I use these Nippies - they're adhesive and reusable. I have several summer dresses that are incompatible with bras, so that's when I use them most - I've had my pair since 2014. They conceal both color and headlights.

I can hook you up! I've found the Amazon brand Feminique is great in terms of squishiness and roundness. They're pretty cheap compared to everything else, and look mighty convincing under clothing.

On a similar note, I am also as bra-free as possible, but find myself using silicon nude-colored pasties (something like this) when I really want to wear a certain shirt and it's not socially/professionally appropriate to show my nipples. Highly recommend!! None of the constraint and looks entirely like you're wearing a bra. Stick incredibly well. A+

u/[deleted] · 27 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Hey, I'm somebody who goes braless on occasion and has very pointy nips. Have you considered something like these?

They tend to stay put pretty well, and honestly, if you're comfortable without a bra at your size there's not really any reason to wear one, especially since your size would be very hard to find. That's just my opinion. :)

If you really want a bra, though, of course you should look for them.

u/Ghigs · 25 pointsr/NoStupidQuestions

Heh, well... you could wear pasties.

https://www.amazon.com/Pasties-Reusable-Silicone-Pinky-Petals/dp/B013VZ27QK

You'd probably need to shave off all the hair though.

u/awkward_exchanges · 22 pointsr/AskWomen

Nippies are my favorite, and are reusable https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001PU9A9Q

u/Iamamomwithsnacks · 21 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

Sometimes I like the silicone nipple pasties(pros: reusable, comfortable, smooth, skin like. cons: expensive, sometimes thick and visible): one, the petals tend to blend better

But then other times I want something simpler, so I go for the paper-y, one use ones. You can find these with all adhesive and with no adhesive in the middle if your nips are sensitive. one two

I only go braless in really loose tops, or really snug ones that help shape my boobs a little. Or in clothing where a bra would show(fancy dresses, hellooo).

As far as nipples in our culture, I don't really want to see your whole entire boob hanging out of your shirt in public, but I won't die if I do see it. I don't take a stance, really, on the whole "men can walk around shirtless but women can't and that's wrong" debate.

Wear your shirt, don't wear your shirt, wear a bra, don't wear a bra--unless you're trying to be sexual to my toddler, it doesn't bother me.

u/triedtosay · 21 pointsr/weddingplanning

It looks like you don't need a whole lot of support, just nipple coverage? If so, and if the cups are sewn on top of the lining, you could carefully remove them yourself and just use stick on covers like these.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001PU9A9Q/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I use them all the time, and they are SO comfortable, you won't even know they're there. I'll be using them on my wedding day (I have a similar neckline to yours, also backless).

u/Rouknette · 20 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Get nipple covers. They are simple and usually pretty cheap and will act as a barrier between you and the elements. I don't know if you're particularly hairy but if you are I do suggest removing the hair around your nipples as they usually attach with a mild adhesive and that doesn't bode well for fuzzy people. You could probably wear a bra but it would need to be pretty padded and fit flush against your skin to lessen the irritation. If possible let them heal first if there is any visible chafing/bleeding.

Here are some cheap silicone ones on Amazon; they're only 2.99.

Totally! I use them on a regular basis. They are awesome unless you will be sweating, then they slip. Lots of people sell them, but here is an easy link: Undercover Silicone Nipple Covers Gel Petals Pasties https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00428ZHRC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fjw5xbEKRZX6C

u/velvedire · 14 pointsr/TheGirlSurvivalGuide

Nippies!

They're expensive up front but last forever. Just wash them as necessary.

http://www.amazon.com/Nippies-Skin-Reusable-Silicone-ADHESIVE/dp/B001PU9A9Q

u/chadnik · 14 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

Just depends on your preference. Personally, I heartily support freeboobing. If you want a bra but don't want your straps to show, you can wear a strapless or bandeau bra. If you don't need support but don't want your nipples to show, use pasties like Nippies.

u/cheerupchum · 12 pointsr/cringe

Girl these are cutlettes. They clearly fall out as two separate pieces. There is no reason she would need to wear a bra at all, what she is wearing is already a sports bra.

https://www.amazon.com/Original-Looks-Silicone-Inserts-Enhancers/dp/B000VSGPBO

u/avazah · 12 pointsr/ABraThatFits

It sounds like you might want to invest in some bra extenders, which basically just increase the band size. It might be that you only need a little bit more length in the band, but not a full band size. Bras also do stretch, so an extender can help until the 40 band stretches to a comfortable length.

u/crowcrown · 11 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

NIPPLE COVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go. Be free.

u/skydart · 9 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

None. There's at least one benefit to having tiny tatas!
ETA: I actually technically wear these all the time, and they've changed my life.

u/cealion · 9 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

I would actually forgo the bra for silicone pasties. They're reusable and work really well for times you can't wear a bra.

