acid Powder, 12 Ounce
Capsule Connection 1000 Bulk Wholesale"00" Empty Gelatin Capsules
From amazon in 2013, that’s how long it lasts. I don’t use them daily but if something feels off or after a period etc. Then I do one a day for a couple days and that’s enough. I pour some on a plate, scoop it into the capsules and keep the capsules in an old pill jar marked boric acid just in case because you cannot eat them!. Anyway. I do it at night, it makes extra discharge that night but nothing a pantyliner can’t help and then it’s all good.
No, I actually meant plant-based vapes. I've had both the MFLB and the Arizer air and they are wildly efficient. I also ALWAYS stuff pills with my leftovers into these:
Overall, I use half or less the amount of bud that I would have smoking.
These are the ones i use, nothing special. About 1 in 100 are defective but its easy to catch them while theyre empty.
make your own.
by far the cheapest thing to do.
cheap pill holder
1000 00 capsules (beef)
the best $5.49 I've ever spent
Submitted with no judgment...
Here you can get 2 4lb bags on amazon, and here's a site where you can get 95 lbs of marshmallows
I made a trip to my local asian supermarket and picked up a few different kinds of instant ramen to try. I was looking for this one to try as well, but they didn't have any at this particular supermarket. I have another asian supermarket nearby that has a bigger variety of instant ramen and I plan on going there in the next few weeks. I would love to try other brands not pictured here, so let me know your favorite instant ramen that you think I should try. If possible link some pictures so I know what to look for at the store. The ramen pictured here are:
Mama Tom Yum
samyang spicy chicken
samyang 2x spicy I tried this one and it is way too spicy for me, the flavor was delicious though
saporo ichiban miso this is one of my favorite instant ramen, I buy it all the time, it's so good
shin ramyun spicy This is my favorite instant ramen. This was the first instant ramen I tried that wasn't maruchan and I fell in love. This led me to try other brands from the asian store that I wouldn't normally have tried.
*edit: i just tried the indomie and wow, it was delicious, so flavorful, definitely getting some more of those
Amazon also has a decent selection of ramen. I like this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00778B90S/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_8?ie=UTF8&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1
For anybody as curious as i was, it's unfortunately $200.
Awesome, I just ordered this! Happy Birthday to me!
OK, scrolled about half way down, and...
I know what I want for my birthday.
The reviews are interesting.
You would appreciate "Haribo Sugar-Free Gummi Bears."
They're the best tasting colon cleanse money can buy.
They still exist, and are available for purchase, just without the Haribo brand name on the package. Same product.
Every time I see a comment like yours, I have to go back and read the Haribo sugar free dummies product reviews page.
Scroll down and have a good laugh.
Another company still manufactures hellbears:
Unfortunately something happened to the Haribo version 2-3 years ago. Discontinued due to popularity. But this one is only $26! The sugar free ones are the best! Oh, dont trust the reviews. /s
The top comments are fucking gold :
I ate 6 of these things to aid along in digestion. I figured it was a tastier way to rid myself of a weeks worth of backup. I might as well have swallowed a nuclear bomb and topped it off with an enema. The good news is my digestive system is back on track. The bad news is I will never eat another gummy bear and may have flushed part of my soul down the toilet. God speed my friends...
It all started at 6 in the morning. The night before one of my hunting buddies had bought these without noticing that they wjere sigar free. He's one of those guys always reading about the effects of food and dieting and stuff, and refused to eat them claiming they would male you gain wait. So he gave them to me. I was out in the deer woods far from any toilet, or toilet paper. If I could go back in time I would have ran my friend over on tje way, or made sure my parents had never met, because after just 5 or so of these hell bent demon possesd spawn of satan bears, I knew I should have read the comments before taking these off my friends hands. It all started with A low rumble, like distant thunder, or the mating call of a rhinasurous. I was sure it would scare away any deer with in a 5 mile radius. But it didn't stop at that. My intestines began to move inside of me like snakes after eating cherry bombs. My soul itself seemed to be working its way through my bowls. By then I knew I had to get out of that tree stand, but by then I knew it was too late. I made a break for it just as the sun began to rise. I ran like a mad man in a way that I can only describe as a pregnant, ostrich sasqatch women. I had only made it a few yards when Lucifer himself shot out of me like a potatoe tied to a ceiling fan. I crumbled to the ground as I tried to rip off my extremely expensive no-scent camouflage hunting pants, but it was too late. I stayed in that spot for what felt like hours. My life flashed before my eyes, and I relived the time I caught my first bass. I prayed to God to kick a satellite from the sky to crush me, but my cries for mercy where coverd by the explosions of Satan still coming from my body. The stuff coming out of me would have caught fire if you'd struck a match any where near it. As I sat with my tormented thoughts, I saw the biggest buck I have ever seen in my life (about a 12 or 14 point) walk slowly past my tree stand. A FLIPPEN PURFECT SHOT. I sat in a puddle of mt own defeat tryimg not to suffacate on the fumes coming from the tainted turds. After what seemed like an eternity I managed to waddle back to my brand new truck, where I had no other clothes, or anything to clean myself with. The smell of my truck and the butt stains left on my once purfect seats will forever torment my dreams. I have gone through an eternity of air fresheners and nothing has worked. When ever someone has to drive with me and they ask what happened to my truck, I tell them a really long story about how I deliverd a calf in the middle of the night.
Well, I read the reviews...challenge accepted!
Final score - death bears 7...me 0.
You know how amazon gives you things that people also bought with your item...they should include some cottonelle wipes as a mandatory item with this.
My pre-colonoscopy meds were not as effective as the 40 bears I ate.
Why 40 you say? Well, I ate 5 and nothing...10
Nothing. Kept on going. Got a little cocky and ate 10 straight. Now, I’m thinking I’ve won! 10 more...sure, and 10 more.
It was at this point that i actually read he packaging. It actually says may have a laxative effect.
And here comes the night of a thousand waterfalls.
Don’t do the challenge. I thought they were all making stuff up.
These things are delicious, but they make my ass sound like Chewbacca.
You do realize that these 'sugar free' bears have the exact same calories as the regular Haribo gummy bears!
I foolishly ignored the warnings and purchased a 5 lb bag of these potent evil apparitions posing as delectably tasty goodies.
The laxative effect of these ‘sugar free gummy candies’ is nuclear. I first noticed rumblings as my intestines began a protest that escalated to world shaking levels. The gurgling and surging was grotesque. They continued to increase in both intensity and duration until the volume alerted all in the house of my impending explosion. Sphincter tightly clenched I urgently made the most awkward hurried hobbling walk to the bathroom. I arrived just barely in time as the propulsion became a cataract which physically lifted me forcefully off the seat of the commode. Without being able to grasp and maintain butt to commode seat integrity I shudder to wonder the scope of destruction of the resulting explosiveness.
The stench quickly overcame the exhaust fan, passive air freshener, aerosol spray, and tightly closed door. It was beyond awful. In an effort to save others in the house from a fate worse than death, I even risked waddling to the door between liquid explosions to stuff a dampened towel to futilely seal the gap.
Several spiders which had made their home unnoticed in the exhaust fan housing dropped down stone cold dead. Doors slammed as my wife and children instantly became refugees instantly grabbing hats and coats and fled seeking breathable air elsewhere. I was abandoned and left alone to suffer my fate. The peculiar and noxious smell is putrid and penetrating. It is worse than burnt hair.
These disgusting ‘alleged candies’ are actually mislabeled ‘prescription only colonoscopy evacuation materials’ only one of which is necessary to thoroughly empty any colon prior to scoping. I wouldn't wish these on my worst enemy. Seriously if you are scheduled for a colonoscopy, drop me a line and I will send you 20 of these nuclear option bowel evacuation 100% guaranteed to cleanse your bowels and make you wish for an end to life. Save you money no prescription needed.

Or Reagan’s Favorite when he bottomed to Nancy.
Toilet humour (literally) but read the reviews and enjoy.
My first time reading about these.. well worth it I'm in stitches here laughing about it. Not sure if this is the same product but the other links I looked at are the same
I like this brand protein powder, chocolate flavour. It doesn't taste horrible mixed with only water, and it dissolves well if you let it sit for at least half an hour.
Also, have you tried dried bean curd? Cheap, and according to the nutrition label on my package, one sheet/serving has 50g of protein.
Non-whey and non-plant, so are you basically specifically looking for egg protein recommendations?
I usually recommend Orgain, but it's plant based. However, it tastes great! And it's easy to get at Costco or Amazon.
Seconding Orgain! Also, very affordable at Costco or Amazon.
My next try after I use up what I have is True Nutrition Vegan Optimizer - More flavors and a slightly better price, but mostly just more flavors!
Super good and cheap. Plus prime shipping. 👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿👌🏿
Orgain Organic Plant Based Protein Powder, Creamy Chocolate Fudge, Vegan, Gluten Free, Kosher, Non-GMO, 2.03 Pound, Packaging May Vary https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J074W94/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_6KsvCb1YG2DE4
I've tried pretty much every vegan protein powder out there, and my top favorites are Garden of Life Greens & Protein and Orgain Organic Protein-- both in chocolate. I've tried Aloha recently and was not thrilled with the flavor or texture at all, so I'd skip that brand. Vega is okay but is more expensive than the rest and is not organic, so I just crossed it out on my list.
If you need to add more protein and require a vegetarian option, I'd just suggest quinoa, beans, legumes, eggs, and nuts. I've been a vegetarian for more than half of my life, and those have always been my go-to's. But if having issues eating in general is hard, just do a double serving of protein powder a day (in a green smoothie for extra calories/nutrition) to meet those goals.
I break out with acne every time I drink a whey shake, so I switched to plant-based protein powders a few years ago. I tried a few hemp powders and they tasted awful. I found a powder I really like from the Orgain brand. It's comparable in taste and texture to some of the whey powders I used to drink. They sell it at Costco in Southern California on sale at $24 for 2.74 lbs, which I stock up on, otherwise it's $30 normally. You can also get it off Amazon.
Note: Do not get Vanilla bean, it tastes awful.
do you even lift?
I do, I usually have a scoop or two a day. I like blends. True Nutrition vegan protein optimizer is my favorite (45% pea, 45% rice, 10% hemp). And it's cheap, $9/lb. You can also build your own blend on their website, it's super easy. And they have a coupon that saves you 5% off site-wide, never expires "GOVEGAN"
I also hear good things about Orgain, but haven't tried it. Saw it on amazon earlier for $17 ($8.50/lb) https://www.amazon.com/Orgain-Organic-Protein-Powder-Chocolate/dp/B00J074W94/?th=1
My husband can't take dairy either, and he mixes this protein powder with almond milk. It's not too bad!
Bro, do you even google your whalez? http://www.amazon.com/SURGE-12-16-FL-Cans/dp/B00M2OGS08
But they're new cases :D
Wait until it gets back in stock.
They sell it on Amazon
No, I wasn't drinking them (well unless I was at age 3) then. Its from the 2014 re-release.
It is normally $14. But it is sold out and people are price gouging.

