No link on these since I came up with them myself. I can probably make an album this weekend though if there is interest. I'll link the products I use below. As far as how I make them, I just use a blender. I put the liquids (milk and oil) in first, then the frozen berries followed by all the powders, and finally the spinach. I blend it until everything is homogeneous then I add in the oats and pulse a few times just to combine them without pulverizing them. This is not a smooth shake like you might get from a smoothy place. There are bits of of spinach (although quite tiny) and the seeds from the berries. The oats are mostly whole still. I prefer it like that and feel that it helps prevent any possible stomach issues since there is some whole food for your stomach to work on instead of pure liquid. You could always blend it longer to get a smoother texture, but it will start to warm up since there is no ice.

  • Protien Powder (I get the vanilla)

  • Spinach

  • Frozen Berries

  • Flax Seed Oil

  • Super Greens phyto nutrient blend

  • Oats

  • 2% Milk

    I also add the following for my exercise supplements

    I will also sometimes put in a scoop of fiber if I think about it (I LOVE MYOFiber, but any fiber is good). You can also sub out peanut butter for the flax oil. It's still healthy fats, but you miss out on a lot of the benefits of high lignan flax, particularly the Omegas. You can also tailor it a bit to your needs. If you want a carb heavy version, swap the milk for OJ. Want less calories? Swap the milk for water and cut the oil in half. Prefer chocolate? Change the whey flavor and use a banana instead of the berries. etc. etc.

I was in a similar boat to you: sex with someone new was a mix of excitement, slight fear stemming from performance anxiety, and simply nervousness. I'm sure you can relate to the feelings of emasculation when a man can't be a "man" - we all know it's embarrassing to say the least!

Anytime. FYI, this Pygeum supplement seems to have a good concentration of the tree bark without any additives, so you don't have to worry about high doses. You can take 2-3 of them per day with no worries.

This Arginine supplement doesn't have B vitamins in it either.

The rest should be pretty easy to find in a supermarket without additives.

Hey man, we're in the same boat, 37 here.

I've had some luck with arginine (there are two I can recommend), and I'm going to be adding zinc to the vitamin cocktail soon.

Some forms of arginine are more effective than others. I've had some luck with pure label nutrition's version. It's gets me surprisingly hard, but I worry about diminishing returns if taken daily. The orange flavored gnc one isn't bad, bud comes in a powder form (i usually mix it with hot tea).

How come you came off? I just came off a 1yr BnC. Rare to find somebody that has the same job and takes adderall just like I do. My best advice for you is to buy some gloves (cotton or something of that nature) and wear them under your latex gloves. It helps A LOT. I also wear a beanie for extra protection... I dont fuck around getting cold anymore its not worth it.

Drinking milk is also an easy way to get alot of nutrition in you.

When you take adderall your body is using up energy it has to make the drug work right, when there is no energy to give you just feel dead tired. I know, I take doses constantly above 150mg and food is a huge factor in how things turn out for me. a high protein diet is very helpful.

And when I say stay hydrated that doesn't mean only drinking water. Too much water will wash out your electrolytes making you feel like shit. Throw some pedialyte (has the most electrolytes) in there throughout the day or Powerade to replenish them. You may also need to eat something sugary since adderall has a tendency to fuck with your blood sugar... salt too... make sure your body has enough or you will feel fucked up. Hopefully this helps.

It's a bit funky for me. Two weeks in I worked out for about an hour and felt like crap for the rest of the day.


Three weeks in I worked out really intense for an hour, felt like crap for 2 hours, and then fully recovered.


Sometimes my muscles seem sore for a bit longer. I always give myself a 2-day recovery instead of a 1-day.


Some supplements that might help are taking L-Arginine 30 minutes before a workout, and I chew some Navajo Osha Root after a workout (I go to the reservation to buy this stuff). Also helps tremendously to put a teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt in water and down it after a workout to restore your electrolytes. Same with a potassium supplement - great for post workout recovery. You can buy all-in-one electrolyte powders, but it's going to be expensive in the long run.

For example, cats require vitamin A in its pre-formed state, they can't make it from beta-carotene the way humans or dogs or rabbits can.

They have little ability to form niacin from tryptophan.

Fortunately, all meat sources have plenty. Simply put, cats must eat meat to live.

Simply put, but factually wrong. Humans are capable of making any nutrient cats require without meat or other animal ingredients.

It is fair to say that there are some risks involved in feeding cats a plant based diet and it may even be correct to say that it's not optimal. However, it's just not correct to say that cats simply require meat - period, full stop. That's effectively the same thing as saying meat is magical, which isn't a position a rational person would take.

Have you ever tried Nitric Oxide? It's for weightlifting and helps make your muscles get very hard, very quickly by allowing blood to more easily flow into your muscles. Nitric Oxide production is increased by additional intake of the amino acid L-Arginine which is naturally produced by your body.

It makes your muscles as hard as if you had just done a set whenever you do almost anything requiring strength. Lifting a textbook would make my bicep pumped like I had just been lifting weights. It will probably take care of your problem 100%.

No permanent side effects and it can be found pretty cheap. Since it makes your blood flow more easily, it can lower your blood pressure...that's the only side effect(which can be a positive one for some people). If you do look into it, look for stuff meant only for nitric oxide and not loaded with a bunch of other stuff for lifting(no need for caffeine, creatine or anything else).