As for what you can wear under, perhaps a nude tank top? It might be better to layer over, to by honest--especially if it's something skintight.

u/UnaccompaniedMinor · 8 pointsr/AskMen

I know this is r/AskMen, but I'd like to chime in as a woman who also generally goes braless (I'm a small B cup). My issue with going braless was the prominence of my nipples. They just seem to want everyone to look at them and that made me way too self conscious. I bought these and I love them! Now I can be braless and comfortable without it being obvious.

u/iamalwayschanging · 8 pointsr/bigboobproblems

I love these ones that you can order on amazon. They are reusable and work really well!

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001PU9A9Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_WkkPCbBKBFWV3

u/Riothegod1 · 8 pointsr/ABraThatFits

What she’s talking about are breast forms, like this (NSFW Amazon link because nipples). Typically used by either mastectomy patients and MTF crossdressers, so they should be very helpful to you.

Also, check out r/feminineboys and r/crossdressing, they should be able to help because there are plenty of guys who want to wear dresses but are flat chested

Hope you’re able to feel pretty :)

u/tiny_jules · 8 pointsr/ABraThatFits

For blouses that are particularly thin/shear, I like to add a lightweight camisole. (Personally love the airism ones from Uniqlo) If I'm not wearing a camisole but am otherwise nervous about my nipples showing, I'll use [these bad boys] (https://www.amazon.com/Nippies-ORIGINAL-Hypoallergenic-Pasties-ADHESIVE/dp/B00CX547FE/ref=sr_1_2?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1502732956&sr=1-2&nodeID=1040660&psd=1&keywords=nipple+petals) which are pretty awesome.

u/unicornwhiskers · 8 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Do what you gotta do! Clothes are clothes. Other people have made good suggestions. If it's just your nipples that are causing the discomfort, they make a variety of nipple petal thingies like this. They'd be a lot more discreet than a bra and would probably help stop the friction of rubbing against your clothes. (At least I'd think so, I've never really worn them because my boobs need way more support.)

Are your parents aware that you are on the spectrum? Do you see a counselor or therapist? I think that if you explained to them that you are wearing booby things for sensory reasons, they would be open minded, but I'm not sure what your parents are like. Good luck!

u/peristalsis · 7 pointsr/weddingplanning

Nippies!

Literally my favorite sticky pasty. Its the BEST thing I've ever had. I get really sweaty boobs, and these things just let the sweat roll off without losing the adhesive. HIGHLY suggest it

u/jsqdressesforwork · 7 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

I'm gonna die shilling nipple patches on this sub. I do not wear bras anywhere anymore. paper or silicone

u/anditiye · 6 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Bra extenders - they'll do your body good.

http://www.amazon.com/Extenders-Individual-Bra/dp/B0000864RH

u/Basil-kun · 6 pointsr/TrollXChromosomes

I've tried double-sided fashion tape as well. it works, but the sock glue seems to work better for me, maybe because there's wider surface area for adhesive. I use the sock glue that sockdreams sells. I suspect it expires, because one of my friends had an old bottle and it doesn't work like it used to, so I find any excuse to use it up.

u/kisakisa_ · 6 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

These nipple covers are the best. I can wear them with a really tight top and they don't show at all. Just make sure you get the right color. I have both the adhesive and non-adhesive versions, but I like the adhesive version better for when I'm wearing a loose top.

u/abtfplz · 6 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Yes! I would highly recommend silicone ones that you can continuously reuse. I bought these from Amazon and they've been amazing.

No show throughs, quick cleaning, no movements, hassle free!

u/hellodollybar · 6 pointsr/ABraThatFits

I wear these. I like them the best out of everything i've seen. They have not sticky version too.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001PU9A9Q/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

u/sevensixteenths · 6 pointsr/weddingplanning

This is totally extra, but what about fabric pasties for see-through coverage under the larger silicone pasties? So these under these. Nippies brand is absolutely the best either way.

u/theMediatrix · 5 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

Linen spray! My husband and I use this incredible, all natural, linen spray on our clothes to cut down on washes: https://www.nancyboy.com/scented-linen-spray-1/

We use it every night — selectively spraying inside our items like jeans or blazers when we take our clothes off to change into lounge wear. We also spray our shoes every night, with athletic shoes getting heavier sprays and leather getting a light mist carefully applied to the interior. On my leather flats and my loafers, I mist a tissue and lightly stuff it inside.

I also weekly mist the entire closet with the spray because lavender and spearmint deter moths. We also mist our bath towels between uses and sometimes the entire bathroom.

My other tip is fashion tape! I use this to tack hems, hold plunging necklines together, keep blouse bows from unfurling, seal the gap between buttons on tighter blouses. It’s great stuff. https://www.amazon.com/Hollywood-Fashion-Tape-HFT-101/dp/B0006IO3NG

u/hurrrrrmione · 5 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Whatever you end up doing, fashion tape might be helpful to keep the fabric from moving and revealing your breasts or bra substitute.

u/funyunsgood · 5 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Not the person you asked but I have the same nipple protrusion problem. I don't think I'll ever be ok with my nipples poking out. Guys notice I hate the attention and don't like to stand out.

