I have a soothing nightlight that really helps me. The star projector nightlight is a livesaver as I keep it on all the time and when I wake up from nightmares I can stare at the night sky till I go back to sleep. It's also comforting to not be in the dark when you wake up. For really bad night I have an Aurora Borealis Night light that is fantastic for the worst insomnia or mood swings.

Probably wont work as a proper lamp, but if you want a larger night-light style device, I have one of these and it works great.

It appears to be this lamp figure here. However, from what little I can see of it in the shadows, she might have the "extra color" version, which seems to be a bit more expensive/desirable.

Head and hand sold separately. Some Target stores carry them too. I believe the head piece is discontinued as well.

Many years ago, I discovered the game Minecraft. It was still in alpha and I remember asking my sister if I could buy it (I was too young to have my own paypal account and debit card). I bought it and watched Seananners' Lets Play of the game. I remember my first experience with the game. I climbed a mountain to get coal and dug into a mountain for shelter in the night. A song played in the background as the sun went down and as my heartbeat went up. I was terrified of everything out there.
Its been almost 3 years since I bought it and I've been playing it almost all the time. I've made many friends and some of the best memories from our 'Minecraft nights'. This.

3D printed moon lamp have a version of this, gifted from Amazon but can't find the exact listing.
cafe lights these hang in our basement and are really nice in our tent when we set it up in the yard. NOTE: these are glass bulbs, you can find other sets w/o (but this one is the one we have and I like).