People, people, the real news here is that Sruge is back!!! Gotta cop it on Amazon, and it is currently sold out. Cannot wait to go into a diabetic shock or caffeine related coma when I finally get some.
Some of the amazon reviews are hilarious.
SURGE, 12 ct, 16 FL OZ Cans https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00OK0I4AO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_yRdGxbMY43WT2
Amazon has Surge!
Its making a comeback slowly, starting from the east side of the country and slowly going west. Sadly it looks like it died out at Louisiana, this is where amazon steps in.
I would like to make note that sadly they didn't have surge in liquid form in the coolers, but this will work for now.
Great idea for an Amazon affiliate site. Well done.
Considering its niche popularity, nostalgic appeal, and relative affordability, you might consider adding Surge to your lineup.
Boy, do I have some good news for you.
It's possible to buy an 8 pound bag of Lucky Charms marshmallows on Amazon. I would provide a link, but I'm on mobile.
EDIT: I've located the link, so I thought I would pass it along. $60 with free shipping.
By her this and you'll never have to experience it again.
Cut out the middle man.
Speaking of marshmallows, just the reviews on this are ridiculous:
I got you. http://amzn.com/B004BBR95I
Get two and you have half a gallon.
Yeah that's not too bad. Of course you can get 1000ml of concentrate for $45! We bought 120ml of concentrate from three sources (1, 2, 3) to compare and she didn't notice a big difference between them. They've all been in the freezer since and still taste fine 3 years later (actually one of them is completely gone and the other 2 are getting pretty low).
I just started with an online calculator and went from there; it's easy to get to whatever % you normally vape at.
I found out quickly that plastic syringes suck - they wear out and the eliquid melts the markings off. So I got a few glass syringes off of ebay (though really I've only ever needed one).
Initially I was super-careful with the nicotine concentrate as it can be fatal in really small doses, but after handling it a bit I realized it's actually very safe and easy to handle. Unless you squirt it in your eye or mouth you aren't going to have a problem - but you definitely need to keep it away from children and pets.
Then a few glass dropper bottles, PG and VG.
Whenever she's getting low she'll order a few different flavorants (usually from here) in 10ml bottles. I rarely mix flavors as it's simpler not to - just dump a full 10ml bottle into a dropper bottle, add 4-6ml of nicotine concentrate, then around 20ml each of PG/VG. Let it sit a week and it's ready to use.
Fatty acids are carboxylic acids with long carbon chains.
Examples are lauric acid, stearic acid, capyrlic acid, etc.
Free means that they are not attached to anything. So in triglycerides (fats), the fatty acids are not free but exist as esters with glycerol.
Glycerol itself is stable. You can buy it pharmacy or grocery store, under the common name glycerin.
But fatty acids, mainly unsaturated ones, can undergo further chemical reactions.
For that $60 you're getting 120 ml you could get started.
$13 for VG
$11 for PG which is optional
Flavors here. Probably end up spending $15-$20. Less if you find a good recipe with a couple flavors
$18 for the higher end nic
Just need 2 1ml syringes with 14g needles and 1 5ml or 10ml syringe with a 14g needle, some bottles (which you can reuse glass bottles), and you're good to go.
Im a huge fan of nude nic. I will always and forever buy my nic there. Cg ms verified, the owner posts great, in deth scientific info here etc... However, their shipping ends up killig it for me. Same with wizard labs. Once you order like more than a quart of anything the shipping goes to like 15 bucks. At wizard labs he shipping was more than the VG I wanted iirc.
Essential depot on amazon.
1,271.661 ml (43oz) of VG
12.95 free shipping.
/r/diy_ejuice - for around $30 or so you can vape unflavored + nic for a month or more if you need a cheap way to wean yourself off nicotine.

With that 120ml of nicotine, you can make 2L of 6mg juice. So for 50 bucks, you can make quite a bit of liquid.
Keep the amount of sweetener low or zero and it will have the biggest impact on coil life. Low flavor will help in general, but some flavors hardly contribute to coil gunk at all, so it depends on which flavors you use. I haven't noticed any difference in the rate I change coils using 50/50 and 70/30, and I use both regularly in different setups.
BTW, it sounds like you are trying to decide between a finished nicotine base, 50/50 or 70/30 with maybe 6mg/ml nic added already, for example... Sorry if I misunderstand. That way does work but I do it the other way around, and mix my flavor base, then add nicotine to suit the order. If you buy VG, PG, and 100mg/ml nic each in its own bottle, you will have infinite flexibility with every bottle you make.
It's cheap too:
VG 13+7Sh (Price is different from when I bought it, recommend difference source)
100 Pipettes 5
Lorann Sampler 15
Various bottle options, take your pick.
I buy all my VG and PG from Essential Depot on on Amazon, cheap with Amazon Prime and tastes just fine, its just as good as when I have bought from anywhere else.
Short answer if you just freeze yeast the freezing water solidifies and punctures cell wells, killing most of the yeast.
Long answer if you add a 50/50 solution of (water or beer) with food grade glycerin the water will get cold but never freeze.
Harvest yeast- overbuilding a starter is the easiest way or you could harvest and wash your yeast.
Decant Beer from your starter or use water and half fill a 1 pt mason jar and top off the rest with food grade glycerin. Boiling at this point is probably unnecessary but I do it anyway just to make sure no bugs get transferred in. Cool.
I then spray everything I use with Starsan and then dip everything I’m using in to the boiling water.
I use Soda Preforms but will switch to 1.5 ounce glasses once I burn through my preforms because I can boil them killing anything and not have to worry about melting plastic plus they’re cheaper.
I fill them halfway with my Decanted Yeast Slurry and let it settle. You want the settled yeast to be about half of the Preform which is approximately 100 billion cells. I then Decant excess liquid off and top off with your 50/50 (Water or starter beer) and glycerin.
Cap/Label place in an insulated bag with an ice pack to protect from freezing/thaw cycles and place in the freezer.
If you're going to make popcorn, do it right.
I got you! The cooking spray and flavacol will give you an authentic butter experience with way less calories. Quick spray kernels and sprinkle some in with your popcorn before you pop and then top it off with some more spray once it's done to your desired butterness.
The bad thing is that Flavacol doesn't come in small, and the container they send will last you 5 years of heavy popcorn abuse. But it's seriously the same stuff they use at the movie theater
For best results, I recommend getting a Whirly Pop. Add some Flavacol and you've got movie popcorn.
I use a pretty popular recipe... but let me know what you think. I use 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, 1/2 cup of corn of your choice, and 1/2-1 teaspoon of flavacol. Tastes pretty close to movie theater popcorn to me.
If you want movie theater popcorn at home, buy some flavacol and put that on it. That's how they get that unique "movie theater" popcorn taste.
This oil + this salt + these kernels = Movie Theater Butter. The Flavacol makes a HUGE difference.
Flavacol master race.
Yup. All you need is a pot, some canola oil, salt or Flavacol and voila!
Oooh! Oooh! Gimme some!
Go get that
The Nordic Ware microwave Popcorn popper, and Flavacol is what we use. Excellent results every time, and SO easy.
The real secret is flavacol.
Amazon sells it in bulk, or you can get this stuff: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00M8HPGMU/
comes in different sizes. we use the 4oz ones with our stir crazy popcorn maker.
You can buy in bulk and get cheaper with just the popping corn, carton of flavacol, and the coconut popping corn oil, but its a little more work to measure it all out. YMMV.
Have you tried Flavacol? It's the popcorn seasoning movie theaters use. You could melt/spray some popcorn coconut oil on pork rinds, shake on flavacol, and it would be LIKE popcorn.
If you're looking to re-create theatre-style popcorn, then a spice/salt you're looking for Flavacol! My go-to recipe is a heaping tablespoon of coconut oil, a half-cup of popcorn kernels, and a teaspoon of Flavacol, all put in a Whirley Pop over medium-high heat. Three minutes later, you've got a pot full of popcorn!
Carbquik and Quest Multi-Purpose Powder both make keto baking amazing. Carbquik makes better biscuits, Quest makes better bread, have yet to try cookies/cakes/muffins.
You can find Carbquick on Amazon. Pretty decently priced and there are a couple different sizes available. Haven't tried it yet personally.
I listed some items in a previous post, I'm not sure what you can get at a regular store or if someone can order items to your visiting address.
Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetner
Navitas Cocoa Powder
Carolina Gold Nuggets Microwavable Pork Rinds
Lily's Chocolate Chips Stevia Sweetened
IsoPure Zero Carb Protein Powders
Sweet Leaf Flavored Stevia Drops
Shirataki Pasta Miracle Noodles
G Huges BBQ Sauce
Reduced Sugar Heinz Ketchup
I've used this for pancakes, pizza dough, biscuits, as a breading, in gravies, etc. If milk is required, I used almond milk. The pizza dough isn't perfect, but the biscuits are good and the pancakes are better than any box mix I've had, low carb or not.
My suggestion was going to be IF with skipping breakfast since you have issues.
There is a product called Carbquic that people seem to like. Might be able to include pancakes in your breakfast everyday if it fits your macros. http://amzn.com/B005YVU6FY
Check out theramenrater.com I promise I'm not affiliated but it's a hell of a resource. There's top ten lists that should help.
Also fwiw I used to and still buy the basic Maruchan ramen from most grocery stores and use powdered Habanero, Ghost and Scorpion peppers from Sonoran Spice Company and it heats up my ramen very nicely to the point where these Samyang varieties are delicious but I'm not blowing smoke out of my ears or anything.
Also I have these saved in my wish list from other recommended flavors people have shared (I'm hoping to get them on my asian market and not online):
They literally use this to make their ramen.
Even a superior ramen can be had for ~$20 for 20.
Have you tried Shin Ramyun?
My technique is not as posh as proper Japanese ramen, but it may give you a start. I tend to use something like Nongshim Shin in a flavour I like. First, I soft boil 2 eggs. Then I prepare veg like Pak Choi, spring onions, peas, asparagus, baby corn, and perhaps some sauteed mushrooms or cabbage, and maybe some water chestnuts for texture. I then boil water and add noodles and spice packets followed by my veg (excluding water chestnuts and things that needn't be cooked). I rinse and drain and peel my eggs. I pour my cooked ramen and veg into a big bowl and then top with the split boiled eggs, sauteed mushrooms and cabbage, spring onions and something like Shichimi Togarashi. You can also add grilled or stirfried meat to your taste. I'm allergic to meat, so I tend to keep it simple. You can use different kinds of seaweed, too. I like to soak arame in cold water while my eggs boil and then sprinkle this on top with my other toppings. The only limit to what you can do with your ramen is your imagination. The Wagamama noodle cookbook is quite awesome and you should be able to get it in America, too. It'll give you some starting points. Good luck and enjoy!

Jesus is good with fat-free dips, as the base for cucumber sandwiches (especially with lemon salt) and out of this world on salads! I mean, do you have any idea how many calories croutons have? But not Jesus. Oh, no. He's fat and virtually calorie free.

