Switch to a whole foods plant based diet, so eat things like whole grains, beans, fruit and vegetables, nuts and seeds.

Plant foods are full of antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals and also have anti inflammatory effects.

Include things like turmeric and garlic every day.

Sauerkraut is a lot cheaper than the probiotic supplements, go to a health food store and buy it, make sure its unpasteurised, in the refrigerator and it’s raw organic. It’s very high in salt though so you can’t eat it all the time.

No sugar, always whole grains, don’t eat the crap fake breads in supermarkets, real bread only has 3 ingredients.

Can still eat a little animal products if you like, I still eat 3 eggs a week, but have to give up the cows milk for sure.