Anyway I use these non-adhesive silicone pasties:

Nippies Skin ORIGINAL Hypoallergenic Nipple Covers pasties. NO ADHESIVE CREME COLOR https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001O482W4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_pd0rzbJ8TYFFK

u/electric_paganini · 5 pointsr/TrueReddit

No, you were right. Lots of women wear flesh colored pasties to if nothing else, protect the nipples from rubbing. https://www.amazon.com/Undercover-Silicone-Nipple-Covers-Pasties/dp/B00428ZHRC

Although I both love and hate how in this link, for their before and after pictures they just photoshopped out the nipples.

u/AmeriqanTreeSparrow · 5 pointsr/weddingplanning

I wore pasties! Will wear them at the wedding too. These are the best ones I've tried. There are similar for only like $5 but these really last, and I personally like them because they keep a perfect round shape, I wear them under tank tops and stuff too and even with C-Ds I feel good about it.

u/kmj0222 · 5 pointsr/TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I've been going completely braless for over a year now (finally discovering perks of tiny boobs) and I've just had to learn how to not care what other people think. No one has ever said anything to me about my nips showing. It used to be super common (did you know the ladies of Friends never wore bras? And they were on TV! You can always see their nipples!). Like Im not sure people care, or even notice most of the time. However, if you are feeling self-conscious about it, especially depending on the material of your top, I highly recommend these reusable silicone pasties. Personally I can't feel them at all, they don't hurt to take off, and they smooth everything out. I wear these a lot when Im going to work because that's the one time I feel weird showing my nips off. In fact, I frequently forget Im even wearing them and fall asleep in them.

Either way, you're beautiful just the way you are, so you do you girl.

u/NoseFetish · 4 pointsr/TwoXChromosomes

One of my friends uses a silicone or gel insert to increase her size without surgery. They even make bras with little pockets to hold them in.

Some are cheaper than others, and some feel differently than others.

http://www.amazon.com/Original-Looks-Silicone-Bra-Inserts/dp/B000VSGPBO

This company makes swimsuits with insert pockets as well as the enhancers.

http://www.hapari.com/silicone-breast-inserts/

u/TheCatcherInTheSty · 4 pointsr/TwoXChromosomes

These are the ones I use!

u/arcticfox00 · 4 pointsr/asktransgender

I get over a year of moderate use from these [reusable pasties.] (I don't know whether that brand is available there, though.) It feels so free if you don't have much in the way of boobage. Amaze and annoy all your big-boobed friends!

u/metasynthesthia · 4 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

I'd suggest a Low Back Bra Converter (Link merely for show, no idea if this is a good one).

Otherwise, if you've got small, perky breasts, I'd suggest something to hide any nippleage showing through (depending on where you're wearing it - dinner with parents -COVER THEM/drinks with friends -Rock it!), and rock it braless.

u/ButTheBoobies · 4 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Woohoo! Let's do this :)

+4 Sister Sizing Method

Base Band: 44" loose + 4 = 48
True Band: 42 or 40; 38 if a band runs particularly loose
Base Bust: 50/51/52 = 51 average
Base Size: 48 B/C/D
Sister Sizes: 48 B / C / D
46 C / D / DD
44 D / DD / E
42 DD / E / F
40 E / F / FF
38 F / FF / G

I think this method can underestimate for larger women with firmer breast tissue, which you appear to have based on your photos.

Relative Sizing

Underbust | Bust
T | S | L | St | Le | La
---------------------------------------------------
My Measurements: 34 | 36 | 40 | 50 | 51 | 52.5
Your Measurements: 39 | 42 | 44 | 51 | 50 | 52
----------------------------------------------------
Difference: 5" | 6" | 4" | 1" | -1"| -0.5"

I'd say we're around the same cup volume, maybe you're one cup smaller, but you're two to three band sizes larger. I wear a 34J/36HH, so that gives:

-1/+0 cup: 36H/HH
+1 band: 38GG/H
+2 band: 40G/GG
+3 band: 42FF/G

-----
Based on the above and on your photo I'd start with 40FF and 42F, but without being surprised if they're still a touch small ;)

If you're in the US (or nearby), Lane Bryant carries these sizes and labels them as 40G and 42F respectively. Cacique, the name of their lingerie brand, is not highly recommended for its quality and can be tricky to get a good fit in because all of their bras are molded cups, but if you have a store nearby that stocks these sizes then it can be nice for trying out the volume before you buy anything in your new size.

If you're fine with buying online, then I would recommend trying the Cleo Marcie from Amazon in 38G, which is on sale for $27 with free shipping and returns. The band stretches to about 41" in a size 38, so it shouldn't be horrible. You might order an extender just in case the band is too small, so that you can still reasonably try the cup volume.

u/LBluth21 · 4 pointsr/BabyBumps

So I had twins (and was bigger to begin with). They do get crazy big after your milk comes in, but that crazy level of engorgement doesn't last forever (it last about 2 months for me).

