I spent 20 bucks in 2007, and I'm still using this
I use a mesh bag by Title MMA, which is wasn't terribly expensive. I like the mesh bags because you can hang the whole bag to air dry instead of the individual equipment. I use the regular size, but I only put my sparring gear in there: shin pads, headgear, extra wraps and sometimes boxing gloves. It's a tight fit with the gloves but with some Tetris style sorting it works.
I use a different and separate mesh bag for non-sparring gear. Has my 8oz gloves, wraps, change of clothes, miscellanea (soap, deoderant, liquid bandage, medical tape, nail clippers). Basically the stuff I always bring to the gym.
With this setup I don't have carry the extra weight of sparring gear on days I know I won't be sparring.
I have a Sanabul Hybrid Bag and it seems to fit all your requirements.
I have this one from Revgear:

It fits all of my stuff and the mesh helps everything breathe and stay dry.
I use a bag by fairtex. fits a pair of shin guards and gloves pretty easily.

Check out if this might work.

Maybe you can also hang some of your gear outside of your bag too if you need space and to air out the gear?
If you're interested in anything else, I recommend the Sanabul HYBRID MMA BJJ Gym Duffel Backpack Bag. Received as a Christmas present, love it.
I got this one and love it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014LN3O72
Big enough for a gi, a change of clothes, towel, soap, mouth guard, etc. All compartments are waterproof too
I have this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014LN3O72/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and love it! Fits my shin guards, two pairs of gloves, change of clothes, etc with no problem. Has a little pouch for your mouth guard. No complaints. Can use as a duffle as well.
I鈥檓 in the same situation, need a backpack that I can take on my motor bike, looking at the twins special bag5 after reading bad reviews of the venum bags

I just got this amazing twins backpack while here in thailand. Think its the same as this

Paid around 2300 baht. It has enough room for everything, has a mesh compartment for wet gear, and converts to a duffle style bag also. 2 thumbs up!
Anyone have this Gold BJJ GI backpack?
My gi doesn't fit in my regular backpack and I hate lugging around a duffel bag I have to carry in one hand so I'm looking for some kind of backpack that'd be able to carry my gi and BJJ gear, plus sometimes a laptop or my Nintendo switch. People seem to like this one but I can't tell if it's a little tight.
I have the Gold BJJ Backpack and I鈥檓 a huge fan. It鈥檚 relatively cheap (fifty bucks), it can fit everything I need, and the best part is it has a separate, expandable inner chamber for dirty gis so your gross sweaty stuff doesn鈥檛 touch the same part of the bag as your clean stuff will.
