I used two books:

  1. http://www.amazon.com/The-Complete-Guide-Kabbalah-Mysteries/dp/0712614184/ref=tmm_pap_title_0?ie=UTF8&qid=1405356668&sr=1-2

  2. http://www.amazon.com/The-Shining-Paths-Experimental-Journey/dp/0850303478/ref=pd_cp_b_0

My first results were with the first one. It was something like a lucid dream in that I was awake during a vision, but not like a lucid dream because I really had no control over what was happening as the different godforms communicated to me in symbolic gestures, more or less. I was sitting up in public on a train with my eyes closed, so it was pretty shocking to say the least. The vision I had was enhanced by the bizarre occurrences immediately after which echoed the vision in the physical world. I Googled what I saw and discovered quickly that the vision had thrown me into the role of Horus. This was very surprising how it happened because I had never seen this symbolism before and yet, simply by Googling it became obvious. Of course, I had seen Horus, I knew plenty about Horus, but I didn't know this particular bit.

EDIT: I linked to a different/wrong edition of book #2 before and have corrected it.