1 Gallon Tuscan Whole Milk - might have the singularly best Amazon review I've ever read, though there is much more content in the Haribo bears reviews
Fresh Whole Rabbit
50 Gallons of Lube
It's just your old non-vegan orders (like Tuscan Whole Milk) clearing out of the delivery system. Once all of your previous omnivorous Amazon orders are cleared, your deliveries should become more regular.
http://www.amazon.com/Tuscan-Whole-Milk-Gallon-128/dp/B00032G1S0/ref=cm_cr_pr_pb_t your first item is a gallon of milk that costs 48$. The reviews are wonderful, but...
I suggest you go to /r/foodpantry and look at the lists of other users to find inexpensive prime items. You don't have much food on your list.
You also don't have a shipping address available.
Reminds me of reviews for Tuscan Dairy Whole Vitamin D Milk, Gallon, 128 oz
Just be aware that fake-but-hilarious amazon reviewing is a thing today. There's a billion of them. This could be real, though. Funny if it is, tho also sad. But decent chances it's just a joke.
the infamous tuscan whole milk review -be sure to expand all comments
alright! gotta go buy you some milk on amazon.
On top of amazing customer service, Amazon Prime (saved me a ton of money this past year), and the fact they regularly deliver on Saturdays Amazon is great for hilarious product reviews:
Steering Wheel Desk
The Classic and Original
No price is too high for Tuscan Whole Milk. The reviews clearly justify any expense.
Small, sealed, and with bad reviews.
Amazon does not care for your plant.
Ever wondered how they FBA tuscan milk?
They have some great reviews on these ;-)
Des that mean you have not yet had the opportunity to have some Tuscan Whole Milk, 1 gallon, 128 fl. Oz.?
This is your home.
Well, you can take things to help with the electrolytes, as you should.
You wanna double your Sodium intake. You can use Lite Salt as that has sodium AND potassium in it, and a pretty good amount of potassium as well. Better than most supplements anyway. And then you will wanna buy a magnesium citrate. I also use chicken boullion cubes for sodiumm, i put it in a coffee cup and put hot water in it, then drink it. Tastes like soup kinda.
Its not about "going hard", its not a crash diet. You just figure out your macros and stick to it. Let your body handle the rest.
And no stuff like Powerade has electrolytes in it but nearly enough.
If you're in the states, look for [this] (https://www.amazon.com/Morton-Lite-Salt-Sodium-Table/dp/B0005YM0UY). It's cheaper if you've got a grocery store that carries it. This has your potassium as well as a a little magnesium, but I don't think the magnesium is that physioactive. It helps me a LOT more than the salt that I used before. Just add a bit, I've heard between a 1/4 tsp and a full tsp, to your bottle of water and, if you want, add some vitamin fortified water additive, like [Mio] (https://www.amazon.com/Mio-Vitamins-Tropical-Naturally-Sweetened/dp/B01I5RHUPM/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1497978718&sr=8-1&keywords=mio%2Bwater%2Benhancer%2Bstevia&th=1). I like this one with the stevia and the additional B vitamins. It's a wonder drink for me!! But, if you're feeling ok, then go with what's been working for you!
You may want to add a pinch of salt to your water. LiteSalt is awesome and I use it daily. You could also try that pink salt that's super popular.
A general tip about adding salt to water. Don't add so much that the water tastes salty. That's way too much. Only add enough so that the water tastes a little off. Like a different type of tap water, if that makes sense.
Broscientifically, potassium is supposed to balance out the sodium intake.
Why do you think you're craving so much salt? It makes sense to want salt after a 48hr fast with lots of water, because you're flushing the necessary sodium out of your body. Do you feel worse if you reduce sodium? Is it purely a craving?
You can also buy this reduced sodium/added potassium salt that I use:
How do you recommend getting the electrolytes? Is there a better/tastier option than just drinking lite salt or no salt and water?
FYI u/jimmy_russula I thought of you when I copied the link on amazon....if you look in the middle, the word boof is hidden in there lol! Look: Oblate Discs - Japanese Edible Film, 200pcs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FQOFLE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_wLMwiiyb4hb1s
Yo you tried to snort it!? I commend your effort but that's a huge waste of time and god knows what it did to your nose. Not trying to be rude, but don't do that again man, yikes.
Have you thought of parachuting it? Amazon sells these little edible papers you can wrap your dose up in and swallow in one shot, no taste at all. People use them for Kratom a lot.
I forget what they're called, but if you're interested, I'll look them up for you. I'm on mobile rn or I'd just link to them.
Also, if you're trying to taper down, I've heard anecdotal reports of people cutting their large doses in half with minimal withdrawals. Kratom also helps with the withdrawal while tapering when taken on a as needed basis (you can get addicted to it too, so there's that).
Best of luck man.
These are what I was talking about:
You can put the dose inside, seal it with a lil water, and swallow it whole.
Why not get some Japanese edible film? Same thing but safe and they have flavors! And it's cheap!
Get oblate discs not toilet paper
Here you go friend. You're welcome.
Amazon.com : Oblate Discs - Japanese Edible Film, 200pcs
Edit: these are way better than capsules because they dissolve almost instantly. Just long enough for you to make a parachute and gulp down with a beverage of your choice. Way better bioavailability than caps too IMO. Takes a little bit of practice but you will never t&w again.
Japanese rice paper used for taking herbs or medicine.i bought mine here. https://www.amazon.com/Oblate-Discs-Japanese-Edible-200pcs/dp/B000FQOFLE/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?keywords=oblate+discs&qid=1559332021&s=gateway&sr=8-1
These oblate discs are the best. They completely dissolve. don't try to do more than 2g per disc, or you risk it getting stuck in your throat. If that happens, you chug water until you get it to dissolve, or you run out of breath and cough it out.
Muuuccchh easier than doing a toss and wash, IMO.
This : https://www.amazon.com/Oblate-Discs-Japanese-Edible-200pcs/dp/B000FQOFLE
Faster onset and a slight increase or change in effects BUT I have found the effects wear off quicker. The capsules take longer to feel but if your using kratom for energy or pain relief the slower drip of energy might actually be more desirable. The quality of effects from your kratom drink will also depend on whether or not you make a tea and strain it or drink the powder. I have found straining to hurt the effects slightly. I have gotten into oblate discs recently.
Yes! Oblate Discs
Have you seen the basically rice paper wrappers on Amazon?
They're a great option between caps and toss 'n' wash.
You can pop pork rinds. https://www.amazon.com/Lowreys-Original-Microwave-Chicharrones-Package/dp/B000UPFWW6
My son is the T1 but my husband and I are Keto also. Here are some fav snacks/foods:
Lowrey’s Microwave Pork Rinds: 0 net carbs. I hate bagged pork rinds but love these. We eat them with cheddar dip or guacamole usually. One bag makes about the same as the regular pre-bagged kind.
Mission Low Carb Tortillas: 4 net carbs. You can make your own low carb chips by brushing with oil and baking in the oven. Or make some wraps with your favorite meats and cheeses.
Blue Diamond Flavored Almonds: 3 net carbs (about 14 almonds) We love the wasabi, bbq, and chocolate.
Schmidt 647 Bread: 6 net carbs per slice. It’s indistinguishable from regular sandwich bread. We like the Italian the best.
Lily’s Chocolate: 4 net carbs for 1/2 bar. For when you have a sweet tooth.
Popcorn: 11 net carbs for 1/3 of a large microwave bag (about 4 cups) We use this instead of chips in my son’s lunch. I’ve read that it can spike some people so YMMV.
Veggies and dip: blue cheese, ranch, and Italian dressings are usually low carb.
Strawberries: about 2 net carbs per berry.
Lunch meats and cheeses, bacon, boiled eggs: <2 net carbs
These! Warm and crunchy.

Is it wrong to use amazon.com? Communion wafers
Oh, for the love of god. You can buy those things on Amazon.
Not consecrated, no big deal. Hell, you can get a thousand communion wafers for $20 including S&H on Amazon and do whatever with them.
You can get them at Amazon. The reviews are hilarious, BTW.
TIL you can buy Jesus crackers online.
Tuscan milk is the only milk.
Just about anything from this beats that.
There ya go.
(Make sure you read the reviews).
Man, reading that made me angry. Better go buy more Tuscan Whole Milk to help me cool off.
Very disappointed Tuscan Whole Milk is not listed. 1,291 reviewers cannot be wrong
I haven't bought much food on amazon, usually when i just cant find it anywhere else. I suggest This, or This
you mean amazon reviews are completely unregulated and easy to exploit? you don't say
"Fair and balanced critic". It took you until when to realize this was a troll?
Anyway, hilarious review, thanks for bringing it to us.

Here's a review for a gallon of milk on Amazon that's a rewrite of Poe's poem "The Raven". LINK
This may actually be a rival for my Tuscan Whole Milk. But the reviews for that product say it all...
You can buy it here
I think joke reviews are fine on products people don't take seriously anyway, like milk.
Oh dear ! Sounds like he ran out of [Tuscan] (http://www.amazon.com/Tuscan-Whole-Milk-Gallon-128/dp/B00032G1S0) !
If only I could by milk on Amazon, I'd never shop in a store again... oh wait, I can.
I love these ridiculous amazon reviews...You think when Amazon has a board of director meeting they all sit around and look at the joke reviews that people put up?
My personal favorites....

25 gallons of Tuscan Whole Milk
Physio-Nerd here. Potassium, Magnesium, Water. If it's a big problem try to aim at at least get 4000-5000mg Potassium daily and 500mg magnesium. Stay hydrated because your kidneys need water in order to clear magnesium from your system. These values are slightly higher than the RDA if you look it up, but RDA values are typically a "what's the least amount that you can function properly on" not a value that provides optimal performance. (NOTE: I'm NOT saying that there isn't a max value you shouldn't cross, but these values are typically much higher than the RDA). We also lose electrolytes through our sweat, so going slightly higher will help balance that out.
A recommendation I can make is to buy something called lite salt (https://www.amazon.com/Morton-Lite-Salt-Sodium-Table/dp/B0005YM0UY) It's half sodium, half potassium, so that can give you a good way to passively get more potassium.
TL;DR: Electrolytes, water, something, something, something, salt.
First off, I am by no means an expert in keto, and almost everything I have learned has been from /r/keto, and trial and error. This may also be a novel, as I am very long winded...
With food, I found that most processed foods were off limits. This was hard at first because that's just about all I ate. Keto forced me to prepare every meal, every day, from scratch. I have no problem with that, as I LOVE cooking, and as a SAHM, I have the time for it. Some people find this very hard to do, and it makes keto very stressful for them. I'm sure there is a way to do it without being a good cook and having oodles of time, but you'd have to refer to someone else for advice there.
As for what foods worked for me, we ate a lot of ground beef, sausage, and pork. Anything that is usually on a bun/tortilla/rice, I just made into salad. Hamburger salad with (reduced sugar) ketchup and mayo for dressing, taco salad with no shells, fajita salad, stir-fry salad, etc.
My side dishes were usually spinach, cauliflower, asparagus, zucchini, or broccoli. There are a ton of ways to prepare them all, so it didn't get as boring as it sounds.
For snacks, I like them easy, so I'd have things like string cheese with pepperonis, handful of almonds, lunchmeat rolled with sliced cheese, tuna/chicken/egg salad with pork rinds, or leftovers. If I could just pull it out of the fridge, it was fair game.
I found millions of recipes and ideas just by googling whatever I wanted with the word "keto". For example, google "keto lasagna" and you will find a bunch of recipes where people have already figured out how to reduce the carbs. When you have learned some tricks from others, it becomes easy to start to see what you can do with your own favorite meals.
My biggest piece of advice for food is: do NOT drive yourself crazy trying to "keto-fy" everything. For example, keto fried chicken is easy, just 'bread' the chicken with crushed pork rinds, and cook like usual. Bam. Done. Then there are recipes for bread that call for physllium husk and xanthum gum. They are do-able, but will just make you crazy and leave you craving the real thing. Keep it simple, especially at first.
For electrolytes, I believe the recommendations are 5000mg of sodium, 1000mg of potassium, and 300mg of magnesium. For sodium, I just salt my food to taste, though I really like salt, so it was easy for me. My husband found that he can't salt his food that much.
For potassium, I bought Morton's Lite Salt at my grocery store. I used it for salting most of my food, and use it to make my own 'sports drink'. (I've found that most sports drinks contain high carbs, and the ones that don't contain so little electrolytes, you'd have to drink a ton of them.) 1/4 tablespoon in a bottle of water with a liquid 'drink enhancer' like Mio, though I use a store brand, and you have 350mg potassium and a little sodium knocked out. I usually did this 2 times a day.
For magnesium, I take a 500mg supplement with my multivitamin everyday. It's the only electrolyte that I needed to take a supplement to reach. You should be getting a lot of these from your foods, but sometimes it just doesn't work that way.
Log everything you put in your mouth. Every gram of every bite, even your supplements, and you will know what you need and where you are. Some people can do 'lazy' keto and have success, but I found that I needed to see my numbers everyday. MyFitnessPal is amazing for this, and after using it a while, it becomes even easier. You can add recipes to it as you cook, and get an accurate macro count. You can log your new 'sports drinks' and know if you are lacking in something. My husband and I were religious about logging, and I think that is why we had so much success. It is a lot of work, but it leaves you with answers to questions of "have I had enough ___ yet?"
BEING STRICT WITH CARBS
I had a limit of 20g carbs and tried to NEVER go over that. Some days I saw 21g or 25g. Very rarely, I would have a 30g day. My reasoning for a super hard cap of 20g was 'hidden carbs'. Like I replied before, some things will be labeled as 0g carbs, because if it is less than 0.5g, they legally can. Two servings leads to one 'hidden carb.' Sometimes, MFP counts are off a little, especially veggies, and you don't want to ruin your day. I've read that people can stay in ketosis under 50g carbs, but I didn't want to near that. Capping at 20 guaranteed I stayed in ketosis, and theoretically gave me a 30g cushion, should I have missed something. I do not think I ever came out of ketosis, so it seemed to work well for me.
My husband and I are proud to say that in 100 days, neither of use had cheat days. We did, however, have days where we said "fuck it" to MFP and just relied on our knowledge of our food to keep on track, but this didn't happen until after a couple of months. I am not against cheat days, but they can knock you out of ketosis, make you retain water, and, in my experience, going from few carbs to a lot of carbs and back makes my body feel like crap. I say that if you need to 'cheat' make it one meal, and still try to keep the carbs as low as possible. Need french fries once a month to live? Have a bunless burger and your fries. It's roughly 70g carbs for a large McD's fries, so you've gone way over, but if it is for your sanity, once in a long while won't completely derail you, just make a couple days a little wonky.

