The original invention is called the 'Kuznetsov Applicator'. I got one that looked a lot like this

But there are lots, and they all do basically the same job. The non-Russian ones have padding at the back, and you can use them on the floor instead of a bed.

Warning: the first two minutes of using these, every time, is VERY PAINFUL as the sharp teeth dig into your flesh. It's definitely worth the pain, though!

The type with the metal spikes (Lyapko applicator) isn't painful, though, and the effect is also great, but different. I use both.