I would recommend soft stretchy bras for that period of time, and save any underwire purchases for when your size has stabilized. You're also super sensitive and need to sleep in them so it's also great for that.

For now they also sell these to get you by with your old ones.

u/RallyPointAlpha · 4 pointsr/AskWomenOver30

My wife almost never wears a bra. She loves "Nippies Skin Original". They have adhesive and non-adhesive versions. I've taken them off her many times; no complaints, flinching or any sign they are uncomfortable to take off. Seems to just peel off with not a lot of resistance. The adhesive is not very sticky and it's reusable. You can rejuvenate the adhesive by gently washing with warm water and letting them air dry (pick any hairs out =)

She recently tried the non-adhesive kind and they stay on very well too!

Highly recommend them... they aren't cheap but a set can last you a year, easy, if you take care of them. By 'take care of them' I mean just don't wantonly cover them in dirt / sand and when you aren't wearing them put them back on the little plastic cups. The adhesive should last at least 6 months before needing to be washed and rejuvenated. Trust me... if these things were high maintenance she wouldn't bother!

Here's a link to the specific thing I'm talking about.

https://www.amazon.com/Nippies-ORIGINAL-Hypoallergenic-Pasties-ADHESIVE/dp/B00CX547FE/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1540583439&sr=8-3&keywords=nippies+skin

u/notamooglekupo · 4 pointsr/thesims

Since the problem seems to be about the constriction imposed by bras and how they both trap fluid in the breast and weaken your breast muscles, I can’t imagine wearing sports bras all day long is better. The most important thing if you choose to wear a bra is not wearing it too long and ensuring it’s not very tight (no marks in the skin). Personally I use Nippies by Bristols 6, which are basically super high quality pasties that can last over a year with daily use. They’re so comfy and I haven’t had to wear a bra for 3 years!

u/grey_lady15 · 4 pointsr/BabyBumps

Extenders! I'm trying my best to hold up on buying bras because I started as a DD, and I can just wait and see how big my boobs get and buy nursing bras. I've noticed that having extenders like these are budget-friendly and can help you get a little more time out of your bras.

u/wambrita · 4 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Hey, your massive quadboob looks like mine when I attempt to wear a 34C!

In all seriousness though, I think you'll do good in a 30F like others have said. Your breasts look firm compared to my pudding boobies, but I'm seeing that you have a similar shape that I do; but mine hang lower.

Try the Cleo Lucy! It gave me enough lift to where the shape I got in the bra is almost identical to your natural shape, I'm confident to say that it'll work for you nicely. Here's me in my Cleo Lucy for what it's worth.

Be aware this band is really snug, and going from a 34 band to a 30 band is going to feel too tight at first, until you break it in, so if you can I would for sure pick up a pack of 2 hook bra extenders to help with the adjustment period. (Feel free to buy other ones beside the listing that I just linked)

Hopefully it works for you! And of course, don't forget to scoop and swoop!

u/plebian-seppuku · 4 pointsr/TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I bought these for wearing until dresses I can't wear a bra with, or just covering my nipples. They're comfortable and re-usable, I felt they were decent for the price.

u/bickyface · 3 pointsr/BabyBumps

I'm not sure how much your boobs have grown, but I have found that the bra extenders, like this have really helped me get more use out of my older bras. Or if you do buy a few new ones, and continue growing, this will help you get more use out of them.

u/mundabit · 3 pointsr/TrollXChromosomes

Ouch! that's not good, perhaps you could find a bra extender to tide you over until you can afford a new bra?

Lou & Grey (also sold at Loft) is made for comfort, lots of soft flowy fabric. I have foot pain and love my clarks for that. I saw a few people mentioned bras, I've had good luck with these reusable non-adhesive nipple covers though I usually wear them with a soft, non-padded bralette.

u/misslion · 3 pointsr/piercing

My sister who has G cups, swears up and down by a bra converter.

u/duchessofeire · 3 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Definitely try a 30 band, I'd say. But if you're worried that it would be too tight, you can get a bra extender to give you a little bit of wiggle room as the band stretches out or your tissue settles back into place. (They're available online and in fabric stores like Joann's, if you have one near you. Just be careful and order the right hook spacing.) If you buy a bra with a borderline-too-big band to begin with, the bra will wear out much faster and you'll have to spend money buying bras sooner. Also you should read this guide to see if you might have shallow breasts, and if so take the bra advice accordingly.

u/annoyingbranerd · 3 pointsr/ABraThatFits

32GG looks about right.

If you measured after breastfeeding UK 32H US 32K might even be possible when you are swollen.

Since your underbust is 32.5 I recommend getting a non-stretchy bra extender because a few true-to-size 32 bands will feel a bit tight, especially initially.

Like these: https://www.amazon.com/Maidenform-Womens-Hook-Extender-Multi/dp/B0083QLQ0G/

Non-wired bras. I supposed you want something similar to the stretchy and comfy target nursing bralettes.