This run was my third go at keto. The first two I didn't last over a month. Part of that was my lack of knowledge, and part was doing it alone. I live with my husband, 4 year old, and mother in law. The first two times I did keto, I did it alone. The first time, I found that I was cooking almost 4 different meals for every meal of the day: me on keto, something for my picky kid, gluten free for my MIL, and something 'regular' for my husband. That's 12 different meals a day. I love cooking, but not that much.
The second go around my kid was a little less picky, my MIL dropped the gluten free diet, and my husband is extremely easy to please with food. I learned how to make one meal that worked for everyone, by making different sides for myself and the others, or adding what I needed, like excess fats, after the fact.
What I found most beneficial from ketoing with my husband is that I have someone to commiserate with. Online support definitely helps, but having my husband to complain to was much more helpful, as well as instantaneous. I would tell him I want mashed potatoes, he would say that he does too. We would laugh a little, cry a little, and resign ourselves to our mashed cauliflower. Also, his successes made me just as happy as my own.
Well, I hope some of this helps! Sorry that it is a wall of text, but like I said, long winded. I like sharing my experience, because I really endorse keto as a great tool. I am currently coming off of keto, but have decided to keep my cap to 50g carbs because I have never felt better than I do when limiting them. This may keep me in ketosis, but that is no longer my main concern. I know that I have keto in my arsenal now, and I will return to it if I ever need to. Good luck, and feel free to ask any other questions you have, and I will be happy to try to help!
Those potassium deficiency cramps are kicking in! I had really bad charlie horses in my calves for what seemed like a week - it hurt to walk. Once I upped my potassium, they went away! Lite Salt can help - sprinkle it on your food that needs salt, or sprinkle some in the water you're drinking.
A lot of people get Lite Salt - Which like half sodium and half potassium.
You're probably going to want some plain old table salt to go along with that though. I just get Sea Salt from Trader Joe's.
Just to clarify, they're talking about Morton Lite Salt which contains Potassium.
I supplement with chelated Magnsium (have done since before keto) as pretty much everyone could stand to have more. Potassium is more challenging to compensate for nutritionally on keto. I haven't heard much good about supplementation besides the rec's here re: lite salt and aiming for potassium rich greens in your diet.
Electrolytes are super essential. A lot of people also swear by epsom salt baths!
Personally, I just get whatever is the cheapest, which is usually an off brand.
Here is an example of good salt.
Here is an example of what you don't want (lite salt).
Edit: Potassium iodine is fine as it is only used in super small quantities for the iodine content. What you don't want is a large amount of the salt being potassium based, e.g. potassium chloride.
Lite Salt + Mio + Trace Minerals.
Lite salt tastes like salt, but it's higher in potassium (which you need on keto). I have not tried a sweet version. I don't have a sweet tooth.
> I wonder if that has any affect on it.
Definitely, and even if you didn't, salt is still crucial for water fasts. If you can, try and get something like this https://www.amazon.com/Morton-Lite-Salt-Sodium-Table/dp/B0005YM0UY
Instead of just sodium like in normal table salt, half of it is potassium which is necessary as well like /u/bootelho mentioned already.
Lite salt in the UK avail on Amazon...
1/4-1/2tsp lite salt in 20-28oz of water, add some mio, done.
Pickup some Magnesium Citrate tablets and pop 300mg or so at night before bed.
I bet that's low magnesium. Get some of these. And for electrolytes, get lite salt.
I make my own Gatorade for cramps. In the spices section of your grocery store, there should be a salt alternative for people trying to lower their sodium intake called Salt Lite. It's a mixture of salt and potassium which also tastes salty. It's supposed to trick you into thinking that you've added more salt to your food than you actually have, but it's a mixture of the same two ingredients in sports drinks. I put 1/4th a teaspoon of that in a water bottle, add a squirt of the store brand (Kroger) Crystal Lite to make it taste good. They make some with B vitamins in it and one with caffeine and B vitamins. I have some of each. I top it off with water and shake it up. I will also add a 1/2 teaspoon of creatine in there if it's the drink I'm going to take with me after breakfast.
lite salt is half potassium half sodium instead full sodium link to amazon
No juices. Too many carbs. Here's my mix for 32 oz water:
1 tsp: www.amazon.com/dp/B003I4P3JS/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_O-Jcvb0KZ4N9K
1 scoop: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J85WI6W/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_kcKcvb0HD7Z6A
And for potassium 1/8 to 1/4 tsp: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0005YM0UY/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_TdKcvb1DVXMY4
Everyone has their custom recipe just search sugar free electrolyte drink.
I think pink sea salt is just hype with too few minerals to make much of a difference. I recommend a quality multivitamin and 50/50 sodium and potassium salt in order to make sure you're getting enough potassium which is an important electrolyte. A splash (teaspoon) of magnesium in your water will give you a good amount of this important electrolyte as well and at a much lower cost than pink salt. Magnesium can be a laxative if taken in higher doses and that effect occurs with both the liquid and pill.
I HATE taking large pills, that's why I use liquid or gummies, but feel free to take pills if you'd like.
Combine these and you will be getting everything you need, and at a lower price than pink salt.
In case you didn't know When people are saying No salt they mean the lite salt verities that have a mix of Potassium and Sodium.
(I didn't know this at first)
I just bought this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0005YM0UY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It has twice more potassium in 1/4 teaspoon, in case you are interested.
I personal use them they're great I think they're on sale for 6.99 I might have bought it for 9.99 or 899 not sure. Also watch the Youtube video they show you how easily it's done here's the link hope this helps taking the kratom much easier as it has done for me.
I buy from the company Gaia Ethnobotanicals. I personally don't notice much of a difference between the different kinds of blends/strains (red, green, white), but most people do. Reds are considered to be the most helpful for pain and most sedative, while greens and whites produce a more energetic effect.
My personal favorites from Gaia are Bali Gold and Purple 8-in-1 (highly rated for pain). I would recommend trying any of their reds or the two above for pain. If I were you, I would buy their welcome sampler so that you can try 5 different kinds. They often post discount codes on r/kratom and as a first time buyer you get a discount. I don't work for them despite this sounding like an ad, I just really trust them.
I take around 2.5 grams each weekday on an empty stomach - this is very important. Food can disrupt the effects. I eat a light meal about 30-45 minutes after I take kratom via oblate discs. Interestingly, sometimes I don't even notice the effects until mid-meal or even after. I swallow the powder in the oblate discs with lemon water, followed by a cup of ginger and lemon tea. Lemon potentiates the effects and is also good for all around health, while ginger settles your stomach. Kratom can be hard on some peoples' stomachs, so I highly recommend ginger. Like opiates, it can make you a bit constipated. TMI, but I'll always be honest!
Absolutely do not drink alcohol with kratom. It increases chances of nausea/vomiting and even if it's one drink, you'll be left with a hangover because kratom can dehydrate you. That's why it's important to make sure you're hydrated!
I can answer any more questions! I really support the use of this plant for pain relief. I'm not sure if you're a man or a woman, but kratom is also extremely useful for menstrual pain and/or endometriosis pains
Edit to add oblate disc link and more info about stomach stuff!
They are $0.03 per disc on Amazon. That's where I get them, and I would imagine they also ship to Canada.
Try these Oblate Discs. Can fit 2-3g comfortably in one.
Yeah, sure! I just heard about them by word of mouth, and found them on amazon. It is basically making a little “taco” or “pouch” and dipping it gingerly in water, then swallowing immediately. I have had instances where I filled it too much or didn’t wrap it well and it broke in my mouth so I choked on the powder while trying to swallow, but I’ve pretty well gotten the hang of it now. They were cheaper when I bought them (about 3 or so dollars less), but there are 200 discs in each little package. I just now have gotten through half of them since my order in October. Hope this helps!
Oblate Discs - Japanese Edible Film, 200pcs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FQOFLE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_eFzLAbDWEBDQZ
You can get them on Amazon, search for "oblate discs" if you want to see more choices.
Oblate discs will change your life friend as well as agmatine for tolerance mitigation. It will lower your dose and extend the duration of your burns. oblate discs here agmatine here
Try oblate disks. https://www.amazon.com/Oblate-Discs-Japanese-Edible-200pcs/dp/B000FQOFLE
I just bought oblate discs from Amazon and started to use them instead of the ol' toss and wash. They work awesome if you can manage to swallow decently large pills.
+1 for oblates
$5.98 for 200 shipped with prime (last one)
Cheap enough (amazon)
Video how to (different method, they basically toss and wash a bag after briefly licking it)
I use these little discs, they make dosing easy and hassle free - you can fit 4g in one once you get the trick of rolling it between your tongue and the roof of your mouth to seal it and then immediately swallow - https://smile.amazon.com/Oblate-Discs-Japanese-Edible-200pcs/dp/B000FQOFLE
Also, chocolate milk is magic if you need a mixer.
Try oblate discs. They're better than capsules because they dissolve fully and much quicker. You wrap your kratom dose in one, dip the part holding the kratom in water (don't get water on the part you're holding or it will fall apart), and then swallow it with water. Works like a charm!
You can also use oblate discs. Safer than parachuting, but the same thing, pretty much.
i use an edible film made of potato starch and soy lecithin like these...
weigh out 2 grams per piece and just swallow it down... no taste, no residue and dissolves instantly in my stomach
Oblate Discs - Japanese Edible Film, 200pcs https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FQOFLE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_WSgVCbDK5KVXM
You can see how they work on YouTube
Try using oblate discs.
Roll them into a cone then fill it with kratom and swallow. You can get up to 7 grams in one if you roll the cone just right. Only roll as much as you can swallow though sonyoubdont choke. The benefit is that it dissolves immediately it your stomach and hits a lot quicker but you don't have to taste it like toss and wash
I did this for awhile, but got tired of it quickly, it's goopy, looks funky, and I always somehow ended up with a mess. There's a tutorial around here for this method, use search. You may be interested in oblate discs, they're great (for more than just kratom).
IMO the best thing for anxiety would be a red Kratom (I respond better to greens so I'd do some experimenting), but with ashwaganda and l-theanine as well. I'll do 1.5-2.5 grams of kratom, 1 gram of ashwaganda if it's really bad .5 if it's not and then .5 of l-theanine. I use these to prepare my doses in advance because these substances don't taste good at all https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000FQOFLE?psc=1&ref=yo_pop_mb_pd_title. Put all powder in the middle of the disc then fold it over on one side and use the very slightest moisture, lick your finger, and touch the edge of the disc so it sticks to itself. Then fold each bottom towards the middle and use the same wetting technique.
> microwaveable pork rinds
I'm in South Florida, so I NEED to find a store that does them fresh. I know they're here somewhere! I've also considered getting the ones you pop yourself, like these guys.
I find if you use enough guacamole, even sub-par pork rinds are pretty good. =)
They're a great chip substitite when you want something crunchy.
I have a bunch of of flavor powders like these so I can make then taste however I want as they tend to come come in plain, spicy and sometimes BBQ
A lot of people use them crushed up as a breadcrumb substitute too.
I keep a box of these at my work desk.
Microwave Pork Rinds soaked in German butter with a little Cholula dripped in there. This is especially great when we don't have time to cook or I feel cravings coming on.
Have you tried [Lowrey's] (http://www.amazon.com/Lowreys-microwave-chicharrones-original-1-75-Ounce/dp/B000UPFWW6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1409055637&sr=8-1&keywords=pork+rinds)? They're salty enough that I use them as my main salt component in nachos and stuff, but I do like them enough. Maybe you'll find they're less salty than your brands.
Have you tried the microwave pork rinds yet? I can't find them where I live, but Amazon sells them.
There's r/snackexchange ....in the US we can get bags of "un-puffed" (idk how else to describe lol) pork skins that you microwave for $1 usd, they're just like making microwave popcorn! Maybe you can see if someone is willing to send you some? Not sure if they're available this way on amazon for you, idk how that works, just trying to be helpful :)
EDIT: link for said pork rinds
Have you seen the microwavable ones? Dollar General has them is what I've been told. They are stupid good. Faux-tatoes are ok especially if you add bacon and cheese.
You need this. Nothing like fresh hot out of the microwave crackling pork rinds.
Lowrey's Original Bacon Curls, 1.75-Ounce (Pack of 18) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000UPFWW6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_C0kozbCP3MTP2
At least you're snacking on Keto foods! Is it possible to adjust your daytime eating down a little bit to allow for a nighttime snack? Or try IF. I find it a lot easier to control my intake if I'm doing IF and therefore aren't eating until later in the day. Also try and remember that it'll all average out. There will be days you'll eat below your limit, and days you'll go over, but as long as the scale is trending down and you're eating the right foods, don't stress yourself too much.
Oh, and if you haven't already discovered microwavable pork rinds (think Keto popcorn), get thee to Amazon (assuming you like pork rinds).
Korean Ramen is the prepackaged stuff.
Shin Ramen - A classic. Link
Jin Ramen (Spicy)- My personal favorite. Link
Bul Dak- This one isn't cooked in a soup but you just cook the noodles, drain, mix in sauce. Link Super spicy. You have been warned.
Additions to ramen: Egg, Green Onion, Kimchi, Rice in the soup after you've eaten all the noddles if you're still hungry.
This is the one we buy!
It's actually shin ramyun, which is sort of like Korean ramen! This is my favorite and the one pictured.

Here is a stellar review if you're not convinced:
> I hadn't thought before about how important diabetes is to a growing boy. My son, ostracized from the mainstream cliques because of his working pancreas, would come home hopelessly depressed - craving some recognition for his future in the entrenched world of football scholarships. He plays well, but kids today are just too involved in their identities as victims to really accept "healthies" anymore.
> After one particular hard practice, Billy came home covered in spinach stains because the vegans decided to protest that day. I hopped onto the Internet to find the easiest way to get my son out of shape. Lo and behold, the answer was right there in our favorite morning cereals.
> A few days later the package came in and I served it to Billy in a three gallon bowl filled with heavy cream. These became his go-to meals, eating them at least six times a day along with as much frozen sausage as he could stomach to stave off malnutrition.
> Fast forward two months, Billy's up 150 lbs with no chances in sports anymore and he's never been more popular. Type-two diabetes fell on him like a linebacker on ice skates and we couldn't be prouder. Now if only Amazon had something for our daughter to grow that muffin top she's always wanted, I could rest easy and finally let them take my feet.
You can buy them in bulk on Amazon.
Take life to the next level!
They also come in 40 pound boxes https://www.amazon.com/Dehydrated-Marshmallows-Assorted-40-Case/dp/B008DJR6HU
The amazon page is actually gold
"How many days does it take to finish the box?
It's surprising how long it takes because the card board expands in your stomach and makes you feel full faster. It took me 8 days to eat the entire box jot including the tape and Amazon label"

Eww, Bart, don't put the non-marshmallow pieces back in the box. They go in the trash.
Amazon.com to the rescue. The reviews, I think, say it all.
Someone else posted an alternative:
> You should try the same idea with gummy bears and these bad boys.
Oh boy a scavenger hunt
Thank you for the contest
The amazon reviews are interesting.
I vote that at every RepRap festival there should be a Prusa build-off competition where they replace the Haribo Gold Bears with the Albanese Sugar Free kind instead. Anyone who manages to finish building the printer gets to keep it.https://www.amazon.com/Albanese-Candy-Sugar-Assorted-5-pound/dp/B00DE4GWWY/
Read the reviews. Pure entertainment. Sugar free candy is the devil.
Eat some gummy bears next time (gummy bear reviews detail similar stories)

I hope you really hate this guy with all of your being. I bought these and almost went to the hospital the first night because I ate over 20.
Enjoy his misery!
Not just regular gummi bears. Sugarfree gummi bears.
Today I read a review on Amazon for a 5 pound bag of an incredibly powerful diuretic posted by a family member of a person with a colostomy bag who ate some, and it was less disgusting than Kevin Andrew's utterance.
Here is the review for comparison.
Mother-in-law is diabetic and has a colostomy bag. We're always careful to get her sugar-free candy when her sweet tooth starts acting up. Up until now, we've had great luck......up until now. We got her this bag of gummy bears for her to snack on. She tried a few and really liked them. Unfortunately, I hadn't read the reviews on this product, so didn't think she needed to pace herself. Boy, were we wrong! It only took a couple of hours, and she started screaming bloody murder. We walked in, only to see her colostomy bag completely full. So full, in fact, that you could thump it and it sounded like a melon. We tried to pinch off the tube so that we could quickly change the bag. The contents of her stomach were so watery that no amount of "pinch" would stop it. We quickly helped her into the bathroom, hoping we could disconnect the tube, and aim straight for the toilet. When we did, it was like a freakin', brown geyser from Hell!! Covered in watery fecal matter, we capped it off as fast as we could, only to have the bag immediately fill back up. We didn't know what else to do, so we put her in the shower. My wife tried to help her out of her clothes, but the bag kept expanding. We heard this stretching, gutteral sound of the bag expanding, when we closed the shower door, and yelled, "YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN, MA!!", then proceeded to slam the bathroom door shut, and ran. Over her screaming, we finally heard an explosion. What can only be described as a "fecal Hiroshima" was all we saw when we opened the door. Ma-in-law had collapsed and passed out in the shower floor, covered in her own watery excrement. It was all over the shower walls and ceiling, and had easily ricocheted off the ceiling into the bathroom area. We called 911 for assistance. When they arrived and assessed the situation, it was like a scene out of "Outbreak". They hung a massive plastic sheet that covered the entire exterior of the house. People in hazmat suits were coming in and out. I even saw some of them vomiting. One of the tougher guys came out and told us that he'd never seen anything like it, even during 3 tours in 'Nam. He then cried like a baby.
I'm just glad we tried these on the mother-in-law before anyone else got hurt. While she was in the hospital recovering, I took her some flowers and a card that read, "Get well soon!" And then added, "And thanks for taking one for the team!" She hasn't spoken to me since.
Ugh! Having read the sugar free Haribo gummy bears Amazon reviews I'm concerned about if you survived the ordeal.
got time to read the most amazing Amazon reviews?
>Who the fuck talks about gummy bears
Read this Amazon review, it's a compelling tale about the dangers of sugar-free Gummy Bears.
I use this one in my smoothies https://www.amazon.com/Orgain-Organic-Protein-Chocolate-Packaging/dp/B00J074W94/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=protein+powder&qid=1562523433&s=gateway&sr=8-5
Peas, chia seeds, and brown rice
you can easily eat a shitton of protein on a vegan diet if you supplement a bit: https://www.amazon.com/Orgain-Organic-Protein-Plant-Based-Chocolate/dp/B00J074W94?ie=UTF8&SubscriptionId=AKIAILSHYYTFIVPWUY6Q&camp=2025&creative=165953&creativeASIN=B00J074W94&linkCode=xm2&psc=1&tag=duckduckgo-d-20
With a little effort you can gain LMM as fast vegan as you can eating animal flesh.
Saying you cannot get enough protein on a vegan diet carries no weight = you just need to learn more.
Source, me: http://i.imgur.com/v7xz95N.jpg
I have faced no challenges other than letting people know you don't need to be anal about macro anything as long as you eat mainly non processed whole grain whole foods low in oils/fats w/ a protein shake or two per day to perform however you want athletically or looks wise
> Vegan protein powder exists although it is more expensive than regular stuff.
I've used both Orgain and Sunwarrior. The Sunwarrior stuff has BCAAs, while Orgain does not. I find both mix up pretty well in smoothies.
Also, for diet stuff, check out the No Meat Athlete. Lots of good recipes and other info.
Question about soy-based protein: I've heard in some circles that any soy-based product that isn't fermented is basically nutritional garbage. I don't know enough to have a strong opinion either way, but my wife and I tend to avoid it when we can (though will happily eat it when eating out).
Once you start making these you'll find what you like/don't like. Start off small with ingredients you trust then work your way into the dark side. If you told me several years ago you drink things that have garlic, broccoli, peas and apples in it, I'd gag. Now, I can't get enough of it.
I don't know if you are into fitness (fitness whole pizza in my mouf!) or just want to be a bit healthier, but either way you will fall in love with this kind of stuff. Specially when you get creative, start making random things and actually notice the difference it makes in everything. I feel more energetic, I am not bogged down or full feeling. If I do feel full, it's light. I wouldn't go for a run after I chug one, but taking a nap is not even near my list of wants after. Without being gross and just blunt, going number 2 is extremely quick, smooth and honestly reassuring your body is liking this (you'll see why).
For protein replacement, I use this: https://www.amazon.com/Orgain-Organic-Protein-Powder-Chocolate/dp/B00J074W94/ref=sr_1_8_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1497277026&sr=8-8&keywords=pea%2Bprotein&th=1
It's light, uses peas/spirulina (more greens!) for it's protein and adds a nice kick when you need it. I usually get the vanilla bean, but chocolate isn't bad. They just added Matcha which might be next for me...
Here's what a typical daily shake looks like this for me, workout or not:
30 seconds of blending and boom, you're set.
Have you tried this stuff? It's what I use. It doesn't blend as well as Whey did, but it's much better than Vega IMO.
salted caramel was the first I've tried. Honestly, it probably is the best out of like 8 different protein powder brands/flavors I've tried, but if you don't have the money, this is probably a lot better.
It's unavailable atm, but it costs less than half of vivolife and tastes about the same (granted it's different flavors).
And the answer to your question: not as good as I expected, but still one of if not the best I've tried.
Orgain protein powder. It's organic and vegan.
I use a variety. I have some unflavored soy protein isolate in bulk that I add a tablespoon to my morning smoothie.
I have Orgain Pea/Brown rice stuff. Its pretty good in all the flavors I've tried so far. https://www.amazon.com/Orgain-Organic-Protein-Chocolate-Packaging/dp/B00J074W94
I also use Hemp: https://www.amazon.com/Manitoba-Harvest-Protein-protein-Serving/dp/B002CPVTH4/
I also eat a lot of nuts and seeds. Hemp seeds are amazing. They make smoothies extra creamy. https://www.amazon.com/Manitoba-Harvest-Shelled-protein-Packaging/dp/B00856TSCC/
Start goin to the gym and drink this after, maybe mix in some fruit as well. And snack on peanut butter. Each spoonful is almost 100 calories.
This works for me: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00J074W94/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&th=1
And you can try almond milk instead of dairy.
Add a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter, a banana, and, for an extra 240 calorie kick, 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) of olive oil.
The Orgain Organic protein is dairy free and is probably one of the best vegan proteins I've had.
You can pick it up at your local Costco or Sam's club.