Check out Bravado Essential Embrace in US 32J/K and the Royce Blossom in 32G/GG/H.

https://www.amazon.com/Bravado-Designs-Essential-Embrace-Nursing/dp/B00E0N2NV2/

https://www.amazon.com/Royce-Lingerie-Blossom-Candy-Nursing/dp/B01HFBR47I/

Both are non-wired and have stretchy cups.

Wired bras would give you more support, but I guess comfort is key right now.

u/Atojiso · 3 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Get her a bra extender! Either that or you should get her to try the 36DD. If she's not going to wear the other one, it's not doing her any good.

u/rebinator · 3 pointsr/ABraThatFits

I am between band sizes too and I often use extenders on new bras with the lower band size. After a few washes I don't need the extender any more. I have a set like this.

u/KaleAndChickenSalad · 3 pointsr/AskWomen

I use Pinky Petals Silicone Pasties. In my experience, they've worked very well. They stick well, without being uncomfortable to peel or leaving sticky residue, and they're reusable. I got mine on Amazon, but I've also seen them at Walgreens. I am not sure if they come in other colors, however.

u/yumoja · 3 pointsr/bigboobproblems

I get what you mean about the irritation. It's my pet peeve when women can't understand that it's not physically comfortable for some women to go braless, no matter how much they may want to. I'm a 34F. I was braless for 80% of last winter and since May I've been braless about 50% of the time. As soon as the weather cools down I anticipate going up to 80% or more again. It's been absolutely glorious.

I'm lucky to be able to do it so frequently though. It doesn't hurt me to not be supported, my job isn't very physical, and the area where I live has long winters so I can wear shawls/big scarves/many layers for a long time. During the summer I got myself these lovely things and could get away with just a loose dark tank top and a thin cardigan. As far as I now, people don't notice, and even if they do, as long as my nipples aren't giving them directions, I personally don't care very much. My girls are free and happy!

u/CorrectStaple · 3 pointsr/sissyhypno

I got these and I love them. I've never felt or seen those really nice expensive ones online but I must say that for the price I am extremely satisfied. Nice feel and shape - just won't blend in and look real on your skin if your trying to go topless. Perfect for filling out a bra under your top though.

u/jason43123 · 3 pointsr/cosplay

Hey, looks like a really fun build. If you don't plan on really showing any cleavage and are going to have it covered the entire time, Amazon sells breast forms like this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015YJ6BJU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
They will help give you the shape and movement without costing a lot of money.
Also you should probably check out the /r/crossplay subreddit, they have some really good advice over there too for this stuff.

Keep it going!
And, for just a couple dollars: http://www.amazon.com/Extenders-Individual-Bra/dp/B0000864RH

u/MissJaney · 2 pointsr/ABraThatFits

I find they stretch after a few wears, so better to go for the 30 back. If it is too tight on the first couple of wears, you can try an extender -- they are pretty cheap: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0000864RH
Good luck!

u/droit_de_strangleur · 2 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

I recommend a minimizer as well--this makes a big difference. Hollywood Fashion Tape is also really helpful--just tape a strip above and below the offending button, and voila!

u/not_my_jam · 2 pointsr/GoneWildCD

true, but those can be expensive! A gal's gotta budget! For me, since I almost never get my girls all dolled up like this, socks and bras make sense and have great visual results. I think if I wanted cleavage often, I would totally invest in something more comfortable. I bought some of these for fun, and they bump me up a cup size or so :)

I have worn these (https://www.amazon.com/Nippies-Reusable-Silicone-Pasties-NON-ADHESIVE/dp/B001O482W4) every day for about two years and love them. They are silicone and manage to stick to your skin without any adhesive. I am not sure if a ring would interfere with this sticking process at all, but I would think they would still work. Let me know if you end up trying them because I've considered getting this piercing.

u/pettoyaki · 2 pointsr/TwoXChromosomes

I got these. https://www.amazon.com/Nippies-Reusable-Silicone-Pasties-NON-ADHESIVE/dp/B001O482W4

Sometimes I will give them a quick spritz with a small spray bottle so they adhere better. They've never fallen off, but the initial adhesion can be tough if your skin is dry and/or it's super cold.

u/t_maia · 2 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Found non-adhesive ones, sadly they are freaking expensive.

If cotton liners are not your thing, not removing the cover on the sticky part of the adhesive nipple covers might also work.

I have a (sticky) Nu-Bra that I use to even out my asymetry, I never took off the cover and it works.