May be easiest to look up the Surge Movement on Facebook, but basically they have persuaded Coca-Cola to make Surge again and currently it is in a "testing" phase where it is being sold on Amazon here. Don't worry, it IS NOT $80-100, there are just some assholes buying cases and reselling it for much more. It is simply out of stock right now, and regularly sells for $14 for a 12 pack of 16oz cans (from Coke themselves). We are happy (the Surge Movement) because it has been in stock twice and it sold out within 2 hours both times because we all love Surge so much. Hopefully Coke brings it back for good!!
You can buy it on Amazon

I love Orange Dry. For the uninformed, I would describe it on a spectrum as Orange Juice -> Orangina -> Orange Dry -> Sunkist. Less pulp and more soft drink-like as you move left to right.
Also a PSA to my fellow 90s kids: you can buy Surge from amazon. Just saying.
Last night. You can order Surge from Amazon!
Here it says 56g
Edit: Sorry. This is wrong. This is for 16oz
They are still on sale for $14 for 12 16oz cans. HERE
edit: It's only for prime members, but you can get a free 30 day trial.
It's been back for like three years now. Check yourself
Have you tried Surge? It's pretty dang close.
You can pick some up on Amazon but they had it at gas stations for a limited time in the US this summer. It is also under the name Urge in other countries.
Yep, but it's only available for Prime Pantry at the moment. Used to be available for all, so most are protesting by not buying it until they switch it back.
However, it's available at convenience stores throughout the Southeastern United States so you can check surge.com for locations.
I got curious, and yup... they are on Amazon.
SURGE, 12 ct, 16 FL OZ Cans
Trying to decide if I want to risk ruining the memory with the reality.
Amazon sells it now. I think some stores sell it as well.
If you had time to plan I would recommend a case of Surge and a 4 pack of Doritos Spicy Sweet Chili
Otherwise, I'm a big fan of Mountain Dew and Spicy Nacho Doritos.
Do you happen to have a Trader Joe's near you?
I got these from my Secret Santa
These don't have the same macros (more protein than fat) but they are good in a pinch.
Also, I usually try to even out the macros and dip in mayo or throw some butter over them and treat them like popcorn.
Either way... they're delicious.
You can also get them on Amazon and sometimes you can stack a coupon with S&S.
Lowrey's Bacon Curls Microwave Pork Rinds (Chicharrones), Original, 1.75 Ounce (Pack of 18) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000UPFWW6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_hwzVAbCN1Z9TN
If he likes pork rinds, these are a must have. I'm throwing some in my boyfriend's Valentine's Day gift bag (along with a bottle of Bulleit and some fancy glasses) because he likes them so much, and he's not even keto.
Trust and believe.
At first I was nervous about the MSG, but then I read up on MSG and found that my fears were unfounded. There are plenty of other brands on and off amazon, though, so you can avoid the MSG if you're worried.
Yes they are, here's a link to Amazon (US) for them.
> How can I say no to Lucky Charms, that shit is magically delicious!
Were you aware you can just buy the Lucky Charms marshmallows? -> https://www.amazon.com/Discount-Herbals-DH-8-Cereal-Marshmallows/dp/B001PM0KRU
I listen to my favorite song and let it take me away.
This is something you should get. You can't be sad with these. It is absolutely impossible.
And hmm... Once upon a time there was a RedDelibird and he saw a sad /u/apollymipanthos . This sadness could never do. So he told /u/apollymipanthos to pm him if they wanted to talk. The end! :P
I found just the marshmallows on amazon
And one with Prime... Basically they are dehydrated marshmallows.. I've even gotten them from candy stores
motherload? psh, here's 20 lb. bags!
Here you go.
I love those little marshmallows!!!!
Going to make my dreams come true.
I think you just need this.
Holy hell WHY OH WHY DID I HAVE TO READ THIS??? Look what is on my WL...going to be deleting that tonight now. :(:(
today's your lucky day. you've got a lot of catching up to do.
You can actually just order the marshmallows from places like Amazon
Though, I always liked the non-marshmallow bits of lucky charms the best.
I didn't share this but...
They lasted me about...3 weeks. If I'm being particularly lazy, I'll eat cereal for lunch as well as breakfast. I probably bought more Lucky Charms in those 3 weeks than any other time in my life. It was glorious.
I think you can get them on Amazon as well.
The Amazon product description boasts some impressive features!
>8-10 times less sugar Carbs and Calories Than Sugar per cup.
use to stop smoking or to quit eating Candy
That's right! Contains less sugar than eating pure sugar! Eat this candy to help yourself stop eating so much fucking candy!
Easy way to get revenge...
Buy a bunch of the bags of just the marshmallows, then refuse to buy more lucky charms until the current box is finished.
While you make them finish the box of marshmallow-less cereal make sure to enjoy a bowl of the all marshmallow variety right in front of them!
Make extra "mmmm" sounds, just to add salt to the wounds.
The brand I have is PB2.
Used PB2 (http://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-Calories/dp/B002GJ9JWS) and Watkins PB extract (http://www.amazon.com/Watkins-Imitation-Peanut-Butter-Extract/dp/B003AC5U7I/ref=sr_1_cc_2?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1318866541&sr=1-2-catcorr)
I went off this recipe sorta http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f12/extract-peanut-butter-stout-229770/
My changes were buying a Double Chocolate Stout kit from AustinHombrew and not doing the PB2 chocolate.
I'm going to be try to make a chocolate-peanut butter version soon. At a health expo I got a trial of "Powedered Low Calorie" peanut better and it tasted amazing. It's called PB2 found here: http://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-Calories/dp/B002GJ9JWS I'm going to try to find it in stores, I bet it would make great 1-minute muffins!
It's a sort of powdered peanut butter. Supposedly it's made by applying high pressure to peanuts and extracting the fat/oil in the nuts, leaving a dry powder. You rehydrate it with water and it works great as peanut butter or in smoothies and so on. Sounds kind of weird, but it tastes pretty great and is much lower in calories than normal peanut butter (45 Calories vs 190 Calories).
I buy it 1 or 2 lb at a time from amazon.
(Ask your doctor first) but perhaps consider a multivitamin and/or fiber supplement? Just to make sure that, with an altered diet (I am assuming that this is not your normal diet) you are still getting the nutrients that you need (and the fiber to not have the liquid diet wreak havoc).
If you find yourself losing too much weight or unable to keep up calories, drinks such as ensure or boost (etc.) are a good option (also, they make good snacks).
Be careful not to add too many artificial sweeteners to your diet, they tend to irritate the stomach.
Now for some recipes/food suggestions: you seem to be getting a lot of sweeter suggestions, and they seem to be a bit easier to think of (fruits, nut butters, different milks, etc.). Good smoothie additions are: tofu (lots of protein!), well soaked chia seeds (great sources of omega-3 and are much softer and easier to digest than flax seeds), and any sort of protein powder or nut powder.
For more savory foods, the beauty of having a great blender is being able to turn (almost) any soup into a creamy one! Make sure you keep a lot of beans, lentils, seitan, tofu, etc. to keep up your fiber and protein, because meat might be harder to incorporate into your meals.
One of my friends has Crohn's and she uses this website for when she needs to stick to a more liquid diet. Some of the recipes are soft foods, but most are liquid (or can easily be made into mush/liquid). Please let me know if you need any more recipes/tips!
nice! that's way cheaper than PB2 that I've been using
Peanut butter powder may be your best option. If you do it, report back, I have it in mind to try it some day.
I do this pretty often as well, but I add 2 things. First, just a small amount (1-2 oz) of almond milk to cream it up, and secondly a tbsp of PB2. Turns this into a glorious peanut butter/banana oatmeal while adding less than a 1g of fat and only like 30 calories.
edit: PB2 is powdered peanut butter (asked in pms, figured I'd answer here and link. http://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-6-5/dp/B002GJ9JWS
stuff is amazing, I get it at Kroger in their little "natural/health food" section
It's not bad. Especially if you make it with almond milk instead of just water.
Amazon.ca has a 12 x 6.5oz packages listed for $11.00 right now... I was talking to a customer service agent through chat and she confirmed it for me.
Much less fat! You can order it off Amazon, its just a tbsp of powder plus a few tbsp of water, mix it up. It's not 100
% like peanut butter of course, but in a smoothie with tons of fat in it, you can't even tell it's just a peanut butter-y taste :) I just add a half a tbsp and it's wonderful!
I'm reasonably certain (conspiracy alert here) that the mainstream peanut butter brands are peanut fiber (left over from pressing out the peanut oil) mixed with vegetable shortening. Whenever I eat Jif, it coats my lips with a weird chapstik-type film. Natural peanut butter doesn't do this, but you have to stir it up. I don't mind some stirring.
eta: The source of inspiration for this theory is PB2: http://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-6-5/dp/B002GJ9JWS
Gross. I prefer PB2 for shakes and other things where peanut butter is not the star but just a flavor (like oatmeal with chocolate chips).
Otherwise, real peanut butter forever.
PB2 is a powdered peanut butter. I've never had it but I have heard good things about it and has pretty good macros.
I've never had it, but PB2 seems to be pretty good.
Its called PB2. Pretty cheap online, usually grocery stores charge premium on it for whatever reason. I don't know what country you're in, but in the US, you can find it at Giant Eagle, Whole Foods, Market Basket, Stop & Shop, etc. in the aisle with the peanut butter.
I get mine on Amazon.
PB2 is a great way to get in some peanut butter flavor for shakes or any recipes while cutting a lot of the calories out.
Flavored powders would be fantastic if such a thing existed.
The only flavored powder I used was peanut butter. http://www.amazon.com/PB2-Powdered-Peanut-Butter-6-5/dp/B002GJ9JWS
Peanut butter in oatmeal is magical. I like to put powdered peanut butter in mine to get the right consistency.
I would recommend you use your favorite chocolate whey protein, and then add in dehydrated peanut butter I use this and it tastes phenomenal.
i think a typo of PB2:
I sooo want to like stevia. But I don't. Most of it tastes nasty.
In general, I try not to use sweetners at all, but when I do, I use this:
Or, sometimes, because I really want to like stevia:
For stuff with a strong natural taste, I can get away with the Stevia/Monk fruit combo. For things that are not that naturally strong flavored, or require quite a bit of sweetening, I just break down and use the sucralose.
On a related note, this year I'm growing a stevia plant in our garden. First time trying it. Those leaves are like candy! Just pop one in and chew. For some reason, a straight, raw leaf tastes fine. Maybe its just the novelty factor.
Yes, Spenda has around 1g carbs per little packet thanks to the maltodextrin filler. If you use Splenda a lot, try pure sucralose instead.
I've been doing this for a while. I started out with EzSweetz however found that it was even cheaper to buy sucralose in in bulk and make my own.
One of the main problems with a sucralose-based simple syrup is that you don't get the texture you get when using sugar. Sucralose syrup feels very "thin" and it has a noticeable effect on mouth-feel.
Just for (possible) future reference, this is the only fake sweetener I can stomach. It has no weird aftertaste or anything, it just tastes like sugar. It seems a bit expensive, but I've had my bottle for about...2 months & it's only half empty. Highly recommend. Good luck! :)
ez sweetz is the best tasting one out of all the ones I've tried. I wasn't a fan of the taste of liquid stevia at all.
I'm in the same boat. I just moved to Hawaii and I swear, no one diets here at all. And they eat rice with everything. I'm afraid to say the word "low carb" around these people :)
So I have recently bought on amazon a bunch of things I USED to be able to find my local grocery stores, such as:
I bought them in bulk and they're all going into the freezer.
I will probably try this Unsweetened Shredded Coconut soon because the I Breathe I'm Hungry blogger is always using it and I can't find it unsweetened here...
And I've always bought EZSweets on Amazon, I've never found it in stores anywhere.
I'm having issues finding Pork Rinds in Hawaii by the way, so if you find a good spot to order them online, let me know.
Granular splenda has carbs in it that can add up. I personally use EZSweetz liquid sucralose instead, and it's great. You do have to get used to the idea that two drops is the same as a spoon of sugar, though. At the start I was over-sweetening everything.
I use this stuff called EZ Sweet for my coffee that are little drops of liquid sucralose, one drop is equivalent to one cube of sugar. It is SO sweet, one time I accidentally put four drops and it completely ruined my coffee and I had to start over. It's clear and doesn't smell like anything, you could probably empty a whole squeeze bottle into some half used creamer and they wouldn't be able to tell, but it would be insufferable to use!
I learned this early on and sought out sweeteners (both natural and artificial) that do NOT use maltodextrin or dextrose. Some examples:
(1) Pure liquid sucralose (no filler, just a tiny bit of water)
(2) Powdered Stevia extract using a non-carb filler (like fiber):
One good additional strategy I use is to check this is Wikipedia's "food energy" chart on sweeteners (shows the total caloric energy for any substitute, such as maltitol) before I actually use anything:
I bake a ton and swear by : http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B002MO765O/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?qid=1408562281&sr=8-3&pi=SY200_QL40 I've found the cheapest almond flour there too.
Fair warning, these aren't the Crispy M&Ms from your childhood, they're the European ones, so the chocolate has a Nutella-y flavor to them, but they're still fucking delicious. I ate the whole bag before I went to work.
Ah crud, sorry. I said crunchy, but meant Crispy.
Just in case you don't want to bug any more Australians, though a bit pricey.
I have these Crispy M&Ms on my list! I want them because they're discontinued in the US and have been for YEARS, but I still have lovely memories of eating them with my grandmother when they first launched here. They're a very nostalgic food for me!