If your cup size is small, try Nippies. I also have a wide rib cage with small breasts and bra fitting is very challenging. I don’t need a bra for support, just to keep my nipples from poking through my shirt. Nippies take care of that. I LOVE not having a band around my chest.

u/avatar_aangst · 2 pointsr/Fibromyalgia

I wear nippies on my braless days. https://www.amazon.com/Ultimate-NippleCovers-Nippies-Adhesive-Pasties/dp/B001PU9A9Q

I have [these] (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001PU9A9Q?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00) in both sizes. The larger one is thicker in the middle than the smaller ones but the larger ones are quite large in relation to my boob! They work reasonably well but there is still a small bump.

u/granitehoncho · 2 pointsr/gentlemanboners
u/GetOffMyLawn_ · 2 pointsr/fatlogic

Everybody has nipples, but guys like to make comments nonetheless. You can get silicone pasties to hide your nips. Your other option would be silicone bra insert or silicone bra.

Me, I am too old to give a fuck. One of the nice things about getting older.

u/KTcube · 2 pointsr/genderqueer

If you're comfortable not having tight fabric to keep your boobs in place, but you're concerned about showing nipples, there are reusable silicone things that stick to the nipples and keep them smooth. This way, you have the appearance of not showing your nipples, and the protection of your nipples from fabric rubbing them, and none of the wires and straps that bras have. like this

Of course with those sticky things, your boobs will still be able to move, but maybe they'll look more "professional". I think that your breasts are going to move unless you wear something very tight to keep them in place, which is going to basically be a bra or a binder. (maybe by another name. But you'll end up with a strap around your ribs and straps over your shoulders, or just an overall super-tight top anytime you're trying to keep your boobs in place. Loose fitting tops are not going to prevent your fat from jiggling no matter what.)

u/harrick · 2 pointsr/Swimming

A completely different option is nipple covers. They do help minimize nipples being pointy.

u/kaylore · 2 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Firstly, please do what /u/eriophora suggested! 32A is a very uncommon size, and a fitting bra will help you immensely right away if that is not your true size.

Now that that is out of the way, what kind of back does the dress have? There exist "low back bra extenders," but I have not used them myself so I am not sure how well they actually work. The ones I linked were totally random.

u/sadie0922 · 2 pointsr/TwoXChromosomes

I have never used these so can't vouch for their effectiveness but there are these low back strap converters: https://www.amazon.com/Fashion-Forms-Womens-Adjustable-Converter/dp/B007H52DCE The way they work is you add these extra straps to your current bras to lower the back.

They make these to extend your bra, if it's the band that's bothering you.

u/fourfs · 2 pointsr/ABraThatFits

I bought these but I'm not thrilled with them. The quality is fine, but the spacing doesn't really work and I can sometimes feel them scratching against my back - not on every bra, but some, just depends on how it lines up. I'm not really looking to extend my bra bands so much as reinforce the hooks. The way the spacing is on these, they invariably add about 1/4 of an inch which is fine when a bra is brand new, not so much on my older bras.

These Maidenform extenders are my favorite, but they're not as affordable to buy in bulk.

u/discomoondance · 2 pointsr/ABraThatFits

I'm not an expert, and I don't know much about Comexim, but I had the same question I asked about a Freya bra. I was told that it isn't recommended to wear a bra band larger than you normally wear just to get the wires right. Wearing it larger than you need will just lead to other fit problems; riding up in the back and tissue spilling out the bottom of the front, strap issues, etc.

However, since the one you're having difficulty with is a 65 and you prefer 70 bands, try out the sister size in a 70. It'll probably have wider wires than the 65, but you won't be sacrificing for other fit issues you might stumble upon in the 75.

I don't know how the wires run in Comexim, but check out Bratabase for the model in question to see the wire width and compare that width between the different sister sizes in question. That'll give you a better idea before buying. And ultimately it's all about your comfort and what you like. If you try the 70 and find the wires still narrow and you decide to try the 75, but the band is too large, you could always alter the band smaller or use a Rixie Clip Good luck! :)

Edited for spelling

u/hellgamatic · 2 pointsr/xxketo

This thing is amazing. https://www.amazon.com/Rixie-Clip-Bra-Band-Tightener/dp/B00C9MMEEM it clamps onto one side of the back band, and then has a row of hooks for the other side to hook to. It can make it waaaaay smaller!

u/wintercheesecake · 2 pointsr/femalefashionadvice

I'm a C/D cup and I would do some nipple stickers or tape with necklines like that.

u/cleverdistraction · 2 pointsr/ABraThatFits

Yeah, the shape or size may just not be quite right for you, but I figured the strap thing was worth a shot. You definitely don't want the straps to be TOO tight, but adjusting the straps is one of those things I still sometimes forget to do with a new bra that it can make a difference in the fit especially in the top of the cup.

Re: extenders, I had never seen one before either, don't worry about it. :)

I got mine at Amazon, but they're often available at other stores like Target, Walmart, or - here's an interesting one - Joann Fabrics (remember to check for coupons!).

The reason I got mine on Amazon is that you get a lot more of them for the money, e.g. this set or this one, with prime shipping available, but if you want one immediately then you should be able to find one locally! I do not have any particular brand preferences or advice; I've never used one for an extended (ugh pun not intended) period of time so I don't know if one brand holds up to repeated use better than another, or anything. I just got a set with lots of pretty colors because I'm like a magpie or something O_o

As promised, recommendations.

Top recommendation for budget breastforms would be something like this: https://www.amazon.com/E-FAK-Concave-Silicone-Enhancer-Inserts/dp/B06XNQM5VY/

I got some that were similar from TheBreastformStore a while back, but they were open-box/minor-defect (if there was a defect, I never found it) so they were only $30-40. I can't find the page for them on there any more though.

Second rec: https://www.amazon.com/Feminique-Breast-Forms-Crossdresser-Mastectomy/dp/B015YJ6BJU/

These won't work as well for the bra you're getting though, hence the lower recommendation. These "teardrop" type forms, particularly ones with a flat back (which the cheap teardrops tend to have) work better with underwire bras.

u/CD-in-DC · 2 pointsr/MtF

I have these: Feminique 1000gr Silicone Breast Forms size 34D/36C/38B(size 7) Fake boobs for Crossdresser/ Mastectomy Patient https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015YJ6BJU

I really like them. They also have smaller and bigger sizes. I’d probably go with these or the 600gr ones depending on your size.

Don’t use any of the “pocket bras” that you’ll see links to, they are all terrible. I’ve ordered like four different ones. Just find a decent normal bra.

They feel great, and really help with my dysphoria but I can't really help with the differences in shape or which are the most realistic. I will probably won't buy anymore because I plan on growing my own, but /r/crossdressing might also be a good place to go for those type of questions.

I wear these, the non-adhesive kind, once in a while. They work okay, great for when you just don't want to strap/bind your chest. They just need a bit of a wash after every few uses. I've had mine for a year and a half.

u/__stare · 1 pointr/femalefashionadvice

These https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001O482W4/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 are the best by far. Super thin edge and no sticky side that wears off over time. They stay on incredibly well (for me) as long as I'm wearing a fairly tight fitting top. I have had one fall off twice in the year I've had them, both times I was sweating a lot, wearing a loose top, and bending over a lot (gardening).

u/slothcough · 1 pointr/MakeupAddiction

Bandaids work! You could also try these! A friend of mine has smaller boobs and she wears these instead of a bra most days and says it's crazy comfortable.

Same here. I'm a 34B, and after testing the waters for a month I found them too uncomfortable to go back. I have never gotten a negative comment about it. Guys I date seem to be either indifferent or appreciative.

  • If you haven't already, please check your measurements according to the side bar. I can't emphasize this enough and if I sound rude about this I don't mean to, it's just important to finding a properly fitted bra of any type!
  • How backless are we talking? They make low back converter straps that hook up directly to your bra and depending on how the back of the dress looks that could be an option for you. Typically you wear them so that it hooks directly in the back, loops around your stomach and then hooks to the other side. You can also wear them in such a way that you hook it to the back, bring the wing forward, wrap it around your back, and then hook it up to the other wing (also brought forward). The low-back converter strap method would probably give you the most support, though if it is also a strapless dress I don't recommend using one of these with the "bring it forward first" method because I imagine that it would fall down.
  • Depending on your size the stick on backless bras may or may not work for you. There are a few different types of these, but keep in mind none of them will give you the same support as an actual bra (at least as far as the information I've gathered so far suggests). There's the silicone chicken cutlet type, the cloth chicken cutlet type, the underwire type, the U-plunge type, the disposable adhesive type, and then there's this type which encapsulates each breast, just to name a few. The problem with many of them (though not all of them) is that they label their sizes as "a-cup," "b-cup," "c-cup", etc. They assume that all a-cups (etc.) hold the same volume. This is completely inaccurate so trying to gauge your actual size is very difficult. Mostly you just have to buy it and try it multiple times until you find your size.
  • For example: I wear a UK 30G and in a Nubra Original I found the c-cup to be just slightly too large and I ended up going with a b-cup. Though I've also heard from someone else who was about the same size as me that the c-cup and even the d-cup was way too small for them. I think I might be shallow shaped and I don't believe the other person was so breast shape may be an issue when finding one that fits as well.
  • The Maidenform underwire one that I linked to does list sister sizes, so if you have been sized by the methods on the size bar and if a sister size is available then it could possibly fit. A possible fit issue I could see with these is that the wires could be too wide or too narrow depending. The very last adhesive bra that I listed to is probably the most accurate in terms of sizing, but from what I understand they aren't very low-cut if that is a concern.
  • Another option you could try if you aren't concerned about support in the least is to use nipple covers and fashion tape to keep the dress stuck down to your skin.

Having gotten through saying all of that, if you have been sized by the methods used here in r/abrathatfits and you end up getting one of these bras, I am currently working on collecting data in a survey so that a more accurate sizing guide could be created. Please fill it out and let us know how it goes for you, but again, only if you've been sized by our methods (and again if my repetitive nature about this is coming off as rude it's not intended to be - I just want to get the most accurate information out there for other people). And if anyone else is reading this, the survey is still going on. I've only had 2 responses to it so far.