I plan on taking the bag and filling up my TARDIS cookie jar with M&Ms. :)
BAM...thank me later
I add vanilla to my coke when I go to Sonic and at amazon you can buy crispy m&ms
you weren't lying!
Edit: not available :(
Yeah, Mr. White! Yeah, Science!
If you'd like, especially since it's october, I suggest recreating my ooky-spooky contest from last august. Contest creation rules may have changed since then though.
Link if you want to buy gel caps
size 000 (largest) - http://www.amazon.com/NOW-Foods-000-Gelatin-Capsules/dp/B0013OXB1W
size 00 (a bit smaller) - http://www.amazon.com/Capsule-Connection-wholesale-Gelatin-Capsules/dp/B00428B6X6
I havent tried any of the gel caps, gonna try it when I get my new box.
But from what i've heard most people prefer size 00 instead of 000 because the 000's can be a bit difficult to swallow.
/e. Just bought a 100-pack, gonna try them out asap (about 3-4 weeks)
http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/261809649579?ul_noapp=true&chn=ps&lpid=82 Order the 00 capsule one, and you can buy 1000 (00) caps for $12.55. http://www.amazon.com/Capsule-Connection-Wholesale-Gelatin-Capsules/dp/B00428B6X6/
BOOM there ya go
He's just a grumpy asshole. No harm, no foul. Also, I use this setup at home:
It's super cheap and relatively quick and easy to cap a BUNCH in a short period of time.
^That's ^why ^I'm ^here, ^I ^don't ^judge ^you. ^PM ^/u/xl0 ^if ^I'm ^causing ^any ^trouble. ^WUT?
I have been using this for years, it is great. And I get capsules from amazon
I got mine from Amazon.
I put coconut oil in them and have no problems.
here's the ones I get
These are the ones I got. Technically you're supposed to get vegetarian capsules but I didn't realize these weren't till they arrived. Never had an issue because of them!
Here, an 8lb bag of only the 'marshmallows'. Amaze your friends, family, and coworkers with America^TM
Just marshmallows you mean?
I'd say it was more like this.
Who even needs generic brands?
Well then here you go...
You probably won't like this, but I know someone will.
Somebody tell him that he can get bags full of just the marshmallows.
A Kindle. The one with 3G and without the bullshit ads.
A nice safety razor, lots of blades, a shaving brush and good shaving cream.
40 pounds (5x8 pound bags) of cereal marshmallows.
I vote for #3.
i just got this http://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00
I bought mine from Amazon (PG, VG). I read in some thread that Essential Depot is the supplier for a lot of vape shops.
just saying http://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice doesn't help that much but yes read most of their posts, the best help and advice is to get
and pick some flavors from TFA http://wizardlabs.us/index.php?route=product/category&path=79_85
also grab a 1ML syringe and a 10+ one for the VG
also look up flavors at
hope it was some help to ya
Essential Depot PG
Essential Deport VG
Everyone who vapes should have on hand vg
and if not a zero nic user nocotine
edit: posted this twice and then deleted one. Notta Reddit pro.
you should be good. the vg you use is usp grade which is the same that eliquid manufacturers use. if you want to use different vg i highly recommend essential depot vg. I use it for my diy eliquid & it is great
Wherever you go you should be looking for USP Food Grade VG (which also might be labeled as Kosher), conveniently sold by Amazon if you don't like leaving the house and/or wandering aisles.
I’ve been freezing yeast for a couple years. The process in that link is a lot more complicated then it needs to be.
I use a variation of this process.
You’ll want to be as sanitary as possible.
I can reliably fill 4 soda preforms.
I’d recommend one have a different color cap to let you know you’re almost out of that particular yeast strain.
I keep the beer/glycerin mixture in a mason jar and bring it to a boil from time to time since you won’t use as much of it as you’d expect.
Save used preforms to re-use.
Only do this for yeast you’ll use or have a hard time getting ahold of. You’re not saving money by saving yeast you’ll never use.
If I plan on reusing yeast within 6 months I’ll wash the yeast and place in a mason jar.
In my experience it takes the yeast a day or two longer to wake up once pitched into a starter. Make sure you build that time into your brew schedule.
I only use Essential Depot, once you find the right recipe you should change nothing and i know ES will be around when i need them.
I have been getting my PG and VG from Amazon. Its cheap and if you have prime it gets there super fast.
I use the essential depot VG, and PG. I get them quarts at a time for like 11-13 bucks apiece and that shit lasts a long time. You will go through more VG than PG usually.
I used to get my nicotine from wizard labs but I recently started using nude nicotine, I recommend it. In the DIY sub youll see a shit ton of vendors and a bunch of brands people swear by. Thats the part that can be overwhelming.
you can get bottles so many fucking places, if you just want a few amazon will do you right, wizard labs has em. Lately I have been just getting them from fasttech cause they are decent bottles (plastic) and they are cheap as fuck. when searching for bottles a good tip to have is 1/2oz bottles are 15mls and 1oz bottles are 30mls,
https://www.onestopdiyshop.com/ is a pretty awesome place.
http://wholesale.heartlandvapes.com/ is nice too.
For just starting you dont need much, PG, VG, NIc, Bottles, Flavors, Get a couple of 1ml and 3ml Syringes, and some 14g needle tips for VG based shit, and 18G tips for PG based shit.
My mixes are mostly VG, so I get my nicotine in VG Carrier base. I think I have pretty much covered most beginner info. I hope you decide to check it out its pretty rewarding and fucking fun.
Come hang out, Lurk about or whatever
I forgot you will also want to use a ejuice calculator, I use the POTV ejuice calculator on my phone it works well and its free. Its in the Android and iOs store. Peace!
Just snag yourself anything that is USP grade such as https://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1497008120&sr=8-1&keywords=usp+vg
What nicotine concentration are you looking to buy?
If you want to make a 3mg/ml juice, at 75/25 ratio, you could buy
Find a clean 1L container, pour the entire contents of the first bottle in, then top off with the VG. Boom. 1 liter of 3mg unflavored juice, at 75/25. Minimal measuring or screwing around needed. You do need to shake it very very well though.
1 L of juice for $30. That’s $3 per 100ml and is actually still kinda expensive.
Walmart, Walgreens, Target - It's just about everywhere.
Nicotine quality varies so sick with a reputable source like nude nicotine. Pg and vg are about the same but I'd still get it from a reputable source. This seems to be the cheapest and is good quality.
Glycerin Vegetable Kosher USP 43 oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004C7MTLA/ref=cm_sw_r_awd_2tYJub1T9F4VY
Essential Depot Propylene Glycol 1 Quart Essential Depot http://www.amazon.com/dp/B005F5OJG6/ref=cm_sw_r_udp_awd_quYJub0G6VXPH
Yes, but I would also recommend Essential Depot, http://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA
It's literally just a bottle of VG I got from Amazon.
Buy USP grade. That's 99.7% purity and is about the best you can get, even ACS (american chemical society) grade, which is the highest possible purity grade for reagents, only asks for 99.7% or higher purity so you don't have to buy this:
you can just buy this instead:
Same for PG, use USP, not food grade. Food grade is just whatever passes the GRAS (generally recognized as safe) for oral consumption grade, which doesn't put a bar on the purity, really.
If you have Amazon Prime free shipping, and maybe even if you don't, Essential Depot is a great source of PG and VG.
As /u/EdibleMalfuntion already pointed out, Carolina Xtracts is the place for top-quality nicotine base with no worries about peppery taste or anything like that, but if it is too pricey for you, look at other sources. VapersTek is one that comes to mind as being highly recommended. Nude Nicotine used to be, and still is by some, but they have had some pretty serious customer service and quality control issues lately.
Hey dude! I purchased a starter kit when I started making E-juice, and while it was helpful I quickly realized that I could of gotten more for less had I known what I needed. It is a lot cheaper to just buy the products individually since you will also be getting a larger amount too. Here are some links and in my opinion this is the cheapest way for someone to start DIY:
And as for bottles it is all up to you I personally buy mine from http://wholesale.heartlandvapes.com/eliquid-bottles/plastic-eliquid-bottles.html
*Lastly all you need is flavorings, I think it would be best for you to search around and find what you like, I personally prefer http://gremlindiy.com/ and http://www.bullcityflavors.com/ . Hope this helped!
Here is PG and VG, but I'm not sure how to check shipping rates to you.
You could also try using /r/juiceswap if you need someone to re-ship it to save on costs.
When mixing everything together. What do you all do to pour and measure the vegetable glycerin? I bought this from Amazon and it's thick. Should I keep it at room temperature? Should I heat it a tad to decrease the viscosity? I couldn't use a syringe on it nor could I use a funnel to pour it into my flask.
Does anyone know where I can get a dripping top cap that I can attach to this VG bottle? Its such a pain to get VG out precisely without it
Hey r/diy_ejuice I'm trying to assemble a diy kit and I need some input about what else I might need here's the base kit I'm starting with https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01G2QZQG8/ref=gp_aw_ybh_a_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=AXPR7QPMX4ZG7KM8PRT1 and here's the VG/PG I'm looking at https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004C7MTLA/ref=pd_aw_fbt_328_img_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=7J2NNYPXJWABZD7SDMX7 https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005PZBRUC/ref=pd_aw_fbt_328_img_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=7J2NNYPXJWABZD7SDMX7 and here's what I'm going to store the juice in https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01N1LTEUD/ref=pd_aw_vtph_194_tr_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=G2WNGJ8AZ775WWDDK65V I think all I need now is to find flavor concentrate and nicotine, and if there's anything else you think I might need please let me know.
I bought this
Couldn't be happier, even arrived next day through prime shipping.
Edit: not prime, still next day though.
pure vg on Amazon
Are you wanting a tank with coil heads or build them yourself?
As far as VG, check out Amazon. This is a good deal http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004C7MTLA/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1418647359&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SY200_QL40
I haven't been mixing that long and I'm not really happy with anything I make. I am wondering now if its the VG I got, it has a distinct rubber after taste to me. I got it off amazon here : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004C7MTLA/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Do you think its the VG or am I just doing it wrong? Note : I usually mix at high vg, normally 80/20 VG/PG.
Edit : My PG came from amazon as well but I tried vaping 100% VG and its definitely a taste in the VG
Have you ever had any issues with their VG? I know 2 different people who have (one who got a bad cough from it, and another person who received a bottle that wasn't sealed well at all and appeared old).
While Amazon reviews of their VG are generally 5-star, there's are a couple of 1-2 star reviews on there speaking of the harshness and the possibility of old stock.
I've never tried it myself so I can't vouch either way.
Are you looking for unflavored nic juice or just straight VG or PG?
For unflavored nic juice, Wizard Labs has some pretty good pricing when they actually have it in stock (they also carry literally tons of flavors).
As for straight VG or PG (for DIY flavor mixing) Essential Depot on Amazon has Kosher grade VG and PG.
You could get regular popcorn kernals from the grocery store, and then get yourself some flavacol to make your popcorn.
You get quite a lot in a carton considering you only use a little bit with each batch of popcorn made, so it should last you at least a year.
This is the stuff they use at movie theatres to make them so tasty.
10 year theater veteran checking in...
You need both proper seasoning and a proper device to make it in.
To make the popcorn, you'll need a popcorn maker that agitates the kernels. Most have this as a manual function. That means that, yes, you have to actually turn that knob for like three minutes. However, you'll get a great batch. This is the most important piece. Every commercial movie theater popper operates that exact same way, albeit in an automated mechanical fashion.
The second thing you need is proper seasoning. You can get pretty good taste with standard salt, but for authentic flavor you'll need butter salt.
So, toss in a cup of kernels and about four tablespoons of canola oil. Then put in a spoonful of butter salt. Turn on high and agitate at a consistent speed. Once popping starts, keep agitating until there are around three to five seconds between pops. Remove from heat and place in a bowl. Enjoy.
Here you go. EDIT: Since I explained it wrong, here's my original source: https://www.reddit.com/r/Cooking/comments/27tygi/whats_the_closest_i_can_get_to_cinemastyle/ci4cldp/
Found a previous comment about this and used the guy's amazon links and replicated movie popcorn at home...
Popcorn Oil - Coconut variety (don't worry it doesn't taste coconutty)
This setup will last you forever, you'll get sick of popcorn before you get through any of these. You do need to season the popper, just follow the directions. Its a metal pot after all.
My personal was to store the oil in my pantry so it was cool and dark. I had to icecream scoop a giant dollop of it into a cup and microwaved it to be liquid. Then you pop the popcorn like usual.
Then I would empty the popcorn into a giant bowl. I would stir it around and use the popcorn salt for about half the time, and then used finely ground Walmart type popcorn table salt.
Man do I want to know what rapeseed is? Oh and oil isn't the thing that gives popcorn it's flavor. I use this with my home made popcorn
http://www.amazon.com/Gold-Medal-Prod-Flavacol-Seasoning/dp/B004W8LT10 makes it just like movie theater
A shot of canned whip cream straight to the mouth.
Special mention. Black coffee to suppress my hunger further.
Pop popcorn, pour on flavocol.
Try a Whirley Pop, use coconut oil and 1/2 tsp of Flavacol, you'll never go back.

For the best popcorn you have ever tried in your life.
There was a movie theater employee AMA or something like that, I think they put this thing in them.
Finally found flavacol and can made this delicious overpriced wonder of theatergoing at home.
> What do yall do with popcorn? I usually just open the bag and shake in a ton of hot sauce. It's amazing!
I start with this, pour in this and this, add the popcorn, cook, then finish it with some melted butter.
It is hard to go back to microwave popcorn.
I have a theater style popcorn and this is what I use:
You want to get this type of coconut oil and Flavocol.
For every 1/2 cup of corn you pop, use 2 tablespoons of oil and about 1/2 teaspoon of Flavocol. The type of popcorn you use really doesn't matter.
This is the secret sauce to movie theater popcorn. http://www.amazon.com/Gold-Medal-Prod-Flavacol-Seasoning/dp/B004W8LT10/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1415239438&sr=8-1&keywords=Flavacol
kernels, coconut oil, some seasoning, and clarified and you've got like 50 batches of movie theater popcorn for the same price!
I know this is getting to you a few days late, I make cheese popcorn all the time. Really you need the cheddar powder and something for it to bind together (popcorn topping, butter, etc.)
My method, with links to things I use:
You don't have to use most of these things, but I've made popcorn that has gotten a ton of rave reviews with either that method, or minor changes to it. Get some of the cheddar powder and go from there. It can also be used to make mac and cheese, au gratin, or any dish that could use a little cheese flavor if you don't want to just use grated cheese. The powder also sticks on the popcorn crevices, making it amazingly tasty.
If you want actual theater popcorn taste, you have to go with Flavacol. It's the stuff theaters use. Delicious.
Plus it's relatively inexpensive. Bonus.
I used to work at a movie theater and the secret is coconut oil and Flavacol.
Rookie mistake. Butter is 15% water and will make your popcorn soggy.
Popcorn Pro tip: Many (most?) movie theaters flavor their popcorn with flavacol. Warning: contains over 100% of your daily sodium intake in a single teaspoon!
Regular old popcorn, topped with some Flavocal.
Yeah, popcorn is great. I like to use some sprinklings of this stuff; a single box is $7 and will last you a lifetime:
Flavacol Popcorn Seasoning Salt
Combine that with an oil mister and you have popcorn that is far tastier than its calorie content would suggest (though obviously still higher than plain popcorn).
I can make popcorn that tastes just like the movie theater stuff. The main secret is just to use what the theaters use. I know, not very amazing, but it works!
First, use popcorn colored coconut oil like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003C4UDEY/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
You want to use just enough to coat the bottom of your pan and half way up the popcorn kernels (amount depends on how big the pot is and how much popcorn you put in. For me its a couple of tablespoons. I just eyeball it.
Before you put the kernels in, put in 1/2 to 3/4 tsp of Flavcol: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004W8LT10/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&th=1 Nothing else really works. Its got to be this brand. It is super-fine flavored salt and it is yummy. I use 3/4 of a tsp but that is too salty for most people.
If I am really lazy, I make home made microwave popcorn, too. I just put some kernels and oil and the salt in a bag, shake it up and staple it. Pop in the microwave. The staples do not seem to hurt the microwave.
> Planning on doing just that once I get my fridge better stocked.
For sure. I think it's all about mindset; keto isn't supposed to be a fad diet you slip in and out of to lose some vanity weight, it's a lifestyle. Finding foods you genuinely enjoy that fit into the diet is absolutely key to sticking with it; afterall who wants to stick with a diet that makes them miserable?
>The problem I am having with this MFP states my calorie goal is 2820 But I would have to eat all day to reach this. Even with just what I mentioned above its always around 1300 end of day and I feel completely full.
Exactly. I disregard calorie suggestions almost entirely because they are pretty unrealistic for me unless I absolutely gorge myself and feel stuffed around the clock.
Typically speaking I start my day with a boosted coffee (which you can totally do yourself with butter + coconut oil + coco powder I just appreciate the convenience) and then around 1-3pm I have a grass fed beef stick and boiled egg or something roughly equivalent not because I'm super hungry but because I know if I don't eat a bit I'll be extra hungry at dinner and make 2 people's worth of food ;) and then I have plenty of room for whatever the heck I want for supper. I'm similarly recommended to eat ~2.8k calories a day and most days I'm barely half that.
On sundays I make a half batch of carbquik biscuits and have two of them, two eggs and a nice keto sausage gravy which clocks in at ~6 net carbs as my "cheat but not cheating" treat.
But ultimately, mixing it up keeps me loving the food I eat which makes it a breeze to stick with keto for me.
It's a low net carb flour. I've used it for biscuits and pancakes and such.
Try carbalose flour or Carbquik.
Carbquik + Protein powder of choice + Unsweetened cashew milk = Magical pancakes or waffles. Usually around 190 calories, 26g protein, and 14g fiber when I make them. Around 2g net carbs.
I make waffles with them. They're crispy so be careful when transporting them, but it's an easy whey to get more protein. I like chocolate protein powder + carbquik + coco powder which produces a brownie-esque waffle/pancake.
Carbquik can also be used to make cheesy biscuits or whatever else your heart desires.
I also like string cheese, pepperoni slices, cottage cheese + protein powder (or yogurt), Kroger brand's carbmaster products, and oven roasted veggies.
There are also "parmesan crisps" and "asiago crisps" that are sold at grocery stores that are for salad toppings.. But could easily be a low carb snack. :-) You can prolly make those at home too.
Cabrquick. you need Carbquick. I use it for biscuits and pancakes. I havent tried desert stuff yet.
I use to make this me and my gf would take forever to do it we now use
Carbquik Baking Biscuit Mix
Carbquik Baking Biscuit Mix (48oz) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005YVU6FY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_UV1RDbNWRPNAM
Way better and super easy thought I share
great stuff when i need to make stuff for guest and not have to cheat
I just made this for the first time today, and it's pretty good. I didn't blend the chia seeds and this was my first time eating any kind of chia: the consistency didn't bother me. Make it the night before in small plastic containers and just grab one to go with a spoon when you head out in the morning.
I also often make these (with Carbquik) on Sundays, keep them in the fridge during the week and heat up 2-3 of them in the microwave (~30-45 seconds) while I'm making my coffee and then eat them off a napkin in the car on the way to work:
are you using the maruchan brand? (more commen in the US). Korean/foreign brands often taste...SO much better. LIke https://www.amazon.com/Nongshim-Ramyun-Noodle-Gourmet-Spicy/dp/B00778B90S/ref=sr_1_4_s_it?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1468863726&sr=1-4&keywords=ramen
I like to add veggies, Rice cakes, sometimes even the frozen dumplings, as well as some extra sausages if you want to make it taste better.
Edit: Im korean, and almost threw up when my friend gave me the maruchan "chicken flavor" to taste. *shudder, never again. Ah! forgot egg! egg always makes things more yummy
Well, the hammock, insulation, tarp etc are all a part of a system my girl made. I will leave it up to her to talk about those details. There are some details in with the images.
We are ultra-light, so we don't bring much with us. The heaviest we'll go is about 38lbs for 5 nights.
We used a penny stove for the longest time, but for just a few extra grams, the Titanium Sol Jetboil is very light, more convenient and faster. Less fuel is wasted, so overall it might be lighter.
The dog carries his own bed and food with a Mountainsmith dog pack.
We use an in-line mechanical water filter, pulled from a Sawyer water bottle that we added to our Platypus (superior to Camelback IMO). The hose has a quickconnect, so we can dunk the platy in the water then reconnect the hose without worrying about contamination.
We have a variety of backpacks, mostly GoLite, and we generally select them based on the size of the trip. I haven't found a backpack that is uniquely noteworthy.
We generally choose food for calorie density. Creamed coconut is nutritional and significantly more calorie-dense than.. well, everything. We also bring a lot of powders, thick indian curry sauces, high-calorie instant noodles, mayonnaise packets, tuna packets, thin rice noodles, dates, olive oil, candies. But we would never bring something as low calorie as bacon.
We also collect and eat various wild foods, including morel mushrooms, wood sorrel, indian cucumber-root, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, wintergreen berries and other mints (and leaves for tea), Jewelweed/touch-me-nots (seeds taste like walnuts, young stalks taste like green beans, flowers are sweet), cattail, arrowroot, dandelion, wild ramps (delicious when fried and added to instant noodles).
Edit: More links to gear.
Usually sold in a Super Walmart in the Asian food section. Far more pricey than Nissin Top Ramen though. I personally, for a cheap and quick meal, get Maruchan Yakisoba noodles and throw in some pieces of chicken breast and carrots. I find the oily part of the noodles satisfying. I'm sure many here will find that info disgusting.
I love ramen for cold nights. The shin black is OK, but this one is spicier and I like it a lot more. I add a dehydrated veggie mix like this one.
This makes for a relatively low-sodium soup. Add chicken or some other freeze-dried protein and it’s a light weight and tasty trail meal.
Just buy this to add to the cereal
Or just embrace the behavior:
heres the 8lb bag
That's not enough for me. I need me one ofthese.
Don't worry son I got the hookup.
You can buy the marshmallows in bulk.
This is what I'll be buying him.
Amazon sells 8lb boxes for $40, not the best deal, but I'm tempted.
I'll take you up on that:
This because 'Murica.
Already covered.. Just bought this:
And sorted out all the green ones, shit canned the rest! Lol
Here is the mobile version of your link
much cheaper here though http://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1407916720&sr=8-3&keywords=humco+glycerin
Yes. I used this: https://www.amazon.com/Glycerin-Vegetable-Kosher-USP-Quart/dp/B004C7MTLA/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1466320344&sr=8-1&keywords=vg
Little more expensive than what you picked out but it shouldnt be too different
You may need to add a little pg or distilled water to thin the vg. Pure vg can have trouble wicking because its abit thicker than juice
Not sure what link you're wanting, so I'll post a few - better to have too much info than not enough!
This is the VG that I buy on Amazon. I use this for my sugar scrubs as well!
This is the Halo Shamrock e-juice (Belgian Cocoa & Malibu are nice, too). I get a lot of other e-juices from a local vape shop that has a tasting bar. The shop I frequent has their own house blend that tastes exactly like a Hi-C Ecto Cooler!
This is the kit I use - it's an iTaste with variable voltage and variable wattage.
Amazon Prime: Essential Depot VG, 1 quart, $12.97
Amazon Prime: Essential Depot VG, 1 gallon, $23.47
I bought some of this at Walmart once, but it tasted a little funny to me, almost perfumey. I get the quart bottles from Amazon and they have a very faint sweet taste, but otherwise taste very clean.
add some VG (vegetable glycerine) if you like a less harsh vape, or PG (propylene glycol) if you like a more harsh vape. VG is usually a better bet though. you can get some VG HERE
You can. I prefer to buy it off Amazon though TBH.
I buy Essential Depot Vegetable Glycerin And Propylene Glcyol
No reason I just like to stick with one company.
Heres The DIY Clone list. The all loved Nana Cream is on there and Im vaping it now and its wonderful. I think enough flavoring to make like 120ml was $10???? Cant remember off the top of my head.