If you're going to try taping, here's a video guide that has been passed around a few times here.

To note, use medical tape/adhesive/gaffer's tape, NOT DUCT TAPE. Also, cover your nipples with pasties, band aids, or cotton pads, or something before you start.

I finally got to try on my dress in December and to my surprise I didn't need a bra! It already has padded cups built in so when my dress is altered to fit around the shoulders/back it should be perfect! I am looking into different taping methods in case I want to give a little extra lift or cleavage (something like this perhaps http://www.amazon.com/Hollywood-Fashion-Secrets-Breast-Lift/dp/B005WJQUJ4 ).

I was really surprised being a 30/32 DD/E that I won't need to wear a proper bra, I still need to get my head around the idea haha, I haven't left the house without a bra in atleast 15 years! My only worry now is if the dress shifts or my boobs shift out of the cups, i dont want to have to readjust myself constantly. But I'm sure once the alterations are complete my worries will fade =)

I think you'll be fine in a 34. The extender is for just in case and while you transition to a smaller band. You can get something like this. Personally, I went from a 36 band down to a 30 band! The difference in firmness definitely takes a little while to get used to, so even if the 34 seems really tight I urge you to try it out for a week or so before writing it off.

Somethings about weight loss sucks, some not so much. I'll give you what advice I've got for the issues I've also dealt with or at least have and idea on how to solve.

The bra issue sucks. I have the same issue. u/HDavethoreauAway gave some good ideas. I would also recommend buying a band too small and using bra extenders.

The belly fat issue I've dealt a little with, but a good friend had a bigger issue with it. My recommendation from what she did is to buy some large spandex for the belly fat. Not with the intention of sucking it all in, but to keep it from hanging or jiggling. Make sure they are loose enough to be comfortable. Think of it as a body bra. One option would be a cheap bathing suit.

Clothing is an issue I can help the most with. First off, as long as you are actively losing weight, buy cheap clothes (if you can). Cheap clothes usually looks fine for only a short time then falls apart. By the time it falls apart you won't need it. Cheap clothes aren't always easy to come by in all sizes, this may or may not be an option.

The actual best option is to start visiting thrift stores. If people wear it, people donate it. Many people donate all clothes as they lose weight, but hold on to nice clothes that are too small. This means you will find more nicer clothes in larger sizes. Thrift stores sell clothes/sizes people donate, so sizing shouldn't be as big of an issue.

Last of all, dresses and skirts. Even if you are not the biggest fan of them, they tend to be more forgiving in how they look while you lose weight. Skirts tend to be cheaper to alter, and a fit flair style will allow you to use a belt even when they really are just too big.

u/LadyBoobsalot · 1 pointr/ABraThatFits

An alternative to sewing on extra hooks and eyes is a Rixie Clip. I haven't tried one yet myself but there have been some good reviews of them here on ABTF.

u/monochrome_in_green · 1 pointr/ABraThatFits

It sounds like your fitter found you the right cup volume, which is awesome! The looseness at the top could just be a shape issue; most VS bras are molded cups, which cannot conform to the shape of your breasts and may be more difficult to fit absolutely perfectly. Molded cups are the least likely to show under shirts, though, and so are very useful.

If you find that you would like more support from your bras, especially as the bands stretch out over time, you could use a rixie clip to tighten the bands or sister size down to a 34DD in the future. I do recommend double checking by taking your measurements, but it sounds like you're doing pretty well =]

u/greenbluejay · 1 pointr/femalefashionadvice

These are great. I got a name brand version for closer to $20, but in retrospect I think they're probably exactly the same as the less expensive ones. They last for years, cover the nips even when it gets cold, and are super comfy! For me, band-aids always hurt too much to take off, and these peel off really easily.

I’m still in my pre-pregnancy underwear (the seamless 5 for $20 Target undies mentioned above, and I can second that suggestion), but from pretty early on I bought and started to use bra strap extenders, and I cannot recommend them enough!! I got a multi-pack on Amazon, and I use them literally every day. My boobs have gotten bigger but I feel like I’m not spilling out of the cups of my normal bras, and it’s just as much my rib cage area has expanded (I was a 28-30 band size before, have always been narrow in that area), and I hate the feeling of being squeezed. I have a particular bra style I like and didn’t want to buy all new bras not knowing how big I’d end up. I do plan to get nursing bras when the time comes, but who knows what size I’ll want at that point. So the bra strap extenders have been legit game changers. They’re up there with maternity leggings as one of the best purchases I’ve made in terms of maternity clothing. I’ll find a link and add it when I have a minute!

ETA link: The best $8 I’ve spent in a while!

You could wear nipple covers, since in the US cops mostly care about the nip being exposed.

They are also known as pasties, they are silicone, self-adhesive and brand new they are pretty damn sticky. Prices range on amazon from 8-15 bux for a single pair. I bought these and they stayed on for 12 hours without any inclination of a hint that they might unstick themselves.
